The mystery image is a duck, scooting along the water, with the reflection of the duck mirrored in the water beneath it. The frame has been turned to its side. Imagine the frame rotated 90 degrees and think of a duck and you'll see it.

Twice in the past few days I was treated to some very disturbing content that I'd rather not see.
