We're Six Months Ahead of an Election So That Must Mean It's Time for Biden to Tap the Political, I Mean Strategic Petroleum Reserve Again

This demented pant-shitting rapist has brought trust and dignity back to the White House.

Biden promised to refill it. He cancelled that promise. Now he wants to deplete it further to give him an election boost.

President Biden will use crude oil from the strategic petroleum reserve should the need arise, energy adviser Amos Hochstein has said, noting there was enough oil in the reserve.

"We have been replenishing into the SPR for the last several months. I think we have sufficient supply in the SPR to address any kind of concern in the economy if we need it," Hochstein said, speaking at the Milken Institute Global Conference, as quoted by Reuters.

The U.S. saw the stockpiles of crude oil in the SPR fall from 638 million barrels at President Joe Biden's inauguration to just 347 million barrels by the summer of 2023 as the administration tried to bring down gasoline prices for consumers by releasing over 180 million barrels from the SPR.

Everything that we inherited is being spent on the now, with no concern about whoever comes next.

31 Wikipedia sez "The Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) is an emergency stockpile of petroleum maintained by the United States Department of Energy (DOE). It is the largest publicly known emergency supply in the world; its underground tanks in Louisiana and Texas have capacity for 714 million barrels (113,500,000 m3). The United States started the petroleum reserve in 1975 to mitigate future supply disruptions as part of the international Agreement on an International Energy Program, after oil supplies were interrupted during the 1973–1974 oil embargo."

It was like I walked in on the 3rd act of a 3-act play. And it turns out I did: there was an entire Marvels TV series that I never heard about – and that few people watched – that you needed to see before this movie. Wtf?

I don't know one way or the other whether maintaining an SPR is a net plus or minus. We got along OK without one up til 1975. In an emergency, it needs to be refined before it can be used; that might be a bottleneck. Supply diverted to SPR raises pump prices I suppose, same as Biden hoped releasing SPR would drop prices.

Has it ever been used for an emergency, or has it always been used as a DOE fuel price-interference mechanism, as with Biden.

I don't think the "margin of cheat" exists anymore. With Zuckerbucks directing the cheat in real time, and I believe the CIA as well, they can move a few thousand or tens of thousands of votes in key locations and swing the entire country. In GA they flat out illegally destroyed images of ballots to hide the cheat.

87 I'm certainly no expert, but I don't think lowering the gas prices just before an election is going to work this time. For one thing, we the people have been seeing that ploy too many times before not to know what they're doing. An intimacy coordinator is a person on a TV or film set in order to supervise sex scenes. Typically this person is a danger-haired SJW that glowers at the man in the scene as if he's a potential rapist. Generally this person's presence alone will ensure that the male will stay as flaccid as overcooked linguine.

170 Maybe in more expensive areas. Regular here is about 3.30, and it sure wasn't $1.10 which DJT was in office. During the Sniffle Scare, the early days when nobody was driving, yes, I saw prices like $1.70. But the average for 87 octane here was usually more like $2.20-$2.50.

Still, I'd love to have that back again.

Here in NE Texas we had a solid 9 months of gas prices at $1.05 during the lock downs. The guy at the Sams gas station said it went below a dollar a gallon for a few hours one day right after everything got locked down. I paid $3.30 a gallon this morning.

Prices are historically low and have been for quite some time if they are adjusted for inflation.

There was a video of a guy who went to a gold repository to get the actual gold to go with the gold certificates he held for clients. From what he said, the repository had more certificates sold than physical gold to cover. From what I remember, the repository tried to stonewall a bit and he told them basically, "Whatever, I'm a fiduciary, give me the gold." He got the gold to cover the certificate he held and left.

What you reported is the 2020 cheat level. GA polling in 2020 closed out with an average of +2% margin for Biden.

AT THIS POINT in 2024, Trump has an RCP average of +3.8 OVER Biden. To beat that would be a major undertaking detectable from Pluto, which is truly a planet.

But, this is 4 years going on now:
Every day, more and more people are not seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. And a few pennies for gas is an insult.

My kw/h went from roughly .07/kw to.11/kw in the last year. Still the lowest in the nation. Genius Jay Inslee and his minions recently decreed no NG in new construction by 2030. 78% of Washington households heat with NG. There are no parallel plans to compensate with other new power generation infrastructure. It will just magically happen. No, I don't make your point. And most of the former Catholics I know are now Presbyterians or in non-denominational churches, if any, because being pro-abortion to the point of birth crushes them socially, unless they're Pelosi or Biden. They don't like hearing they're bad, so they leave. Rubin is well accepted and her "White Christian Nationalist" cant makes her popular and she fits in. You keep pushing the "not really Jewish" BS.

357 The demonization of ivermectin wasn't just because big Pharma couldn't make money off of it. It's because one of the legal requirements for the planned new vaccines being granted an Emergency Use Allowance (EUA) was that there could be no effective alternative treatments available.

That's right, in early 2020, when the CDC started banning ivermectin, they were already plotting how they were going to get to the radically experimental new mRNA "vaccines."

And they did ban ivermectin. They excluded it from the standard of care protocol in ordered that any doctor who went outside of the standard of care protocol must be fired.

CDC and NIAID Don't officially have the power to fire anyone, but Fauci controlled all federal dollars for medical research for 40 years and was well known for cutting off all money to any entity that didn't do exactly what he wanted.

So the hospitals had no choice but to go along and they didn't do it just with ivermectin. They also did it with hydroxychloroquine and corticosteroids.

The latter was an effective treatment for the worst phase of Covid, the lung inflammation that was doing the killing. Dr. Paul Marik was fired for refusing to stop steroids.
