#BREAKING DHS sources confirm Nilson Noel Trejo-Granados, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador arrested in connection with the murder of a 2-year-old child in DC Feb. 8th is an MS-13 gang member.
Sources say the 25-year-old entered into the Hidalgo area as an unaccompanied minor back in May of 2014 but was apprehended a day later likely as someone trying to evade.
Because he was a minor, he was turned over to HHS/ORR and then he was released to his alleged father in New Jersey.
He was showing up for court for years requesting more time to get an attorney--Then in 2022, records show he was a no show so he was ordered removed in absentia--But was not removed.
Then he was arrested twice in Montgomery County, Maryland for theft--Detainers were lodged but he was not removed.
ICE currently has a detainer on Trejo-Granados.

Note that he was arrested twice in Montgomery County, and ICE had a "Detainer" out for him -- a request that local jurisdictions hold a criminal until ICE can pick them up to deport them -- but Montgomery is a sanctuary county and they ignored the ICE detainer and let him go.

Then he murdered a two-year-old.

Was it worth it?

A fifth suspect has been arrested in connection with the murder of 2-year-old Jeremy Poou Caceres.
The Prince George's County Police Department announced Monday they're now charging 25-year-old Nilson Trejo-Granados with first and second-degree murder.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Removal Operations Baltimore spokesperson James Covington confirmed with FOX 5 that Trejo-Granados is an unlawfully present Salvadoran national.
On Nov. 7, 2022, a Department of Justice immigration judge in Newark, New Jersey ordered Trejo-Granados' removal from the United States.
According to the ICE records, the Montgomery County Police Department arrested Trejo-Granados on March 21, 2023, and charged him with theft. While those charges remain pending, ICE lodged an Immigration Detainer on Trejo-Granados with the Montgomery County Detention Center on March 22, 2023; however, the agency says MCDC refused to honor the detainer and Trejo-Granados was released by MCDC on March 27, 2023.
MCPD arrested Trejo-Granados on September 26, 2023, and charged him with theft again, and attempt to obstruct and hindering.
ICE lodged an Immigration Detainer with the MCDC on Trejo-Granados, once more, on Sept. 27, 2023; however, MCDC released Trejo-Granados from custody on October 12, 2023.

A day after his most recent arrest was announced, ERO Baltimore lodged an Immigration Detainer against Trejo-Granados with the Prince George's County Detention Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

Will this county finally honor the ICE detainer, now that this scumbag murdered a two-year-old? There might be enough heat that they're forced to -- but you know they're meanwhile freeing all the dangerous illegal alien criminals who haven't murdered an American child... yet.

The bill, among other things, would preserve Biden's expansive Catch and Release network at the border, including a parole pipeline where thousands of border crossers and illegal aliens are released into American communities every day after securing so-called "humanitarian parole."
"[The bill authorizes] a clarification of how humanitarian parole is used at the land borders, but NO changes to the President's ability to bring in vetted, sponsored migrants through the program known as CNHV (Cuba, Nicaragua, Haiti, and Venezuela parole)," Murphy wrote of the bill.
Biden's lobbying for the parole pipeline comes just as Laken Riley, a nursing student at Augusta University, was murdered allegedly by an illegal alien who was released into the United States interior thanks to the parole pipeline put in place by the administration.

What people blaming Reagan for the appointment don't know is at teh time, the Senate would not consider anyone for district court that was not acceptable to the two Senators of that state (both Dems at the time) through the blue slip policy. Old throwback to the segregation era where Southern senators controlled who were district judges in their states to avoid integrationists.

Medical costs have to come down or the federal government will die. There are two ways to do it:

1. Massive reform that collapses the price under competitive pressure (for example, price transparency, antitrust enforcement, elimination of CON laws, ending EMTALA, taxing medical benefits as income, etc.)
2. Nationalize the whole damn thing (or charter it through 1-3 captive providers, essentially converting UHC, and/or BCBS and/or Aetna into chartered monopolies/regional monopolies that consume the other players as determined by HHS), reduce capacity and ration it

I grew up hearing about "town and gown" disputes at the dinner table. Medical costs are destroying the federal budget and it is getting close to the point where that changes, or the federal government fails. The government is irresponsible, but it still has the existential imperative to survive and it still has vast power to make structural industrial changes if needs to, at least in certain industries. They will nationalize the medical system in this country or convert it to a chartered monopoly, and will do so within 10 years on the outside, probably within the next five years. It's that or go bankrupt and fall from power entirely as a result.

Not just Americans. This has been happening for at least a decade in Western nations all across the world. Paul Joseph Watson has been highlighting these stories for years going on in Europe. With no end in sight and no one doing anything to stop it. Because those who are responsible for stopping it are the ones who are orchestrating it in the first place.

Probably correct.

Town's population of 15,000 is mostly students and university employees. They didn't used to count all the students in the population (dorm-dwellers were excluded), but I don't know the current rules on that and I last lived there 40+ years ago.

When I lived there, the university was a "suitcase school" with a large majority of the student population going home on the weekends, so the locals didn't have to put up with the students all day every day.

State a deadline for all those released and all of those who escaped "capture" on initial illegal entry to the US to get out. Then state that the Executive branch will issue letters of marque and reprisal (also known as Wanted posters) against anyone who crosses their path as a known illegal invader. Exclude children and women from those letters. And, then, pay a bounty - maybe $10,000 would do it (what they're giving to illegals in NYC) - for each one captured so they can be sent somewhere else. (I, for one, like the idea of Antarctica. Or somewhere up the Yangtze.)
