Biden May Not Be on Ohio's Ballot, Top Election Official Warns

He wouldn't win Ohio anyway, of course. There are too many Republican votes to steal it without a major investigation.

Ohio's secretary of state on Friday signaled that the Democratic National Convention may take place too late for President Joe Biden to appear on the general election ballot in the state, according to a letter obtained by NBC News.

"The Democratic National Convention is scheduled to convene on August 19, 2024, which occurs more than a week after the August 7 deadline to certify a presidential candidate to the office," Secretary of State Frank LaRose wrote to Ohio Democratic Party Chairwoman Liz Walters.

ABC News first reported about the existence and content of this letter.

In the note, LaRose goes on to say that the oversight can be rectified in two ways: either by the Democratic Party moving up its nominating convention or by getting the Ohio state legislature to "create an exemption to this statutory requirement" by May 9 in accordance with state law.

Ohio state Rep. Allison Russo, the state House minority leader, and state Sen. Nickie Antonio, the state Senate minority leader, were also copied on LaRose's letter.

A spokesperson for the Biden campaign told NBC News that the campaign is "monitoring the situation in Ohio and we're confident that Joe Biden will be on the ballot in all 50 states."

How much do you want to bet that Ohio Republicans pass a special exemption to get Biden on the ballot, despite Democrat efforts to kick Trump off of state ballots?

Vince Coglianese (local conservative radio guy) said that the Dems have to rely on the weakness of Ohio Republicans. He didn't say it but its a pretty safe bet. They know that Republicans are not serious about this the way they are.

The Dems have another way to be compliant with Ohio law and that is change the date of their convention. They would probably do something like a Zoom meeting before the Ohio deadline that formally adopts the ticket and then have the convention at the regular date.

But its a LOT more likely weak Republicans just give them what they need with nothing in return even though there is ZERO question shoe on other foot since they have already actually removed Trump from ballots (yes I know they were overrulled).

There's a difference between Democrats using lawfare to remove Trump from a ballot and Biden's team simply missing a deadline. There's an active/passive form of what's going on.

Of course, most of that is going to be lost in rhetoric and narrative, but the people swayed by that simplicity are simpletons who don't look into news anyway and will vote based on the information that Trump wants to gas blacks in chains.

It'll get folded into the noise of the election and mostly forgotten.

Dana Nessel said the same thing in Michigan, then there was a "all arbortion all the time as a constitutional right!" ballot initiative in '22 that of course passed handily in that particular Ballot Theater.

Look for AZ to have the same shit on the ballot by November to justify another stolen year for them, too.

The AZ state supreme court is idiotic, a new law was passed regarding 15 week abortions but some territorial law from the 1800s before it was a state was not formally rescinded, so it stands?

The Dems will have a Dem legislature and Governor in November.

Now it has been "deemed" a right of any woman to murder her unborn child at any time. That pendulum swings pretty far but it always swings back.

That's my big problem the fraud excuse with Trump. It's an easy excuse to trot out. Why does nobody (else) say McCain or Romney lost because of fraud?

If somebody said we should renominate Romney because the election was stolen from him, I'd laugh.

Phillie results by precinct came out and many were obviously 'spoiled' (for lack of a better word) with turnouts exceeding 100% of registered voters, Obama votes exceeding 100% of registered voters, Romney getting ZERO votes while misc third parties got a smattering, etc.

Black election precincts almost always historically undervote the total registered voters in an election. And frankly, it's kind of a fluke if more than 90% of the registered voters in a precinct vote in a "normal" election, without the funny papers mail-in ballots (big part of plan for fraud). Unless it is actually a pretty small precinct with, say, only 50-100 voters registered there.
So +100% turnout (theoretically possible with provisional ballots) is a pretty big clue that election shennanigans were going on. That just doesn't happen.
And the purpose of creating these deep Democrat ruined cities (like Detroit, Baltimore, St Louis, etc), is to control the precinct outputs, and wield political power through fraudulent voting.

332 electoral votes is 63 over a loss, not 53. Otherwise, Trump would just have needed in 2016 to pick up Florida (29), Ohio (1, and Iowa (6), without also needing one of Wisconsin (10), Michigan (16), or Pennsylvania (20), all three of which he took.

All you need to know is that counting was paused in 6 separate supposedly independent jurisdictions within one hour of each other. That pause wasn’t done to facilitate election integrity.

That didn’t happen in 2012, it’s never happened before, so it tells you a bit about the extent of the fraud going on.
