Hmm. Is it a coincidence that two red states that are being vigilant in securing their borders are receiving 90% of the migrant flights? I don't think so. The Center for Immigration Studies analyzed available public information on U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) website. It's difficult to know the full picture since the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) refuses to publicly identify the dozens of international airports it has approved for direct flights from abroad for some inadmissible aliens. At least 386,000 migrants, as of February, have been allowed to fly into the U.S. airports as part of President Biden's admissions program launched in October 2022. The rationale for the program is to reduce the number of illegal border crossings. They are flown in and then released on parole. The Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) analysis of available public information shows the airports that might account for being used for landings from abroad, though not necessarily the final destinations. Early evidence shows that a majority of the flights carrying inadmissible aliens likely land at international airports in Florida. At some point, you'd have to inform flight control, but FAA is federal, so the state has no ability to force them to do anything. In other words, unless you have the ability to monitor all airports 100% of the time, the scope and ability to respond is greatly restricted.

Assuming a big plane like a Boeing 767 with a capacity of around 300, that implies around nine flights *per day* ferrying illegals into this country at taxpayer expense.

If it's a flight full of illegals, arrest the passengers and begin processing them for deportation. Arrest the crew and charge them with whatever the offense for aiding and abetting illegal migration is. Impound the plane, seize under civil asset forfeiture for being used in the commission of a crime, and sell it to recoup some of your expenses. Repeat this until the shit stops or there's a war.

I'm kind of laughing at Buffalo, NY right now. NYC bused a ton of illegals up to Buffalo and set them up in motels all over the area. The motels are reserved for the upcoming Solar Eclipse/Niagara Falls , but all the tours had to be cancelled because the illegals are bogarting most of the motel rooms and NYC is paying the premium rate (which would be more than the reserved tours)....So, a whole lot of these trips have been cancelled.

I sent a response that I was not part of their HOA. 30 days later I started receiving violation notices in my mailbox. I sent a cease and desist letter. A month later, I received a notice of intent to seize my property if I was not in compliance in 10 days. Two weeks later I received notice of a scheduled hearing. At the courthouse, the attorney for the HOA recognized me and asked if I represented the homeowner, and I told him that I was the homeowner. I told him that I was not part of the HOA and they had been advised of that in writing several times. In court, the HOA president told how I had ignored all notices and refused to pay fines. When it was my turn, I asked her how long the property had been a part of the HOA, she gave the date they had voted my property in.

The HOA voted the next week to release the property and remove Caren (Yes her name is Caren) as HOA president. Subsequently, the members of the HOA voted to dissolve the HOA as without the additional anticipated acreage income, they could not continue to fulfill the HOA obligations. By the way, Judge Cannon in the Trump document case has bent over backwards to allow Smith to keep the case going - way too far over backwards, really. I get it that she is trying to dissuade the press here that her Trump appointment is not influencing her judgements on Smith's idiotic motions - but this case should have been tossed out at the beginning just on SCOTUS precedent alone. It is not surviving any appeal by Smith, who wasn't really even legally appointed to serve as the DOJ's legal representative here, for goodness' sake.

Where I grew up, there was limited special-purpose HOA that had one rule (no barbed wire) but was otherwise there just to defend the neighborhood's unusual and highly valuable situation regarding water rights. The HOA's lone purpose was a small legal team to defend water rights and organizing volunteer efforts to maintain trails.
And there were some places not in the HOA, even right in the middle of the neighborhood. The HOA was established in the 80s, IIRC, and not everyone agreed to join. Those houses were not in the HOA, as was the owners' right. The HOA, not being run by a Karen, also didn't blow itself up trying stupid shit to change that.

And there were some places not in the HOA, even right in the middle of the neighborhood. The HOA was established in the 80s, IIRC, and not everyone agreed to join. Those houses were not in the HOA, as was the owners' right. The HOA, not being run by a Karen, also didn't blow itself up trying stupid shit to change that.

I live in a HOA. They are good folks and they leave you alone as long as you aren't hosting a terrible eyesore in the front yard. Running an amateur fab shop in your driveway complete with welding and blacksmith. Its cool as long as you dont leave a mess. I built deer stands in the drive way and nobody even asked what it was, because they knew.

When we consider that the economy is in terrible shape, the nation is overrun by net loss hordes, we are in international retreat everywhere and even freaking life expectancies are down… the DC tyrannists are bragging about a landslide in November… it seems certain that the ability to have fair elections is gone beyond recall. Of course, this requires believing what they say, to some degree.

If Biden has 'deemed' that someone who has appeared at the border, made a claim of 'refuge' and now has full rights to vote in our elections before appearing before court to hear the validity of the claim... somebody has to look into this and get it before an actual judge in time before November.

The first thing that happens in any court is the court requests who represents who. And if the parties agree if those lawyers may LEGALLY represent them. Smith cannot, I repeat, cannot legally represent the United States not having been appointed by Congress to do so. Cannon let this go not having a challenging motion of representation, as did the Trump legal team, at least so far. But regardless of failure to challenge facts in front of court, a falsehood presented as fact and verifiable by the court without motion from a litigant - is a falsehood presented in court, nevertheless. This case should be over and all cases as so prosecuted by Smith as a non-selected representative of the United States should likewise be dismissed without prejudice, since they can be prosecuted again by anyone else qualified to do so at the DOJ.
