Did the Biden Administration Set Trump Up With the "Classified Documents"?

Matt Margolis at PJMedia looks at some new evidence unearthed by Julie Kelly.

Investigative journalist Julie Kelly found something interesting in the documents that could change everything. The first things is testimony from an FBI agent who testified that the General Services Association (GSA) had been in possession of Trump's boxes in Virginia before ordering Trump's team to come get them.

"So an entire pallet full of boxes that had been held by GSA somewhere outside of DC is dumped at Mar-a-Lago," Kelly notes. "Apparently these are the boxes that ended up containing papers with 'classified markings.'"

"I will double check indictment but I don't recall this event in the timeline," she added.

So, it appears that the Biden administration may have been responsible for shipping classified information to Trump's Mar-a-Lago home in Florida. This development is significant because Trump has previously blamed the GSA for packing the boxes that contained the classified documents, only to later accuse Trump of essentially stealing them and using that as pretext for sending the FBI to raid his Mar-a-Lago home in August 2022.

"It was a set-up from the get-go," remarked Tom Fitton, the founder of Judicial Watch.

Meanwhile, Joe Biden had classified information that he was never entitled to have stored in boxes in his garage for years, but was not charged. Biden blamed staffers for packing the classified information.

That's a lot of reasonable doubt right there.

Meanwhile, George Stephanoplous is Big Mad that the Democrats' big scheme to use lawfare to brand Trump a "man facing criminal charges" isn't working out for them.

No American president had ever faced a criminal indictment for retaining and concealing classified documents. No American president had ever faced a federal indictment or a state indictment for trying to overturn an election, or been named an unindicted co-conspirator in two other states for the same crime. No American president has faced hundreds of millions of dollars in fines for business fraud, defamation, and sexual abuse.

Until now, no American presidential race had been more defined by what's happening in courtrooms than by what's happening on the campaign trail. The scale of the abnormality is so staggering, that it can actually become numbing. It's all too easy to fall into reflexive habits, to treat this as a normal campaign, where both sides embrace the rule of law, where both sides are dedicated to a debate based on facts and the peaceful transfer of power. But, that is not what's happening this election year. Those bedrock tenants of democracy are being tested in a way we haven't seen since the Civil War. It's a test for the candidates, for those of us in the media, and for all of us as citizens.

Totally Real Republican Charlie 3-Wives Sykes earns his latest check from Pierre Omidyar by spreading the latest propaganda op.

And it is an op. Here's Jonathan V. Last who is also a beneficiary of leftwing, pro-Iran tech billionaire Pierre Omidyar, pushing the same talking points:

There was so much in this article that is beyond preposterous but as usual, a writer should lead off with their best material and it's hard to top this:

Ahoy!

More proof of collusion between NARA and Biden White House.

The day before Jack Smith announced the indictment against Trump in classified docs case, NARA general counsel was at the Biden White House and met with Biden's special counsel Richard Sauber:

And NARA was working with the White House as early as August 2021.

NARA counsel Gary Stern--who at the time was drafting a letter the archives could send to Merrick Garland alleging Trump destroyed presidential records--met with WH deputy general counsel Johathan Su on August 10

Ok, makes sense. But I still think this misses the point of why they did this.

Raiding Trump's home was so over the top and prosecuting something other presidents routinely done doesn't make any sense. It didn't take Einstein to see this was going to backfire and make Trump look sympathetic.

I think this was a cover for what they really wanted, to find other documents Trump took related to the Russia hoax.

NEW: White House visitor log shows that David Ferriero, Obama-appointed national archivist involved in the early stages of the "classified documents" scheme against Trump, met with Biden's WH counsel Dana Remus twice at the White House in Sept 2021:

Ferriero called J6 the "worst day of his life" and started threatening Team Trump in the summer of 2021 with making a criminal referral to DOJ over alleged "destroyed" presidential records.

Julie Kelly @julie_kelly2 4h
Dana Remus worked for Obama's DOJ then went to Obama Foundation where she served as counsel to Michelle Obama.

>>over alleged "destroyed" presidential records.

I'm not quite sure what a "destroyed" presidential record could be as all presidential records are electronic, so it's largely a misnomer to say President Trump retained records, it's more accurate to say he retained copies of presidential records.

Again, this whole thing allegedly started when that peckerwood said he saw news video of records boxes being taken out of the White House when Trump was departing, and he "wondered" to himself, what could be in those boxes.

Well, since all records are digital, collated, categorized, and classified and numbered, every existence of a particular record is known, that's how they all knew what records Trump had.

To borrow a phase: YOU'RE DAMN RIGHT IT WAS A SETUP!!!

Both FBI investigations into Trump for classified documents and J6 was run out of Washington FBI field office—which at the time was headed by Steven D’Antuono, former head of Detroit FBI office responsible for Whitmer fednapping hoax.

D’Antuono never found the J5/6 “pipe bomber” and claimed cell data was corrupted which thwarted his investigation.

Julie Kelly @julie_kelly2 20h
There is a chance she dismisses the case based on selective/vindictive prosecution—which she hinted at during a hearing last month. This could be her way of getting as much evidence into the public square to justify such a decision.

Part of me also thinks she wants this to go to trial to expose just how dirty the case is and force Jack Smith to own it.

We shall see.

It wasn't organized into just one box, it was disorganized, and spread into several boxes, almost randomly. Almost like:

1) some low level staffer just swept up the detritus of the presidency and dumped it unceremoniously in a box.

2) Someone might have intentionally "salted" the boxes.

Either way, this entire thing is a non-issue.

155 I think so.
There is hidden in there that the Archives made an unreasonable deadline to turn them over, that's what will drip out next.
Recall at the time, the Trump folks pointed out wtf, we were cooperating.
That they were keeping the docs behind a specially locked door.
Which, it'll also come out, they had agreed not to enter without the Archive folks.
Suddenly, in the middle of the usual protracted back-and-forth lawyers so love, a short deadline is dropped?
As his lawyers were unaware of the new boxes, so they were sure they were in the clear.
Suddenly enough the raid that 1) Trump didn't have his lawyers in the county to observe the warrent and 2) before Trump team had a chance to enter and "holy shit, wtf are all these new boxes?"
And soon the valet will testify Trump never knew of these new boxes.....
Which is why Jack was so keen on getting a plea--and allocation--from him.

241 I think that was my fault. I posted and it went completely blank.

242 Classification is meaningless when it comes to a President, he is the unitary executive, all documents created in the government are created for his benefit, classification is that others can see the documents meant for the President.
____

As president, I would declassify every document ever produced by the CIA from inception up to 25 years ago. 25 years of secrecy should be sufficient. Then declassify every document that relates to domestic activites from inception up to yesterday. Since CIA doesn't operate domestically, there will be no documents, right? Ha.

For FBI, I think 25 years is too much, maybe only 10 years.

243 184 Sounds like the University really negotiated a good compromise.

See, I read that as 1) import two Islamic agitators and give them faculty positions, 2) build an "Identity House" for Hamas terrorists to live in, and 3) give student activists frequent meetings on BDS (Israel divestment).

That was the list of student demands, and that's what they got. They win.

I left out a few things, including something about students having more input on "university dining proceses", which I guess means having more kosher halal meals". It looks like the students got pretty much all their demands and some bonus items as well.

244 The unprecedented number of criminal acts deliberately committed by the Obama and Biden administrations is historic and needs to have real, lasting consequences for all who have taken part.
Luckily, I hear Jim Jordan is setting up hearings on this matter.

245 It's pretty easy to figure out actually.

Authoritarianism is just another word for government control. Control of the economy. Control of what people say and do. If you are a progressive, you want greater control - over income, health care, the economy, education, etc. etc. Hence you are, definitionally, more authoritarian than someone who DOESN'T want the government to have more control.

Americans have traditionally been government shy - less government is good (just look at the restriction the constitution places on the government). Hence conservatives, again, by definition, want things to either stay the same, or less government, and therefore can't be Authoritarian.

That why they always think Authoritarianism is always coming in America (conservatives take power) and landing in Europe (socialists and progressives take power).
