Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Biden Will Once Again Refuse to Take a Cognitive Test at His Upcoming PhysicalOn one hand, you're not allowed to say that Biden is obviously, evidently suffering from dementia because you are not An Expert and therefore have no ability to tell when someone slurs words or repeatedly confuses people. When Republicans are in office, everybody in the MSM is a neuroscientist, psychologist, and oracle capable of and required to opine on the mental fitness of the president and to predict exactly the disastrous consequences of their decisions. When a Democrat is in office, no matter how obvious a Democrat's corruption or disability, it takes a (Left-leaning) "expert" to tell you that what you see before your eyes is false. In that spirit, Americans are being gaslit once again on Joe Biden's obvious lawbreaking, double-dealing, influence peddling, and most importantly his manifest inability to perform his duties as president.Given that Biden's White House is claiming that only An Expert can render an opinion on Biden's mental acuity, you'd think they'd welcome the opportunity presented at Biden's next physical to have such An Expert conduct a cognitive test so that we all know his expert medical opinion. But Biden says, "Nah, dog. I don't trust your voodoo 'science,' bro." Fox News: Biden won't take cognitive test in physical exam: White House White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Monday said that President Biden will not be taking a cognitive test during his regular physical exam. President Biden will not take a cognitive test as part of his upcoming physical exam, the White House confirmed Monday. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre stated that Biden's physician, Dr. Kevin O'Connor, does not believe a cognitive test is necessary. She said O'Connor believes Biden proves his cognitive ability "every day [in] how he operates and how he thinks." Reporters pressed Jean-Pierre on the issue due to last week's report from Special Counsel Robert Hur that found Biden has significant memory issues. "Does the White House think that the idea of the president taking a cognitive test as a part of this physical is a legitimate idea?" a reporter asked.
Biden attempted to tell another scripted joke intended to dispel worries about his age -- and he again flubbed the joke, "forgetting something" due to his dementia. "What I didn't realize, and I've been around, I know it don't look like it, but I've been around a while. I do remember that," Biden said, garnering laughter and applause. He was taking a shot at the Hur report by saying he remembered he was old. He botched his joke, though, at the end of his speech when he added to a statement - he admitted, "I forgot something" as he made a final comment. It's a Catch 22: You're not allowed to render an opinion on Biden's obvious galloping dementia because you're not An Expert, but Biden also won't allow An Expert to test him for dementia because non-Experts like Karine Jean-Pierre have rendered their non-Expert opinion that Biden is super "sharp" and runs circles around 30 year olds. Non-Experts aren't allowed to notice that Biden can't remember when his son died, but Non-Experts are allowed to claim that he's very "sharp" and totally not suffering from dementia. The "neuroscientist" in the excerpt screencapped above should be treated in the same way as the "psychologists" and "neuroscientists" who opined on Trump during his Administration: they should be rejected.
There is a big difference between speculation - like, "I went through dementia-related decline with my older relatives and Biden's behavior looks similar and so I think he probably dementia" - and asserting that, in your professional opinion, someone you have never met does or does not suffer some from affliction. It's fraud to diagnose someone you've never treated and whose records you've never seen. Remote diagnosis of celebrities on TV or in the newspaper is borderline (if not literal - I'm not sure) malpractice. If you do that - not speculate based on subjective observable variables from a distance, but *diagnose* someone you've never met - you deserve to be rejected. You're a bad doctor. Grimly amusing news out of San Francisco.
Scott Wiener is one of the most obnoxious politicians in California - besides being a hard-Leftist, he is a homosexual revolutionary. He regularly shows up at homosexual street festivals in fetish gear, made it legal to have sex with someone without disclosing that you are HIV-positive, and is working to weaken age-of-consent laws (gosh, I wonder why). He's also Jewish, and he is being subjected to constant harassment by his erstwhile allies, because he won't endorse the destruction of the state of Israel. The Jewish Community Relations Council of the Bay Area has noticed this: WATCH: For weeks, California State Senator @Scott_Wiener has been subject to an onslaught of harassment both in-person and online, including the assertion that "your whole bloodline's cowards." In social media videos posted this week, Sen. Wiener is seen sitting on a plane with an inverted red triangle above his head, a symbol used by Hamas to identify their targets. He is chased and called a "genocide profiteer." His car is mobbed by a crowd of angry "activists" screaming "you're killing babies!" And now the scum and villainy currently heading up NRO are willing propagandists for him... Posted by: 18-1 The difference is that the people there are totally different. The Berlin Wall still stood so serious people were at NR at the time. It fell, and nepots like Jonah Goldberg, and non talents like Rich Lowry replaced Joe Sobran, Florence whatzhername, John O'Sullivan, etc. Then the nasty pieces of work like Steorts, Nordlinger, etc. came to power. The special counsel report on Joe Biden's unauthorized removal and disclosure of classified documents exposed much more than our president's mental deficits and the breadth of his irresponsible handling of top-secret and classified information. I don't know if it's been discussed, but when they say "cognitive test," there are incredibly simple tests that can be administered by virtually anybody.
These are the ones where you have to count backward by 7 from 100, and they ask you to draw the hands of a clock to reflect 2PM (I think... my memory isn't what it used to be). The whole test can be administered in 10 minutes. It's about as basic a test as one can imagine, and I've had plenty of people fail it. I'd bet money that Biden would fail it.
