Following up on a tip, the “Fox & Friends Weekend” host arrived at a “Casa Alitas” building in Tuscon, Ariz. which had removed exterior signs and did not take kindly to her attempt to get answers about the mission of the facility. In a video posted to social media, Campos-Duffy was seen engaging with workers and, in a follow-up video, reported her cameraman being physically accosted and assaulted by security. I'm watching Sam Harris being interviewed by Konstatin Kisin now and when he was asked about the media lying about the Hunter Biden laptop he said that he supports the media lying about the story, that he agrees it was a leftwing conspiracy to deny Trump the presidency AND he doesn't care if there are literally videos of Biden killing children in a basement it is all worth it to deny Trump the presidency.

1. As noted by Ace earlier today, the Euroweenies proposed to send troops into Ukraine, and then quickly backed down when the Russians pointed out that might not be such a good idea. 2. The Ukrainian forces are desperately trying to create a defensive line to stop the Russian breakout from Adveevka. But those who live here say they feel the strain migration has placed on their town: schools rushing to hire English as a second language (ESL) teachers, emergency services overwhelmed with unintelligible calls reporting domestic violence, and health providers faced with a flurry of uninsured patients. Ukraine, no question. Russia, with four times the population, mobilized only 300,000 people in September, 2022 (on top of the normal peacetime draft), and hasn't done a mobilization since. A lot of the few hundred thousand people who fled Russia at that time have come back, discovering the economic prospects aren't necessarily that good abroad. There weren't a lot of people in their 20's in Ukraine before the war started. Hard times after the breakup of the USSR led to a Baby Crash, and then about half the population emigrated. Male college students and teenagers have been exempt from the draft, but the proposed "Total Mobilization" will probably give every male, and a lot of the females, the opportunity to die for Blackrock.

Had a good workshop day today. Took my Jeep over to a buddy's place, and raised it on his hoist, and went looking for the source of a clunk in the front end. Found it! The bolts holding the lower leading arms to the front axle had worked loose, so the axle was bouncing around in the slots. It was a long way from coming loose completely, but it made for a bad clunk, and some bump steer. I dialed in as much positive caster as I could, and tightened the bolts securely. Then I went looking for a phantom fuel leak, and found that, too. It was a rubber hose used to couple a nylon hard line to the metal hard line for the fuel return from the fuel rail to the tank. Rubber was perished and leaking. Cut a new piece of hose, went to install it, and an inch of the nylon line snapped off. Had to cut a longer piece of rubber, but it's on there, and the fuel smell has gone away.

U r welcome. I'll likely see it myself if & when it gets to Amazon Prime, which is likely. I saw an excellent 2012 documentary called "Marley." Really well done! I learned a lot I didn't know, & I'm a fairly knowledgable Marley fan. It included plenty of his music, & interviews with his wife Rita, & his oldest son. Also with one of his many GFs, i.e., the mother of one of his 9 kids, a former Miss Jamaica and Miss Universe. (He had 9 kids by 7 women.) Posted by: mnw at February 27, 2024 11:37 PM (NLIak) 341

Fire 10 million workers, than rehire 7.5 million becomes "look at all these new jobs!" People needing 3 jobs to pay bills becomes "unemployment is down!" Now the inability to fill 50,000 military jobs, because the army is becoming woke shit, turns in to "we're trimming 50,000 jobs to make our military better!" Posted by: coyne I can't figure out what "one hit" goes with most of those bands. Boston, sure, classic rock radio only plays one song. Or they'll sneak in "Amanda" if they think there's girls listening. Kansas is known for Dust In The Wind, but they're not a one-hit wonder. Carry On Wayward Son was pretty big. Point of Know Return, too. Metallica had at least two big radio hits in Enter Sandman and Nothing Else Matters, and two lesser ones in Sad But True and Unforgiven. And two decades of albums before the "Black Album," though those didn't get much radio play, at least in BFE where I lived. The fans might call the Black Album their sell-out point, tho. But which Journey song is their one hit? Separate Ways, I guess? What about Any Way You Want It? Open Arms? Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin'? Wheel in the Sky? Don't Stop Believin'? Def Leppard is almost as tough to figure out. Is it Armageddon It? Pour Some Sugar On Me? Photograph? Love Bites? Rock Of Ages? Posted by: mikeski at February 28, 2024 01:32 AM (DgGvY) 493

There is a difference between a signature song and a hit. Lots of bands have >1 hit but you can only have 1 signature song. To wit: Led Zep has a bunch of hits but "Stairway to Heaven" is their signature song. "Burnin' For You" was a hit for BOC, and still gets plays, but "Don't Fear the Reaper" is their signature song. AC/DC - lots of hits but "Back in Black" is their sigsong.

I didn't know the answer, so I asked the Internet. Number of dimples varies by brand. That sounds like cheating to me. I think you could make that skipping-stone shot from the Cafe easier if you have smoother golf ball, with more, smaller dimples. (The skipping-stone shot. The video right before the one you watched 43 times.) I did know, without checking, that baseballs have 108 stitches. And that soccer balls are too ghey for me to care how many panels they have. Tish and Engorgons "Disgorgement fine" against trump was based upon the "Profits" he made from those loans against his "Overvalued Properties"(all of the loans were paid back, on time, with interest and the lenders interested in loaning him even more), largest part was $135Million he made on the DC Post Office Hotel build, they seized it ALL. Today, Waldorf Astoria/Hilton, who bought it from Trump defaulted on their $235Million loan to buy it. They have 65 NYC Hotels and 13 major "Resorts" as well as the Landmark Waldorf on Park ave(currently closed for remodel) Are Letitia and Engorgon gonna now seize all of Waldorf/Hilton? Downloaded a 12GB Zip file to my iPad which then said I didn't have enough memory to unpack it. (why don't we un zip it?)
Then moved it to flash and tried to unpack it with Win7 and 9 ways it said there is a problem. OK. I have an old iPhone and contrived to get the iPad to recognize the old phone and moved the zip file and unpacked it. Now in the process of moving the unpacked file from the old phone to the flash drive. We'll see if Win7 can swallow that. Posted by: Braenyard at February 28, 2024 03:30 AM (tZ+ct) 605

'Bat Out of Hell' was so very over-played... I was sick of Meatloaf and *still* cannot stand to hear anything from that album.
Also, why I couldn't get past 10 minutes of Rocky Horror Picture Show. Hahaha Posted by: JQ at February 28, 2024 03:31 AM (njWTi) 607
Odd man out here, mom made the best meatloaf in the world.

Morning, all you insomaniacals! I slept uninterrupted almost until the alarm. Stirling the big black cat didn't wake me up; he's not so affectionate today, though he seems fine now.
The usual First of March, the Weather Throws a Switch is in operation again. It's 71 F. and humid now. It's supposed to hit 77 before a "cold" front comes in and lowers things to the 50s tonight, and we'll have one cool day. Then, Friday, guess what, warm and humid, and that looks to continue all next week. Winter -- spring really -- is over. Gah. Oh, well. Howzabout choo? Good mornin' Wolfus!
Our winter is about over too. At least we'll have about 2 months of "Spring" before summer blazes on until October... (I h8 summer here, btw) Posted by: JQ at February 28, 2024 03:47 AM (njWTi) 618
Meatloaf was one of the 70s few redeeming aspects. . . .
Posted by: Miklos, unfazed at February 28, 2024 *** I will admit that "Two Out of Three Ain't Bad" is pretty good. And the song *title* "Paradise by the Dashboard Light." Aside from that, all I know of him is that vivid album cover of "Bat Out of Hell" and the image of an overweight, stringy-haired, sweaty guy screaming into a microphone. Posted by: Wolfus Aurelius, Dreaming of Elsewhere at February 28, 2024 03:47 AM (omVj0) 619
I sure as hell will be yelling something in my car though. Night, Horde. Didn't Meatloaf say that two out of three ain't bad?

I make meatloaf for Old Mama because she will eat that.
To the best of my recollection, I have never eaten a bite. The original recipe was carefully typed on an actual typewriter c. 1964, if I had to guess. Posted by: Culinary Archivist Miklos at February 28, 2024 03:49 AM (v+0wn) 622

Alright, random test revealed that my little iphone 8 successfully unpacked the 12GB file that iPad and Win7 couldn't handle. They work on the phone. Now to plug the Flash drive into the 7 and see if it works there.
