Another Witness Comes Forward, Alleging That Terrence Bradley Freely Admitted His Own Personal Knowledge of the Details and Start Date of the Fani-Sweetdick Affair

I'm starting to think that Judge McAfee will have to re-open evidence. We now have two witnesses alleging that Terrence Bradley committed perjury when he claimed he could not remember a single detail about the Fani-Sweetdick PayPig Arrangement.

In addition, we have the cellphone records showing that Fani and Sweetdick exchanged 12,000 sexts in a few months. Oh, I mean texts -- no, scratch that, no one sends texts in such a frantic manner unless they're talking about The One Thing.

And those cellphone records also show Sweetdick's phone rocking up into Fani's neighborhood. Two records that we know about showing him coming in for a late night bootycall, coming into Fani's neighborhood around midnight and then leaving to slink back home at around 5 am.

Also, he sent Fani a text after he arrived back home -- the typical "got home, don't worry about me" text. And for those who say "maybe he went somewhere else i Fani Willis' neighborhood" -- weird then that he was texting her before the late night bootycall, and after it, but the texts to Fani stopped when he was, apparently, in her condo.

How can the judge not re-open evidence? People are coming out of the woodwork now to expose the rampant coordinated perjury and conspiracy to commit fraud on the court.

This newest proffer is from a law professor who says that Bradley freely offered details of the Fani-Sweetdick affair, and seemingly had no problem remembering details when he wasn't under oath. He says that Bradley stated, from his own personal knowledge, that the affair began in 2019.

And he offered a key detail: Fani gave Sweetdick a garage door opener allowing him to park in Fani's garage, if you know what I mean. And what I mean here is that he was literally parking in her literal garage.

But sure, he was just a member of her "kitchen cabinet."

I'm sure her Black Panther father will testify that it's just a black thing that you give out your garage door opener to coworkers and you're a racist for not already knowing that.

Theirs was a professional off-hours meeting in her home, I'm sure. And she cares about her people so much that she was concerned about him driving home late at night. She wanted to offer for him to stay at her house rather than risk it, but both agreed that might appear to be improper. They compromised on him driving home but checking in afterward.

These are hard-working people who care about each other's health and safety.

These two have lied so much about so much, I just don't see how the judge can paper over this now.

The only way they could have claimed the prosecution wasn't completely spoiled by bias-- the personal financial, and highly lucrative benefit to continue to pursue beyond reason-- is if there was no sex, not even a lingering hug between them.

The date of the start of the relationship is all but irrelevant. Except to show the bias tainted the prosecution from the very beginning.

They can be sort of out of control, but they exist for a reason.

The true "junk fee," I think, is the overdraft/over-limit fee, Not necessarily - you spent money you didn't have - but the way those can be structured can make it predatory. Assume you $12.50 in your account and charge $2.00, $1.75, $7.00, $1.25, $1.00 and $3.50 in one day.

You spent $16, which is more than the $12.50 you have. Overdraft/over-limit fee. Fair enough. But then the bank structures it to clear in the order of $7.00, $3.50, $2.00, $1.75, $1.25, $1.00. Three overdrafts, three fees. In the opposite order, it would be one overdraft and one fee. That's predatory.

ALL of the APRS have gone up since Biden, my cards that had been around 10%(with a 790score) are into the 20-25% range now, even though balances are lower, available credit is higher, ontime is 100%, score still around 760. The fixed interest rate I pay on the one bank loan I have is 1/2 of what the bank currently has to PAY themselves to borrow money.(I only know that because I asked if I could expand the current loan to pay off the credit cards, keeping the current rate...Bank VP said...Oh, HELL no, we are already losing money on you at this point, inflation alone has made it your rate impossible, we pay more on our loans than you do)
