Moving to MD, I revel in the mild winters and Spring is in March like it should be. there were a number of days i the high 60's and we did get three days of snowy weather but then it was....gone. Like it never happened. Going to swim again today.

Yeah, I swapped maybe 20 calories of half and half for 100 calories of MCT oil. But if I was able to do an extra hour of labor of chain sawing and moving wood around I did a lot better then break even. No butter, but a little sugar.

Now, March. I always have said the first 10 days of March are often the nastiest of the year and a total FU to us. There can be ice storms with heavy wet snow, and sometimes a real snow, although the earth has warmed so it doesn't freeze and stay on the ground for long. The first week or so of March typically has a five day period of 25-30 degree highs with a 15-25 mph wind each day - ugh.
After the first two weeks it's often still cold and raw but it's lost that bitter winter bite.

I do my morning winter walks in Michigan in a long-sleeved T-Shirt, Insulated vest, and work-out shorts so long as the temperature is 32 degrees or higher. I add pants and a light jacket down to 20.
I think you'd adjust fine.

My colonoscopy prep sheet had a last line that said. "Congratulations, you have completed the worst part." True, but really just a nuisance.
Actual procedure was nothing. Chatted with the Doc about golf for a few minutes, he assured me I would be asleep during the procedure. Woke up and he came in and said, "Everything is fine, see you in five years."
But that was five years ago, so I got a notice from him about scheduling a week or so ago...Oh well.

The Lancet (left wing) allowed a good study to be published last year. The numbers were about 500,000 excess deaths per year due to extreme heat. Versus 4,500,000 deaths due to extreme cold.
Of course, starvation takes 8-9 million people per year, so we DEFINITELY don't want any more of that CO2 crap in the air that helps plants grow!

It's been in many publications and there are numerous sources who have quantified over the years how much has gone to illegal aliens.
The country is suffering financially and we're being invaded by illegal aliens. Then they shove a bill up our asses that funds illegal immigrants with outrageous tax dollars.

In every Presidency I remember before this one, the White House frequently released photos by White House photographers showing POTUS roaming around in Air Force One in shirtsleeves or in a bomber jacket chatting with staff and pool reporters, and in White House areas besides the Oval Office and Situation Room, chatting with staffers, pool reporters, visiting VIPs, and foreign dignitaries.

I believe this is why it was generally accepted that gays should not be in government. Many people believed it was too easy to get classified information out of them. They desperately want and need attention. They would trade classified and very sensitive information for attention. That was the basic idea anyway.

They are also liable to pressure. In the old days it was the threat of exposure, these days it would be the threat of being shunned by the other gays. David Brock used to be an active conservative reporter who suddenly flipped back presumably for that reason.

The families have quite a bit of involvement with the Government coming up. Ripping the President can get a lot of notes in your file that will make that a problem, if not get a visit from the local Secret Service.
