AI is going after our dogs, now! (This makes sense: on no less authority than Kyle Reece, the early models of the Terminators had rubber skin and "the dogs sniffed them out easily." I don't know why you need a dog to tell you that someone has rubber skin, but there you go. Maybe people are stupider in the future. Again, makes sense: They're getting stupider every year.)

No ace he specifically says about the rubber skinned ones " we spotted them easy" the later ones with real skin they needed the dogs to detect.

I think it had some sort of moderate propulsion and it generated a bit of positive lift. Which is odd for a car, they generally generate negative lift. But towards the end it looked like it had a whole array of fans on the back too.

I think the editor slowed down the video for the jump to show it better and for longer, or for effect; when the car hits the ramp and changes to the driver's POV, it is fast again; and in the changed camera shot showing the landing and skid-out at the landing-ramp bottom it is still fast.

The ramp was pointing what, about fifteen degrees or so, UP, there towards it's end? So, yeah. The truck IS going to gain altitude when coming off of such a ramp, at speed.

Same as a quarterback's football might rise some twenty or thirty feet above the turf, when thrown. Same as a rifle bullet ascending over the line of sight, only to drop back down in it's ballistic arc, till it strikes the target.

The truck, the football, and the bullet are all LAUNCHED a bit upward (with with far greater force, forward) by their respective delivery systems, till gravity and the decay of momentum, complete their respective arcs and they descend, in a very mathematically calculable manner, back down to the landing ramp/receiver/target, as intended.

And those fans in the back of the truck, are forcing air through the truck-bed mounted, engine radiators. Resulting in more weight between the axles, and less weight out front, to adversely affect the Center of Gravity.

Repeating, though. The rubbing alcohol cleans, and kills 'em on contact. And, evaporates quickly. No open flame until it does though, right!

Tero makes a boric acid syrup for ants, it is non toxic for cats and people. You can also dust the cracks in the moulding on the floor with it as well.

We are fortunate to not have a problem with them, but I've got a friend that swears by the lavender Fabulosa cleaner you can find at some big box stores and dollar stores. Spray where you see ants and it kills the ants and the trails that the other ants follow.

IIRC he also puts a water and Borax mixture out (also in the cleaning aisle) that attracts them and kills them after consuming. I'm not 100% on that so you'll need to look it up.

262 I think I’ve seen three instances in the last 30 minutes online, including in the press where people spell the country of Colombia as “Columbia”. I used to think this was just some thing Americans regularly got wrong confusing it with the district of Columbia or something. But this error is so common. I’m almost at the point of thinking maybe it’s not an error.

Is it possible that Colombia, is spelled “Columbia” in English? I don’t think I’ve ever seen that stated as official policy and I still think it’s not correct, but it’s so commonly written that way you have to wonder it’s some point.

We don’t call Germany Deuschland, and we don’t call Japan Nippon. And we don’t call Paris Paris, OK that one doesn’t work.

I think we should be spelling it Colombia as I’m not even sure if that is in Spanish word in particular. But no doubt half the times that countries mentioned in the American written word they spell it Columbia.
