It is. Do the hop on hop off tour of the harbor. It's a big harbor with a lot of cool spots like the Rocks area and the Opera House and personal favorite Doyle's on the Beach at end of the harbor. Great views of the harbor and you can hike to the top of the peninsula and look out over the ocean.
