Biden's Ghostwriter, To Whom Biden Divulged National Security Secrets, DELETED HIS RECORDINGS OF BIDEN AS SOON AS THE SPECIAL COUNSEL WAS APPOINTED

The man Biden divulged national security secrets do is Zwonitzer. He was mentioned in the last post.

The Special Counsel said that Biden couldn't be prosecuted for revealing national security secrets to a complete civilian with no clearance to receive them because of Biden's "diminished faculties."

But that's just the beginning of the story.

(By the way, Deb Heine just confirmed to me that the "diminished faculties" line is in the report, the current version, on pages 247-248. Always trust content from ace, even when he's slapdash and shaky.)

As soon as the Special Counsel was appointed and Biden and Zwonitzer realized that he would be subpoening all the notes and records of their meetings, ZWONITZER DELETED ALL THE TAPES, thereby denying the Special Counsel evidence of what, exactly, Biden was sharing with him.

The implication, of course -- impossible to miss -- is that Zwonitzer deliberately engaged in spoliation -- destruction -- of evidence.

And why would he do that?

Another big implication is that Biden, or his lawyers, demanded that Zwonitzer destroy evidence of a crime.

"At some point after learning of Special Counsel Hur's appointment, Mr. Biden's ghostwriter, Mark Zwonitzer, deleted digital audio recordings of his conversations with Mr. Biden during the writing of the book, Promise Me, Dad, The recordings had significant evidentiary value."

Via Nick Arama of RedState, of course the Special Counsel isn't charging the ghostwriter, either.

But Jack Smith charged all of Trump's employees for their part in "hiding" documents!

Another big find from Arama:

Biden's "diminished faculties" did not begin recently.

They were apparently on display in 2017 when Biden was attempting to recall parts of his life for his biographer. I missed this when I quoted the "significantly impaired" language:

We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during out interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory," the report states. "Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him -- by then a former president well into his eighties -- of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness."

"Mr. Biden's memory was significantly limited, both during his recorded interviews with the ghostwriter in 2017, and in his interview with our office in 2023.

So he's been demented since 2017 -- and the media, of course, were full conspirators in the cover-up and psyop against the American public.

Biden's caregivers are attempting to portray him as hale and vigorous by claiming he maintains an "aggressive travel schedule." Strange, I only see him going on vacation every week to his beach house in Delaware or Camp David.

Via Jazz Shaw, the lads at Free Beacon asked CNN's "fact" (LOL) "checker" Daniel Dade if he had any plans, any at all, to actually check this important claimed "fact," which Biden's caregivers say proves his mental acuity and physical soundness.

You will not be surprised to hear that no, CNN's leftwing propagandist "fact" (LOL) "checker" will not be fact checking any of Biden's claims.

CNN truth expert Daniel Dale did not return an email inquiry about whether or not he was planning to fact-check this claim, so the Washington Free Beacon decided to look into it.

Biden has made 363 trips outside of Washington, D.C., between 2021 and 2023, according to an analysis of presidential travel. Roughly one-quarter (91) of Biden's trips were to Delaware, where he owns a 6,850-square-foot mansion in Wilmington and a beach house in Rehoboth, the site of his infamous bicycle crash. He has spent 279 days at one of those properties, plus an additional 42 days on vacation in other parts of the country, for a total of 321 days, which amounts to nearly one-third of his presidency.

According to our analysis, Biden's travel and vacation schedule during his first three years in office was similar to that of former president Donald Trump, who was ridiculed for frequently visiting his properties in Florida, New Jersey, and Virginia. Trump made 391 trips outside the capital in his first three years in office; roughly one-quarter of those (110 trips) were to properties he owned. He spent a total of 277 days, or roughly one-quarter of his presidency, at Trump-owned properties and didn't vacation elsewhere.

The media's conspiracy to conceal Joe Biden's mental state and lie on his behalf should be borne in mind in the coming days, as they will claim that Biden was so overworked after the 10/7 attacks that of course he couldn't ballpark the year his son died, even within a several-year span.

For Discussion and Review:

Erick Erickson
@EWErickson

MSNBC tonight: 13% of Americans over 70 have Alzheimer's. Having one of their own as President represents a bold new step toward inclusion and acceptance in America. Joe Biden is broadening the conversation in a positive way.

What do you predict the spin will be?

Or do you think the time for spinning is over?

In which case: What will be the media's spin about its long participation in this criminal cover-up ?

Update: CNN made a surprise admission earlier today:

[D]uring an episode of CNN This Morning this week, the typically reliably pro-Biden network quietly admitted something significant about Biden. During a discussion about Biden's decision not to participate in the traditional presidential Super Bowl interview, Bloomberg senior Washington correspondent Saleha Mohsin suggested that his declining mental health might be the reason--and that didn't get any pushback from the panel.

"I think I'm in the minority on our team in that I am convinced there will be debates," CNN host Phil Mattingly said. "And I don't see any way there is not. Am I wrong?"

"Look, since 2016, everything we were convinced of we need to throw out. Maybe it will happen; it will happen for different reasons than it used to. What's interesting, though, is that President Joe Biden said 'no' to the traditional "60 Minutes" interview before the Super Bowl," Mohsin said. "And to me, him saying no to something that he's expected to do, a serious interview, he can really get his message out to an audience, just sitting, waiting for him, waiting for his message, is telling. Is it because he can't handle it?"

"And he just did the interview with Scott Pelley less than a year ago for '60 Minutes,'" CNN's Poppy Harlow pointed out. "Do you have any sense of why [Biden is a] 'No' on this one at such a crucial moment?"

"I have no idea. I mean, just look at that clip we just saw," Mohsin pointed out. "If he is not able to follow the questions, if his staff is worried that he cannot connect the dots and find the word that he's looking for, that's a problem."

Mattingly didn't dispute her point.

Why would CNN admit this, for the first time ever, this morning?

The answer is, of course, they got a heads up about the report and are "pivoting to a version of the truth."

Biden's statement, willowed.

The Special Counsel released today its findings about its look into my handling of classified documents. I was pleased to see they reached the conclusion I believed all along they would reach – that there would be no charges brought in this case and the matter is now closed.

This was an exhaustive investigation going back more than 40 years, even into the 1970s when I was a young Senator. I cooperated completely, threw up no roadblocks, and sought no delays. In fact, I was so determined to give the Special Counsel what they needed that I went forward with five hours of in-person interviews over two days on October 8th and 9th of last year, even though Israel had just been attacked on October 7th and I was in the middle of handling an international crisis. I just believed that’s what I owed the American people so they could know no charges would be brought and the matter closed.

Over my career in public service, I have always worked to protect America’s security. I take these issues seriously and no one has ever questioned that.

36 I think Zwonitzer gets away with a fast one here. Of course he wouldn't be charged no matter what, but if you can destroy your evidence BEFORE it's been subpoena'd, or before you've ever been asked for it, then you can get away with it and say it was just one a' them things. Of course this doesn't apply to the IRS or anything administrative, but it does apply to criminal cases.

And of course a friendly Prosecutor just has to make a quick phone call; "hey this is what I'm gonna be asking for in a couple days so you better make sure you don't have it on you."

How could you know what is likely to be subpoena'd? Now if it's financial records that's pretty well settled, but on tapes of conversations? All Zwonitzer has to say "huh, I didn't know that they wanted those." and his statement could *never* be proven false beyond a reasonable doubt. No proven intent, no crime.

Same thing goes about doing it for "corrupt purposes", as you said, Ace. How could that ever be proven "beyond a reasonable doubt"? Especially when the Prosecutor himself is obviously in on the game.

If you're looking at public corruption, and its closely linked corruption at the higher levels of the private sector? It's the same, if not worse here.

If Biden's people told him to delete the files they probably would have helped him do it so they stayed deleted instead of being recoverable by the FBI. The amateurish "well I deleted them so they should be gone" but they were still there doesn't indicate any professionals were involved.

I was trying to come up with a joke about how maybe now it's time for America to have a president to have its HISTORIC FIRST [fill in the blank with a condition or status that would make someone ridiculously unqualified to be president] so that the world will see how TOTALLY INCLUSIVE we are.

Then I realized that you really can't get any more ridiculously unqualified than being a "RETARD" and we've already got that.

324 United States Courts: Who must prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt? In a criminal case, the prosecution bears the burden of proving that the defendant is guilty beyond all reasonable doubt. This means that the prosecution must convince the jury that there is no other reasonable explanation that can come from the evidence presented at trial.

Biden's 'case' wasn't looked at criminally. "Willful" (federal agency admin. statues) is plain indifference, intentional disregard. Intentional disregard - refuse to follow rules, laws; plain indifference - lack of concern for laws, rules.

FJB deliberately ignored rules & regulations years before when Veep & willful retained & disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency, within his published books, as a private citizen.

416 The Hill, 2 hours ago - Biden rallies House Democrats, calls Trump and his MAGA friends ‘losers’

Read it all, if desired, but in part, "The response from the packed room was generous: He got a long standing ovation at the start and another as he concluded with visions of a Speaker Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) in the next Congress.

At the top of his remarks, the president spoke briefly about special counsel Robert Hur’s report on his handling of classified documents. He highlighted in particular a section of the report that compares his handling of documents with Trump’s handling of them, saying he was “pleased” the special counsel made the “stark difference” between the two cases.

“This matter is now closed,” he added, banging his fist on the podium.
