I'm very proud we completed work on that space elevator. Of course it's in Florida.

Swiss scenes. (Springtime. I'm trying to follow Paco's advice and post more greenery and sunlight, and not just the gray stuff from Norway, Iceland, and Scotland that's been turning me on lately.)

Playing the Windows 95 shut-down jingle on various unlikely instruments.

They named this horse "Darrius" in honor of Fani Willis' stud.

His legs are short, but he's got speed.

This is me since 12:30 today.

Cigar, sir?

I think this kitten is on LSD. "My paws... they're made of rainbow sirens...!"

Cute little meownster.

Do you mind, pallie?

The Heist.

Huskies do an intricate "dance" to signal to other huskies where the nectar-bearing flowers are.

DeSantis has been front and center in the culture wars, he smacked down the Mighty Disney, and, as far as I know, Florida is in comparatively good financial shape. I don't know whether there have ever been any serious allegations about him being a crook or not, but, as far as I'm concerned, with his record of achievements, especially within the context of the larger GOP's lack of same, I don't care if he robs liquor stores to make ends meet.

I've said this before, one of the things that got me to support Trump was how sincere he was about trying to undermine the IMF crowd. Which almost NEVER gets talked about, and is one of those things when they say he's a threat to "our democracy," that's part of it.

I think that's a reverse of where the words came from. The word gyp is derived from the fact that Gypsies do it.

Kinda like Paddy wagons. They call them that because they're full of the Irish, it's not that they call the Irish Paddy because they're drunk in the wagons.

Alcohol is and always has been my drug of choice.

It is the most elegant of mind expanding chemicals, and those who scoff at it are troglodytes.

And they shoot 9mm.

But let's not pretend that natural drugs are in any way benign.

Look (fat), there's a basic substance that you modify in some way, such as the acetylation of a natural compound such as morphine --> heroin, and then there's methamphetamine which is a chemistry lab of all kinds of stuff. There's a difference.

Yes, easy access to drugs of all kinds (including your favorite) is bad for most people, mkay?

Nonsense. Ephedrine is the precursor. So using your logic it is a sort of natural compound and we should worship it like mescaline or marijuana.

205 Zelensky will say that which helps Zelensky and Ukraine. Putin will say that which helps Putin and Russia. That's fine and kudos to TC for interacting. I'm not going to hang on every word from either one of them. But the important thing is that The West (and the US Government explicitly) has absolutely no right to inhibit or censor that which TC covers. For that reason alone, I'll watch TC. Again, it's not so much Zelensky or Putin I care about or have vested interest in hearing; it's that hearing them via TC is a middle finger in the eye to our "representative" government that works to deny information and speech.

It's like backing Trump even if I have reservations about his being the optimal candidate. It's beyond Trump. It's that I'm not going to have/accept government dictating to me what my options are going to be. Revolutionary blood still flows and we the people better keep the transfusions pumping or America will cease to be.
