23 Looks like something you'd see in a deserted house in the daytime, with hot summer sunlight pouring in the windows, dust motes and mosquitoes dancing in the sunbeams, a floor that creaks no matter how carefully you try to walk. And the drawers stick and screek when you manage at last to pull them out.

Don't ask me where the apple atop the chest came from.

38 I love the sense of humor of this piece. Artist just put a single random piece of fruit on the sideboard. No carefully arranged bowl of fruit or an overflowing cornucopia with a glass of red wine and a ceramic 'vahzz'. He's either thumbing his noose or just mailing it in.

330 Under questioning from Kavanaugh about prison sentences, Prelogar tried to make it sound like 1512c2 defendants with other nonviolent offenses (common misdemeanors) only get about 24 months in jail.

She quickly mentioned the “Brock” case–referring to Larry Brock, a man from Texas convicted at bench trial of 1512c2 and 5 misdemeanors–and the “enhancement” recently overturned by DC appellate court in 1512c2 convictions.

So what did DOJ ask for in Brock case? Not 24-26 months as Prelogar attempted to mislead Kavanaugh into believing.

NO–DOJ asked for 60 months in prison.

Black community, old says goes, 'don't have anything to do with them across the tracks'. Across the tracks were White Trash, usually illiterate, Irish, drunks, and wife beaters. They weren't forced into a life of stupidity they chose it and there children didn't know any better. This was elementary school it was right next to the tracks so there was a generous mix of white trash and regular people and it was easy to tell who was who.

It's the same with Blacks today, there's a dichotomy. There are those who have studied and want a civil life for themselves and their children and those who don't care to know better. It's easier for them to see the difference than us; Just as it was easier for us kids to know white trash from not.
