8 A school my buddy taught at instituted a "You can't tell the parents if their kid is cross dressing or going by a pseudonym" policy quite a while ago.

He took umbrage to the absurdity of it, and now teaches somewhere else. He's trans sympathetic in general.... but also very "don't fuck around with other people's kids" sympathetic too.

But the North American Economic Zone (NAEZ) is without a predominant culture. I think that is why few people understood Putin in TC's interview, or for that matter Viktor Orbàn when they talk about their custodianship of government where the population has a definitive culture worth keeping.

The NAEZ will fall shortly due to the plundering at every level, the crippling of enterprise due to energy rationing and overpriced labor. With a population of Nihilists and Christianity replaced by the American Religion (the I don't care, I'll be raptured when it gets bad enough) there is no will to defend tyrants or live in perpetual slave-state misery. Certainly no honor or character to fix it.

This immigrant family still has domestic fights, uncivilized children, the "parents" will surely spend lots of time producing an anchor baby, and probably polar opposite ideas on hygiene, fastidiousness and order than their hosts.

The moment their hosts leave for more than a few hours, the valuables will be stolen and hocked, pantry emptied, and God only knows who the immigrants invite over for unspecified amounts of time - out of compassion.

Someone asked a month or so ago about a good one hundred dollar coffee maker. I suggested buying five of them for twenty dollars and throwing one out every two years.

My twenty dollar coffee maker died yesterday just a week short of two years. So I ordered another from Amazon and it was delivered between 4:00 and 7:00 am this morning, just in time for breakfast. What a country.

73 Here in FL, you cannot legally lock a guest out. If the guest cannot access the property all they have to do is call the cops and the cops will force you to let them in and not lock them out in the future. They are not on your side and basically consider you to be an idiot for not knowing the law.

Cops make a determination on whether the guest is "authentic" if they find any of the guests stuff inside or the guest can describe the interior.

You want to turn your life into a legally enforced horror show....go for it.

The one thing that I discovered after buying an $80 or so coffee maker that is designed and rated to hit that specific 195-200 degree brewing mark is that it really does help the flavor of all coffees. I drink white trash Ol' Roy coffee through the week, and it makes a difference with it as well as the Lavazza fancy pants stuff I get out when I'm feeling uppity.

78 Pelosi used impeachment to great effect. That she had the majority of the GOP on her side likely helped.

But here's the thing; impeachment is mostly a muckraking tool. You make all sorts of accusations, dredge up the nasty little details about the target's social life, corruption, missteps, etc. It's all about embarrassing them in public, shaming them.

No amount of "evidence" will get *biden or any of his cabinet members bounced. The GOP will see to that. But they oughta' go through the motions.

I was watching a movie review for some bad movie. There was a scene where the main character had to go to Russia to pick up a clue in the mystery. The reviewer commented that the music in the scene was, "an orchestral piece that I assume 'sounds Russian' but sounds a lot like the theme from 'Jaws.'"

He then played a clip. It was Marche Slave by Tchaikovsky. It's one of the most recognizable and famous compositions in Western civilization. But sure. Just like the theme from "Jaws" that maybe "sounds Russian."

So…. Using a politically popular notion (illegals don’t deserve benefits) to bash a good policy (school vouchers)…. Which makes me suspect this incumbent is a Bushie GOPe. One can have both: a secure border and school vouchers with safeguards so they only go to citizens. Why is that hard? But I’m betting that ad is probably effective….

I read that story last night, and that detail bothered me, and makes me think this was staged. Unless they had an AztecDash helicopter pilot standing by to deliver these sparks, that didn't happen. I strongly suspect this is theater.

If not, that means the government is not only not vetting the aliens (that much is obvious, and we can take it for granted), but also not vetting the "donors." I don't buy the latter for a second. I ended up a on a mailing list for working mothers in my very blue area.

The endless topic of discussion was how to make sure they didn't get in trouble for paying their "undocumented" nanny under the table. Also a fair number of complaints of native born Americans applying for nanny jobs and wanting too much money.

Note when I looked up the same people on Next Door or Facebook they all demanded a "living wage"
