Surprise! Illegal Alien Transgender Mass-Shooter Was Registered (Illegally) to Vote in the 2020 Election

By now, you're aware that on Sunday afternoon, a deranged woman brought her young son and an AR-15 into Joel Osteen's Lakewood megachurch and opened fire. After the smoke cleared, the shooter, Genesse Ivonne Moreno, 36, had been killed by two off-duty officers. A 57-year-old man had taken a round in the leg; he was treated at a medical facility and released. And Moreno's seven-year-old [human shield] son had been shot in the head. The boy remains in critical condition with a poor prognosis.

The leftwing media is blaming "lax gun laws" for the shooting, ignoring the fact that this person, who has repeatedly been arrested and treated for mental illness -- and who is also an illegal alien! -- should not have been able to purchase any weapons according to currently-existing laws.

Still another roadblock to Moreno obtaining a legal firearm is the fact that she is not a U.S. citizen. She was born in El Salvador, and it's unclear what her current resident status is. But during the divorce proceedings (approximately 2020-2022), she was deportable:

The mother-in-law's affidavit ... also claimed Moreno "filed a fraudulent birth certificate" for the child and "refused" to correct it and told hospital staff that the father [Carranza] was "dead" and, alternatively, that he was "homeless" and unknown.
Her son "has been reticent to file the criminal charges against his wife; now his former wife because, as she is not a US citizen," the mother-in-law's affidavit said, and "as she already has had criminal convictions, she would likely be deported if convicted of the 3rd degree felony that stems from filing a fraudulent birth certificate. He told [Houston Police] detectives this is not what he wants for the woman he loved and married and the mother of his child. He wants her to live, he told police, where she can get quality mental healthcare. He doesn't hate her; he hates her mental illness and her refusal to treat it."

But while this Cultural Enricher wasn't allowed to buy a gun in the US, she also wasn't allowed to vote in US elections, but this is America -- criminal illegal aliens are allowed to do whatever the fucking want to do here, because Fuck You, that's why:

Part of the game of fooling the rubes is to wait until it's too late to do anything about the voting situation in a given state. Like now is too late. Any changes should have been made last year to be implemented this year. Now the fraud advocates, er, voting rights advocated can run to a judge and claim there is not enough time to react to the burdens imposed by getting dead people off the rolls, and the judge will agree.

GOPe uses these vote fixers as well in primaries. See the Dem fixer arrested last week in Atlantic City for example. Jeff Drew in NJ used the guy.

Basically, in the US, there are election fraud fixers that essentially buy the blank ballots mailed out to residents and fill them out for them. The candidates then pay the 'contractors' for GOTV operations--often in cash if permitted by local laws.

Not true btw. New laws can be challenged but existing laws require an actual residential address, some sign of existence, etc. Some private voter integrity groups this cycle are using datamining to find out these voters and sue under federal Motor Voter fed law to have these non existent, dead, or moved voters stricken from the rolls.

And they win when they file suit in either federal or state courts. That is how you reduce the margin of cheat--you get rid of non-existent floaters.

Most of the South does not have closed primaries so you declare which ballot for a primary that you want. Sometimes there is a non partisan ballot for races during a primary election if you reject Dem or GOP ballot. The Dem or GOP ballot have the non partisan races by default included.

Originally this was done so that the GOP could attract new voters and demonstrate cross party appeal at the general election. Now it is a conduit for primary fraud by Dems crossing over to vote for people like Lady Lindsay.

Louisiana, I dunno about as they have jungle primaries which are weird and I've forgotten the specifics.

TX has open primaries. I always checked "Unaffiliated" when I registered but I'm fairly certain that even those who check "Democrat" can vote in Republican primaries and vice versa. They used to stamp your voter card with which primary you voted in but since they can't require you to actually present a paper voter card any more, I presume they rely on the electronic records to "prevent" any one person from voting in both primaries.

Have you ever watched court videos from low income districts? Most of those fucktards can't even restrain themselves from doing drugs on sentencing day. I've even seen defendants who are logged into court via Zoom light up a glass pipe or a blunt right in front of the Judge.

A lot of these people have no capacity to delay gratification or do simple calculations like big fine vs $10 in my pocket today.

I get the convenience of it, the last couple elections I used the drop box, rather than mail in, but either way it sure beats standing in line on election day.

Mail just makes it absolutely easy to cheat. Given the world we live in now, it should be possible to verify these ballots one way or another, using whatever tech needs to be used to make it secure.

There's no party affiliation for voters. When you show up to the primary, you're asked whether you want the Dem ballot or the GOP one; you can't have both. Not theory. Fact and not just in California. Basically, the Dem fraud machine relies on floaters (non existent registrants, moved registrants, ineligibles, and so on) as the pool and they prefer to mail ballots to these voters so they can be collected en masse by their vote fraud contractors (ballot mules) filled out and stuffed into the drop boxes. The going rate was anywhere from $10 bucks to 50 during 2020.

The second part of it is real time analysis of received ballots and how many are needed. In urban areas, I have no doubt that Dems take a peek prior to the election at absentee ballots to get some idea of the percentage needed to win. They use the real time voter history access to determine who is unlikely to actually submit a ballot and then put on in the drop box/mail for them.

Now that technique is being applied by ActBlue in campaign finance where unknowing unemployed people's names are listed as straw donors giving masses of money to Dem candidates .

How do you know how popular Lady Lindsay is? Serious question. He got 55 percent in 2020 against a well funded Dem of 45 percent. FWIW, Wisconsin has 6 million registered voters and only about 4 million in population. You see that in other places as well. The information of how bad your state's voter rolls are can be easily found. What you will find that every state using ERIC to manage their voter rolls has not cleared their rolls since ERIC was invented.

Ken Blackwell cleaned up the voter rolls as OH SoS by sending postcards to the addresses that the voter allegedly gave. Returned by the PO as no valid person/address, they were stricken off the rolls.

Ohio as a result is about 8-10 percent redder. Florida then replicated what Ohio did under DeSantis. Same.

The key to voter fraud is a plausible voter pool where floaters can be inserted so that is why the Dems run continuous voter registration and use govt agencies etc to pad the rolls. They figure you can't get them all.

She refused to say who she voted for in 2020 and was a registered Dem. Simply put, you need someone with real ties from the district, not someone parachuted in (see Alan Keyes for example), that is well funded and has an effective individual GOTV operation. The GOP national wing essentially treated her candidacy as disposable because it would have been throwing good money after bad. The national GOP is shitty at GOTV anyway other than their stupid and annoying robocalls.

Graham was my Congressman. I know a LOT of South Carolinians. Well not any appreciable percentage, but a lot for a person to know.

But the data show that Republicans vote for Lindsay Graham. There aren't a bunch of Dems voting in the Republican primary - some are, no doubt. But certainly not enough to make up the margin.

The problems are not with primaries but primary voters. Graham won 68% of the <500k votes (312k) cast in the Republican primary. He won 55% of the roughly 2.5M (1.37M) votes in the general election. Clearly there are a million Republican voters who voted in the general who did not vote in the primary. They all voted for Graham in the general - maybe tey would have broken for his opponent in the primary? Unknowable unless they showed up.

It's not a state thing. Whether this happened in a bad blue state like IL or NY, or a good one like TX or FL, that NICS check still happens.

The bad states make one jump through THEIR hoops first. IL, for example, makes you get a state gun ID, they call it the FOID card. NY makes you get a permit in the case of a handgun, but so far does not make you get a permit before buying a long gun.

But where is the report from a real investigative reporter on the guns retrieved at the crime scene? Either none have surfaced, or something got spiked or buried.

It always disrupts the Gulf Stream. Its why the Stream bends away from the east coast of NA over to Europe rather than make Greenland warm and cozy.

There's an old SF story where volcanos in Panama area blow and open up a gap between north and south America and the Stream heads into the Pacific. Chaos and threat of a massive war (this is pre WWII) as Europe starts to go into deep freeze and wants to migrate elsewhere are averted when the US builds a wall blocking key parts of the gap and restores the Gulf Stream.

It is difficult without actual survey data to know whether Lindsay is wildly popular or tolerated as the devil you know unless you put them on a survey question with alternative candidates which is generally something done by private election polling.

I think Lindsay would have to trim his sails more as a senator or face a credible primary challenger if SC had a closed primary and he is chameleon enough to do that.

Open primaries are generally a bad idea nowadays.

Not true in TX (and IIAMN most other states) if the seller was an individual selling his personal property to another individual. You can chase the chain of ownership from the manufacturer to the last person to buy it from a FFL but that doesn't in and of itself prove that that person broke any laws.

And while Registration might show intent, it's still not attempting to actually cast a ballot, and that's where someone could easily wiggle out of a charge, so long as they didn't actually vote and didn't try to.

If nobody witnessed it, there is no victim and therefore should be no crime. Not that it matters, of course, but I'd be hard-pressed to justify *why* it would be illegal if it took place, say, in the woods with nobody around and no witnesses but the person's own camera.

It's not a state thing. Whether this happened in a bad blue state like IL or NY, or a good one like TX or FL, that NICS check still happens.

The bad states make one jump through THEIR hoops first. IL, for example, makes you get a state gun ID, they call it the FOID card. NY makes you get a permit in the case of a handgun, but so far does not make you get a permit before buying a long gun.

But where is the report from a real investigative reporter on the guns retrieved at the crime scene? Either none have surfaced, or something got spiked or buried.

Simply put, you can't have candidates with very little experience in national races and the GOP is in a funding drought caused by the whale donors not giving money and overspending on idiotic priorities. You need a good candidate with a ground game. Suozzi already had that in the race and also a consolidated support from team Dem.
NY is also facing redrawing districts again after the Court of Appeals threw out the existing districts in NY for 2022. That means the GOP is on defense for the remainder of seats.
