Hunter Biden's Testimony Called "Dishonest" and "Defiant;" Claims You Can't Trust His "My Father Is Sitting Next to Me Here" Because He Was High on a Very-Conveniently-Timed Crack Break

So, here's what Huntie knows: Huntie has been told he will be pardoned for all federal crimes he's committed his entire life the day after election day, whether his corrupt rapist father "wins" or loses.

These are all free perjuries -- he has been told, and knows for a fact, that he can and should lie to the utmost to protect his scumbag father.

By the way: Why doesn't the media demand that Joe Biden pledge not to pardon his criminal get? They sure demanded that Trump affirm and re-affirm he wouldn't fire Mueller.

Nancy Mace called his testilying "defiant" and "dishonest."

In a recent statement, Representative Nancy Mace provided a critical perspective on Hunter Biden's testimony during a deposition. Mace characterized Biden's demeanor as "defiant" and "dishonest," highlighting that his statements clashed with those of other witnesses interviewed by the oversight committee.

Mace's comments followed an impromptu address, spurred by actions from opposing party members. She emphasized the discrepancies in Biden's testimony, particularly noting his recurrent claims of memory lapses. These claims, according to Mace, were neither surprising nor unprecedented.

No, they seem to run in the crime family, in fact.

When asked whether his father was in fact sitting next to him when he shook down a Chinese government "business" partner by telling him "my father is sitting next to me," Huntie said "nah, I was just drunk or high or something, and I didn't even intend to send that to my Chinese "business" partner who I was threatening.

Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, testified in a congressional hearing that he was "high or drunk" when he wrote a text message in 2017 to a Chinese businessman, stating he was "sitting here with my father". This message was sent shortly before a transfer of $5.1 million into Biden-linked accounts.

Weird that the Chinese seemed to think his father was in fact sitting right next to him.

I hope everyone remembers he said this... while sitting in his father's house.

Hunter Biden claimed in his testimony that President Biden had no involvement in the shakedown of Chinese state-linked CEFC China Energy.

The text message implicating Joe Biden was provided to Congress last year by IRS case agent Joseph Ziegler, who alleged a Justice Department coverup to protect Joe and Hunter Biden.

The CEFC deal was one of the most lucrative for the Biden family, with funds flowing to them shortly after Joe Biden met CEFC Chairman Ye Jianming at DC's Four Seasons hotel.

Diving Deeper:

In a closed-door impeachment inquiry deposition, Hunter Biden admitted to being under the influence when he sent the controversial message. He also claimed that he sent the message to the wrong recipient and expressed embarrassment over the incident.

Yeah, the crackhead whoremonger who is the Oprah of dicpics -- "You get a dickpic! And you get a dicpic! And you get a dickpic!" -- was embarrassed.

Despite these claims, photos from Hunter's abandoned laptop show he was at his father's home in Wilmington, Delaware, on the day of the threat.

Despite Hunter's claims of his father's non-involvement, the IRS agents who provided the text message to Congress stated they were not allowed by the Justice Department to get cellphone geolocation data that could have established whether Hunter was indeed sitting with his father. They also claimed they were repeatedly blocked from pursuing evidence related to Joe Biden.

The DOJ has been using "geofences" to find people who were merely physically present at the Capitol on January 6th -- but they absolutely refuse to deploy the same resources to verify that Joe Biden was sitting next to his bagman son while he was shaking down Chinese "businessmen."

Axios, of course, totally believed the testimony and reported it out with a "Take That, Rethuglikkans!" kind of vibe.

huntersittingherenextotmyfathersmokingcrack.jpg

If Joe Biden wasn't there, why did the Chinese act so promptly to fill the Biden Crime Family's coffers, doing exactly what Huntie demanded they do?

Jeff Carlson
@themarketswork

That sure is odd. Because just three days after the text "was sent to wrong recipient", on August 2nd, 2017, a new company named Hudson West III was officially formed.

CEFC affiliates injected $5,000,000 in capital to the new company. Meanwhile, Hunter contributed no capital to the new venture although he owned 50 percent of the newly established company.

The operating agreement of Hudson III stipulated that Hunter would receive a $500,000 retainer and $100,000 per month.

James Biden received $65,000 per month. This newly formed entity also made large credit card payments for items purchased by the Biden Family. The total payments made to Hunter's personal company totaled $4.8 million in just over one year.

In addition to the $65,000 per month paid to James Biden, payments also flowed to Lion Hall Group, a company James owned.

Via Twitchy, with more.

Huntie also used one of his many, many Free Perjuries to claim that Joe Biden wasn't involved in his business:

Hunter Biden's testimony to Congress is a significant development in the ongoing Republican impeachment inquiry. In his opening statement, he categorically denied any involvement of his father, President Joe Biden, in his business dealings. This includes his time as a practicing lawyer, his domestic and international investments and transactions, his tenure as a board member, and his career as an artist.

Interestingly, Hunter Biden's recent comments show a slight shift from his previous statement in December. At that time, he had specified that his father was not financially involved in his business. However, he had not categorically denied his father's involvement in his business in general.

JustTheNews says: follow the money. Keep an eye on the James Biden "loan repayments."

When Hunter Biden's closed-door testimony to House impeachment investigators becomes public, Government Accountability Institute Director of Research Seamus Bruner says the bank transfers, Suspicious Activity Reports (SARS), and loan repayments between President Joe Biden and brother James will be the most important parts to focus on. "We've seen Hunter pay Joe's bills, that's a big no-no if not an ethics violation if not a crime. So follow the money, that's the number one thing," says Bruner.

Remember Kathy Chung, the Biden aide who illegally transported his stash of classified documents and drove them up and down through Chinatown?

Well, I guess she's not talking, because Biden has rewarded this Security Risk with a nicely-compensated job in the government.

Paul Sperry:

While Special Counsel Robert Kyoung Hur has raised the issue of mental deterioration in explaining why he declined to prosecute 81-year-old Joe Biden for illegal retention and sharing of classified documents, the president chose another rationale to declare himself not culpable: He shifted the blame to the staffers who boxed up his records as he left the vice president's office in 2017.

At a press conference hastily assembled after the report's release, Biden said he assumed his aides had shipped "all" the documents to the National Archives in College Park, Md. "I wish I had paid more attention to how the documents were being moved and where," he said. "I thought they were being moved to the Archives. I thought all of it was being moved [there]."

The president's explanation does not address how and why he shared classified material with a ghostwriter, but it shines a light on the longtime assistant who was in charge of packing his papers, Kathy Sang-ok Chung.

Chung, an old friend of Hunter Biden, began working for Joe Biden in 2012 when he was vice president. She told investigators she oversaw the transfer of the contents of Biden's file cabinets and desk drawers into 15 boxes when he moved out of the West Wing in January 2017. While other office material did go to the National Archives, Hur rebuked Biden for keeping more than 600 pages of classified information -- including military secrets and intelligence sources and methods -- in unlocked and unauthorized containers at multiple locations, including a tattered box in the garage of Biden's Delaware home. The stash included information marked "top secret" involving Iran, China, Afghanistan, and Ukraine. Some of the secrets are compartmented by codewords and can only be stored and read in a secure facility known as a SCIF.

The Biden documents that Chung herself packed, unpacked, and repacked "are the most highly classified, sensitive and compartmented materials recovered during our investigation," Hur wrote.

Yet the prosecutor let Chung as well as Biden off the hook in also declining to press charges against her, explaining that he found plausible her account that she packed and kept the classified papers "by mistake, "even though she had prior government experience handling and identifying classified information and was told in a Jan. 3, 2017, National Security Council memo to be sure to remove "only unclassified personal records," and despite providing inconsistent answers to investigators.

Much more at the link.

If you take care of the Biden Crime Family, the Biden Crime Family takes care of you.

They're free anyway.

Lying to Congress is the norm. Everyone does it. Only those who are not only regime enemies but *serious* regime enemies are ever punished for it and even then, the punishment is usually symbolic.

Hunter's special position - and it is special, in every way - has nothing to do with his perjury immunity. Everyone gets that one.

78 Gov. Newsom’s Office Denies Panera Bread Exemption in Minimum Wage Bill

Wednesday the Globe reported that California Governor Gavin Newsom exempted a billionaire buddy from California’s new $20 minimum wage law. Billionaire Greg Flynn owns more than two dozen Panera Bread locations in California...Flynn has contributed at least $164,800 to Newsom’s political campaigns.
How did the billionaire boys club governor do this? He had it written right into AB 1228: “Fast food restaurant” shall not include an establishment that operates a bakery that produces for sale on the establishment’s premises bread...so long as it continues to operate such a bakery. This exemption applies only where the establishment produces for sale bread as a stand-alone menu item.
California Assembly's Republican Minority Leader James Gallagher called for an investigation Wednesday night. "Can any franchisee get an exemption from the $20 minimum wage law or do they need to donate more than $150k to Newsom first? This crooked deal needs to be investigated"

Can't pardon for crimes committed after the pardon and also cannot pardon state crimes.

Pardons have to be specific as to the person and then they can be general as to crimes committed up to the date of the pardon. Or, they can be addressed to a particular population that shares a circumstance of specific charges (Vietnam draft dodgers) that were committed in the past.

Don't get to do pardons for future crimes after the date of the pardon in either case.

Can't do it. President lacks the power to do so. Same with any state charges.

See above. The two extremes of the pardoning power are Carter's pardoning of draft evaders and Ford's pardon of Nixon. Neither permitted future federal crimes to be pardoned.

In fact, if you want an interesting view of Watergate from Nixon himself, he testified in subsequent Watergate grand jury proceedings after he had resigned. Arguably, if he had committed perjury before a grand jury in those proceedings then his pardon would not have covered it.

149 Hunter Biden absolutely owned Republicans in his testimony. Hunter’s testimony only showed the tragedy of his experience with drugs, how far Republicans were willing to go to indulge conspiracy theories, and how trivial all Hunter’s business dealings were in comparison to something that really does deserve investigation: the $2 billion reward lavished on Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump.

Republicans spent a lot of the day repeating wild claims about Hunter’s business dealings and trying to get him to admit to at least some of the connections they have been alleging for months. That never happened. That single response [denial] by Hunter was never seriously challenged.

Just like other never ending Republican investigations, Clinton blow job, Clinton Ben Gazi, Clinton emails, Tan suits, etc. these are meant only to puff up Republicans, smear opponents, and waste time and money (into the hundreds of millions)…….actual indictments, prosecutions and convictions are only a Democratic thing.

Look, there is enough public, private, direct and circumstantial evidence to roll up the entire Biden Crime Family, but instead we have to put up with the absurdities of James Biden getting a million dollar diamond from The CCP and claiming he threw it in the garbage, positing why minor aged Biden relatives have LLC's set up in their names that are getting multi-thousand dollar deposits in them from companies Hunter is allegedly working for.

And yet, AND YET, Donald Trump is on the hook for half a billion dollars for some imaginary non-crime. Or 84 million dollars for having the temerity to insist he did not rape some nut job who can't even remember the date of this alleged rape within a decade range of time.

Russel Brand talks about Zelensky in a way that I find disarming. There's a kindness to his viewpoint, seeing Zelensky as basically a guy who is in over his head, has been caught in between two superpowers arguing over his nation's killed and broken bodies. He thinks Z man was genuinely wanting the best for his people, but given how everyone else has treated this thing, he's powerless to stop it.

So whatever grandstanding he does, it's kinda all he knows, putting on the tough guy act, hoping for something to go his way, and powerless to stop the slaughter, because it's not in the interests of the U.S. of A (and its lackeys in Europe) to stop it.

Going all the way back to Aristotle on Politics, corrupt aristocracies have the shortest duration of survival. Simply put, for common people, it is easier to submit to one tyrant than many.

Right now, our ruling class is composed of rapacious, corrupt, and tyrannical monsters that seek all for them and nothing for those outside the magic circle. It also creates problems for the grand jury convened by Fani and may well mean that the new DA would have to start from scratch.

It would certainly boot the case into after the election in that case.

360 356 If Biden loses wouldn't that decrease the chance of pardon?
Posted by: m at March 01, 2024 01:04 PM (o3SCB)

I wonder what would happen if afterwards it would be shown that Joey was completely mentally incompetent when he supposedly "issued" the pardon, would that invalidate it, or would it be judged like the intent was valid even though it was impossible for it to have been performed?

361 "...characterized Biden's demeanor as "defiant" and "dishonest," highlighting that his statements clashed with those of other witnesses interviewed by the oversight committee."

C'mon, man. That's the Biden family way.

They're not high I.Q. individuals; they've largely married into &/or 'fell into' some degree of fortune through placement &/or scheming by mysterious forces. They clown & attack 'obstacles' having had decades of coaching (i.e., Joe Slade White) & remarry at the UN.

They're really 'common,' much like (Irish/English) Travelers that have finally settled. They appear to believe they're immune to the law (w/some evidence its been so) & they're devious, cruel, and disrespectful, among other characteristics, because they've always depended on there being someone, some group(s) to protect them.

They realized (or, rather, it was introduced to them through political connections, both MA & PA, maybe NJ) every other candidate for office had nepotism &/or dynasty on their side, and so hey were created for the broadest appeal to that middle class, then the right timing & placement.

Go back decades to answer who or what, and specifically why?

My guess is that the pardon would stand. The idea at least is that it is a check against government injustice so the stds are relatively lenient on exercising that power. Then there is the whole standing issue of being able to object to a pardon in the first place.

364 He's a Democrat so it would stand on that alone. But even so I don't see how it wouldn't.

---------------

His Executive Orders could be ruled invalid if he's found to have been non compos mentis at the time they were issued -- but of course that won't happen even though he clearly was when he was sworn in.

369 First brother James Biden confirmed during his impeachment inquiry testimony that a $40,000 check made out to former Vice President Joe Biden in 2017 used funds James received from a Chinese government-linked company — while James also revealed he received overseas income as recently as last year.

James, 74, insisted that he didn’t believe the company, CEFC China Energy, was controlled by Beijing — claiming that “I just misspoke” when telling the IRS in a 2022 interview that first son Hunter Biden, who was partnering with his uncle, had described CEFC chairman Ye Jianming as a “protégé” of Chinese President Xi Jinping.

“Where did you believe the source of the money that was going into [Hunter Biden’s company] Owasco, prior to being sent to you, was coming from?” an investigator asked James during the Feb. 21 interview.

“CEFC,” James conceded — following an extended back-and-forth in which the first brother’s attorney Paul Fishman tried to argue that “money’s fungible” before being reminded by a House staffer that James “did not have sufficient funds” to make the $40,000 alleged loan repayment on his own, “so it is traceable.”

370 "high or drunk" when he wrote a text message in 2017 to a Chinese businessman, stating he was "sitting here with my father".

Okay - why did a Chinese businessman want spend millions to hire a washed-up guy always high or drunk? What services did Hunter provide worth several million $

Seems like a fair question -if this is all an honest mix up, what sort of work product did Hunter give the Chinese businessman when he was high or drunk? For several million $ I'd expect a very through and well sourced report. I'd expect there to be billable hours, meetings with multiple clients on behalf of the Chinese. So where is the evdence of any of that?

371 Ordered a sandwich at Panera a few years ago that listed the ingredients. The sandwich was slathered with horse radish which I loathe and which was not on the list of ingredients cited on the menu.

When I took it back to have it replaced (politely), the young lady looked at me like I had two heads for having the temerity to bring it back. When I pointed out that it really should have been on the list of condiments that came with the sandwich, I received a very surly look and grudging accommodation.

Never been back, which was never a problem since I never really liked it much in the first place.
