Mostly because he had the legal rights to the name "Yes." When almost-all-of-Yes put out an album without him, the band was called Anderson-Bruford-Wakeman-Howe. Tony Levin played bass, but didn't get his name in the title list.
Posthumously, it was reported that Squire didn't own the entire trademark himself, but either he owned the important part, or he was the only one who enforced his ownership, since there was a "Yes" without all the other founding members at some point.

Yes, there are "default" humans who work like that. Line up all the adult males from shortest to tallest, and line up all the adult females from shortest to tallest. There will be a lot of similar-height people in the middle of each line. Those are the default ones, if you're talking about height. There will be fewer and fewer of the shorter ones and taller ones as you move to each end of the lines. Because it is a normal distribution, or something mathematically close to it. AKA, a bell curve.

According to RationalWiki, there was no Kofels impact event, and the giant rockslide at Kofels happened about 4000 years before the date on the tablet, based on radiocarbon dates on trees buried by the rockslide. Giant rockslides are not exactly unheard of.

I'm a big fan of the Per Curiam decision by the SC today.
I didn't want to see any further step toward federalizing elections, but the SC made a good point about not needing states to police federal statuses.
Besides, there was also a good argument that the 14th-3rd says the insurrectionist cannot *hold* the office, but Congress can reverse this on a super-majority vote to seat a former "insurrectionist", so obviously this was meant post-run.
And it was a solid textual answer that the 14th-5th is the guidance to how the conditions of the 14th will be inacted. Act of Congress--though no Bill of Attainder.
