Biden's Invasionary Force of Illegals Would Together Make Up the Fourteenth Most Populous State in the Union

It's a conspiracy theory to say that Democrats are attempting to import Democrat voters through the open border, though.

Nearly 7.3 million migrants have illegally crossed the southwest border under President Biden's watch, a number greater than the population of 36 individual states, a Fox News analysis finds.

That figure comes from US Customs and Border Protection, which has already reported 961,537 border encounters in the current fiscal year, which runs from October through September.

If the current pace of illegal immigration does not slow down, fiscal year 2024 will break last year's record of 2,475,669 southwest border encounters -- a number that by itself exceeds the population of New Mexico, a border state.

The total number of southwest land border encounters since Biden assumed office in 2021 is 7,298,486, CBP data shows.

...

Compared to the largest US states, the 7.3 million number is about 18.7% of California's population of 39 million, 23.9% of the state of Texas and its 31 million residents, 32.3% of the population of Florida and 37.3% of New York. It's more than half the size of Pennsylvania, Illinois and Ohio.

Were the number of illegal immigrants who entered the United States under President Biden gathered together to found a city, it would be the second-largest city in America after New York.

And the total does not include an estimated additional 1.8 million known "gotaways" who evaded law enforcement, which would make it bigger than New York.

Taken together, nearly 10 million migrants have crossed into the US illegally during the Biden administration, a record Biden's critics assert could only be achieved by intentionally refusing to enforce the law.

...

The Department of Homeland Security did not respond to a request for comment.

The border is under control, they perjured themselves.

As Texas reinforces the border, criminal border-crossers move west, to San Diego:

San Diego sees 500% increase in border apprehensions as crisis shifts west

Quick Hit:

The San Diego Sector reports over 140,000 apprehensions in FY24, with more than 20,000 individuals from China -- marking a 500% increase compared to the previous fiscal year. These numbers highlight a significant shift in immigration patterns under President Biden's tenure and a shi

Key Details:

The San Diego Sector has apprehended over 140,000 individuals, a notable increase from previous years.

Over 20,000 apprehensions from China, representing a dramatic 500% rise compared to the last fiscal year-to-date.

Under President Trump, apprehension numbers were lower, with policies focused on stricter border control and immigration enforcement.

David Strom points out that Biden has repeatedly said he can't close the border, not without Congress "helping" him close the border, by granting mass amnesty and work visas. (How does showering illegal border-crossers with more welfare and more inducements to break our laws help close the border?)

But now that his fake "presidency" is at stake, Biden begin saying "Oh wait, maybe there are some things I could do myself to shut down the flow of illegals..."

Biden's inconsistency [on executive power to close the border] stems from something darker, though--he is pivoting in an election year from a policy of open borders and active importation of illegal immigrants to one that he believes necessary to win an election. Everybody knows his goal is to reopen the border if he wins reelection.

We know this for many obvious reasons, the most prominent of which is his refusal to do anything to stanch the flow of illegals until it started hurting him with his constituents. He kept on insisting that the border was open solely because the Republicans refused to cooperate with his policies, and he could do nothing on his own.

Suddenly, that excuse has gone out the window. Not because he discovered any new principles in the law but because open borders threatened his reelection prospects. He is losing Black voters, and he needs them.

NBC "News" mentions some steps Biden is contemplating, which are well within his power to do (unlike, say, granting mass amnesty for student loans).

One thing he could do is just require those judging fake asylum claims to bring a little more skepticism to the proceedings than none at all:

Under the new policies, asylum officers would be instructed to raise the standards they use in their "credible fear interviews," the first screening given to asylum-seekers who are trying to avoid deportation for crossing the border illegally.

As you might guess, to be eligible for an asylum hearing at all (and to be "paroled" into the interior of the country while you wait eight years for that hearing), you have to explain that you have a "credible fear" of persecution. Every illegal currently meets this low threshold by simply lying. If their country isn't politically repressive, they'll say there's some criminal gang threatening them. They are required to provide zero evidence to show this "credible fear" is actually... credible.

And Biden can change that zero standard hearing with the stroke of a pen.

And Immigration and Customs Enforcement would be told to prioritize recently arrived migrants for deportation, in a "last in, first out" policy, the officials said.<

A congressional aide with knowledge of the deliberations said the Biden administration has yet to make a decision, but raising the bar on asylum and deporting more newly arrived migrants are considered "low hanging fruit" and actions that can be taken quickly.

Ohhhhh! It's "low-hanging fruit," now!

But I thought Biden couldn't do anything unless Congress granted a mass amnesty!

I doubt he'll do these things. But it's interesting that he admits that, like Dorothy, he had the power inside him all along.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort

Biden has brought our enemies into the country paying for their transportation through NGOs, forcing the border states to let them in, and then paying them to terrorize the population through government checks and again NGOs.

There is nothing stopping the GOPe from calling for Biden's prosecution for treason....well...besides a spine.

One thing I have never seen estimated is what percentage of the total are "encountered." So what is that estimate? Does anybody talk about it? Do they estimate that 90% are "encountered?" 10%?

Because the numbers bandied about like this 2.5 million figure are the number of "encounters." What multiplier should be used to estimate the real total? 1.1 is quite a lot different than 1.75, etc.

Won't matter what standard is applied. I'll bet anyone any amounts of money that the asylum officers are leftwing hacks fully on board with facilitating the invasion. They'll rubber-stamp any bogus lie from these thieving rats and let them into the country.

I'm not sure anything can stop this horde, but something like "remain in Mexico" would be the only thing that stands any chance. If this vermin had to wait 8 years in Mexico for their hearing, they would soon disappear. But any system that allows them any chance of staying in American pending the hearing, is totally fucked.

Let's just ignore all of the got-aways that don't even get processed.

To any honest, normal person, the border's obviously not under control.

Interesting observation. I went to my local truckstop the other night at 03:00 as I am wont to do, and the very decent Black male kid running the place went out of his way to inform me that he was the only server, and there was one cook, also Black, and therefore if we expected to get a meal quickly he was very sorry but that would not happen. He was a truly good kid. He refused to serve burned coffee, made fresh, the cook came out and kind of shrugged. What was he to do. Food only cooks so fast.
It was fine, the meal was excellent and the kid discounted the order for the wait, but I just added up the total and tipped him the difference in cash.

Tucker interviewed him recently (#75) and it is worth a listen.

Here is an 8 min. talk that is also very good (in spite of the stupid walking selfie style.)
https://twitter.com/i/status/1731832436261007567

That should link to the top of a thread that covers a lot of his points, but I want to draw attention to Tweet #17 where he highlights some of the TIP report text.
https://twitter.com/MikeBenzCyber/status/1605365736326987778

The TIP was created by the IC - The Transition Integrity Project - and it was essentially the blueprint for the US color revolution carried out in 2020. They game planned several election scenarios, and the necessary reactions from the "blob" to maintain control and insure a Biden victory.

I bring it up because I am sure the same thing is going on today. That is, a 2024 TIP report with scenarios and plans of attack. This sentence caught my eye:

"If anything, the scale of recent demonstrations has increased the stakes for the Democratic Party to build strong ties with grassroots organizations and be responsive to the movement's demands.

It explains Biden sucking up to the palestinian terrorists. (pixy. tbc)

So, is it a crime to be in opposition to a war between Ukraine and Russia? I'm unclear.

Also, the DOJ pursuing crimes against Trump for classified document handling while not pursuing Biden is supposed to be proof that the DOJ is really trying hard to not look like an attack dog for Biden?

Yup. CA's "surpluses" are always windfalls. They tax the shit out of capital gains and when Silicon Valley and to a lesser degree Hollywood does well and people cash out shares, CA gets a nice big piece of it. The amount of stock-based compensation in Silicon Valley is huge, and the state gets a piece when those shares are sold. When cash-outs decline - or stock grants decline, or stock values decline - the state gets a much smaller windfall.

Pat Riley wants to implement a wealth tax in Cali and, if you try to leave, an exit tax. The US also charges an exit tax if you leave and renounce your US citizenship. I don't think you have to pay it if the total value of everything you own is <$2 million ($4 million for married couples). Cali would presumably be similar - charge top tax rate on everything unless total value < some tmodest threshold.

312 Huge expansions of community, in-home services on the horizon for seniors "aging in place" & Americans with special needs, thanks to government healthcare being built back better.

Kills a bunch of birds with one stone, including a considerable number of now undocumented immigrants without substantial education aiding those within certain government programs once trained, i.e., CNAs, etc.

Immigration into the US has been used several times in past decades to expand medicine, especially nursing & technician pools, when staffing was at critical levels. There were nurses from India and the Philippines for many years who came into the country, and then nurses from nations such as Somalia, legally immigrating most often as children & then receiving nursing certificates &/or degrees in country.

Integrity of such programs could be quite iffy with the current lack of decent immigration controls for several years. It also doesn't solve the problem that about 40% of those entering the country via 'non-traditional' immigration are well educated but almost none of the entrants are well vetted, nor can many ever be.

"But at least they'll be able to work."

330 What is so funny about this is that a mere 10 years ago, progressives were the "smart" ones because of the "professorial" Obama
_______________

Whose transcripts were a more closely guarded secret than the plans for nuclear weapons, so you KNOW he stunk out loud on those transcripts. "Professorial" my ass.

331 What's 1% of 0? My books don't make any money because you people don't spread the word of my brilliance wide enough!

I found with writing my own books that 1) I'm crazy and nobody wants to read my general ramblings and 2) they are on subjects nobody wants to read about.
But the very small print runs, using that term very loosely, have been bizarrely influential on actual published books by other people. I've handled the copies of very small print runs to influential people who were influenced by them.

332 And gang violence? Sure. It sucks. The cartels that run your shit suck. That isn't my problem.

And the longer this continues, the richer and stronger the cartels become. Soon the southwest US will becomes a narco-terrorist state and it will be your problem.

335 There was some chatter about allowing some of the illegals to attain citizenship by enlisting.

I will say this; the US Army had/has a program for foreign nationals to enlist. It was called "Military Accessions Vital To National Interest (MAVNI) Program." Originally it was supposed to enlist people with certain language skills, medical skills and the like.

The foreign national had to be a "legal alien" to be considered.

It was something of a disaster as many legal aliens who were part of the program went "missing" after enlisting. Some were never found.

337 CA has a largely captive population of ultra wealthy people. Hollywood and Silicon Valley (and the financiers of Silicon Valley)

I know several rich people in CA, and all they want to do is get enough money to go to an even nicer part of CA. They just view it as a luxury good. Like buying a Range Rover even though it depreciates like crazy and will be in the shop all the time.

338 Illegals don't get their own senators yet (unless they tip the scales in a close election state), but they get their own Representatives in many places. Chicago for example ... if they have an area with 600,000 illegals, they get two reps instead of one (for the legal Hispanics). Because illegals count (for assigning representatives), even if they can't vote.

339 As a "fun" point to consider, by the current SC take on people illegally in the US, Alaska would get credit in the census for any Japanese military personal invading it in WWII...

340 I'm sure that's why the tortoiseshell I ended up with has attacked me for no reason multiple times. She gets bored and needs a kill, so she goes for the nearest thing regardless of size. Little bitch has clawed me literally in my sleep, when I rescued her from certain death as a kitten.

Feet are cat sized so are easy to imagine are prey when in the hunting crazies. Cats can be very imaginative to burn energy, my lady cat will tear through the house, pounce, stare in several directions, jump again, then dart to the top of a cat tree or chair. I'm sure there was an epic story going on in her head.

341 Illegals don't need their own Senators or Representatives.

They'll be replacing them soon enough.

Imagine being some leftist dork in Congress all in on letting the illegals run roughshod over the border. Only to be booted out of office by one of them.

342 What was the MacGuffin that allowed them to survive? I'd assume a WWII-era ship had a complement entirely of men. Where did they get replacement oxygen? How did they expel waste materials underwater? Food? Clean water?

Interesting idea, but it breaks down quite a bit with just a few questions...Difficult enough to write a story like this set in space or an alien world with more advanced technology.

Its been a while but the writer, James White wasn't totally off the wall. They could get at the cargo and it was a transport carrying military supplies which would last a while for a small group. If they had power (and they had to) electrolysis might do for oxygen. They had enough answers that I finished the book.

The framing was that near the end they are found by a water breathing race who landed on earth and contact them to be used as a bridge to contacting the rest of humans generations on. Book is by James White. The Watch Below.

343 There's a strange SF book I remember where a WWII cargo ship is sunk underwater but the people on board hold out in sealed parts of the ship and live on for generations.
