Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Pro-American-Invasion Biden Begs Congress to Pass His Mass Amnesty BillNote that Biden is eager to play footsie and cut deals with his Iranian frenz -- but refuses to negotiate with Republicans in good faith about the border. It's so tough that it authorizes up to 150,000 illegal aliens entering our country per month with zero deportations. Note that the highest level of illegal alien entries under Trump was 130,000 per month. So long as "only" 150,000 illegals enter per month, no deportations. Only when illegal entries exceed 5,000 per day -- or around 150,000 per month -- does this " " " deal " " " authorize deportations. And only if it exceeds 5000 per day for a full week. And even then, it only authorizes them until the number of illegal aliens crossing the border per day falls under 5,000 per day again. Why are you not satisfied with this great deal, racists? This "deal" is not aimed at slowing illegal immigration -- it is aimed only at the bad optics of people rushing the border in great masses. If they stop near the border and game it out to make sure that no more than 5000 per day cross into the US, then there are no deportations authorized. Biden does not want to stop illegals from rushing the border. He just wants to stop Fox News' Bill Melugin from getting good helicopter footages of hundreds of illegals rushing the border all at once. He just wants them to pace themselves. He just wants to stop them from giving Fox News juicy video. The deal tying $61.4 billion in aid to Ukraine with increased border security measures is seemingly dead on arrival in the Senate -- and is staunchly opposed by several congressional Republicans -- despite months of negotiations between the White House and a bipartisan group of senators. There are zero "increased border security measures." All the "border security money" is actually just money to house and process and provide medical care to the illegals, and then ship them into the heartland. There is no "fixing" the border here. You're just declaring Open Borders in more words than required. Fuck off and die. ... "It would give me, as President, a new emergency authority to shut down the border when it becomes overwhelmed. And if given that authority, I would use it the day I sign the bill into law," Biden said.Again, the border would only be shut down when the feds admit that there have been more than 5,000 illegals entering the country per day for an extended period of time. And the border would only be shut down if Biden then chooses to exercise this theoretical authority to shut it down. ... Some of the tentative bill's other provisions, obtained by The Post from a source Thursday, include continuing to allow migrants who fly into the country to receive humanitarian parole at designated airports, while restricting the practice at the border and US ports of entry; granting legal counsel to unaccompanied migrant children under the age of 13 and migrants deemed mentally incompetent; and increasing in immigrant visas to 50,000 annually. This is all goody-bag stuff for the open borders crowed. We get nothing in return for this. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson has branded this " " " deal " "" to be "dead on arrival," of course. In closely related news, the House unveiled articles of impeachment against Open Borders Czar (DHS Secretary) Alejandro Mayorkas. This is Axios, so prepare yourself for spin: House Republicans unveiled articles of impeachment against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on Sunday morning, blaming him for the surge in illegal border crossings and fentanyl trafficking. Why it matters: Republicans are barreling toward impeachment over the logistical and humanitarian crisis at the border even as they balk at passing new, stringent policies that President Biden has promised to use to "shut down the border."LOL, we're "barrelling" towards it after three years of demanding the law be enforced. Oh and also, Biden's "border security bill" is real and we're "balking" at actually increasing border security. Wrong. Refusal to execute the law is in high crime. "High crimes and misdemeanors" refers to crimes and misdemeanors that only a highly ranked government official has the capacity of committing. Mayorkas is setting aside the duly-passed law of the United States to implement an open borders policy that has been strongly rejected by the public. And here's the spin: We don't have the capacity to arrest every illegal, so we shouldn't arrest any of them, and Trump briefly paroled illegals during peak surge periods. Therefore, Biden can implement mass parole of illegals (this means, paroling them into the US to await their hearings which won't happen for 8 years) as standard day-to-day policy. The U.S. has never had the resources to detain every migrant who illegally crosses the border until they can be removed. The Trump administration also was forced to release migrants into the U.S., especially during the 2019 border crisis. This bullshit: No, Republicans are simply refusing to allow Biden to pass a fake "fix" and then claimed he closed the border, when in fact the bill codifies and authorizes it remaining open. Until now, the open border policy has simply been a lawless executive policy, without backing by law; this " " " deal " " " would enshrine Biden's Open Borders policy as actual congressionally-approved US law. Meanwhile, the GOP Party of Oklahoma has censured treasonous Senator Lankford for taking part in this open borders deceit and this disinformation operation aimed at the American populace. Lankford peddles the leftwing Democrat line that Republicans know this is a great deal but are only opposing it to hurt Biden in the 2024 election: Fuck you. We have to vote these people out of office, not only in the primaries, but in the general election, even if that means electing Democrats for a term. Think about it: If a Democrat had this seat, we would have a good chance of booting him out and subtracting a member of the Open Borders Caucus from the Senate. But many of the Open Borders Caucus members are nominally "Republican," and so we NEVER vote them out of office. These members of the Open Borders Caucus -- McConnell, Lankford, Thune, Corwyn -- are in office permanently because they represent (LOL) red states and the red state voters will continue re-electing them FOREVER. They never have to change their position because they know they will NEVER be made to pay a price for it. They defeat their small-beans primary opponents -- which is easy -- and then go on to cruise to general election victory, because we conservatives enable this treachery and reward it. At some point we have to decide to make a (painful) stand and vote one of these guys out of office, even if that means electing a Democrat to a (painful) six year term. These people must be put on notice: We're willing to take a wound to win a necessary fight. Below: What Lankford is letting into the country.

When Trump wins I'm hoping he offers a plane ticket home to every illegal. Anyone who does not accept, but tries to stay on here illegally, would be instantly deported once caught with no right to return.

This is all goody-bag stuff for the open borders crowed. We get nothing in return for this.
++++ That's not true in the slightest, and is borderline disinformation. What "we get" in return for this is a new baseline of sanity in the migration of asylum-seekers by implementing formal policy adjustments. Right now, there are no limits and no checks against overwhelming the asylum system. This deal allows us to define exactly that kind of baseline, to establish limits, and to take swift action if those limits are being tested - all while maintaining the United States as a bastion of liberty for hard-working and honest people the world over. The situation today is unchecked and untenable, with only arbitrary and temporary ad-hoc and piecemeal actions available. This deal establishes for the first time actual rules of operation for the asylum process to ensure that levels are good for both our country and the asylum seekers themselves. This is a good deal and radicals like the host of the forum oppose it only because it does not satisfy their xenophobic desires. The Republican Party is better than this kind of knee-jerk nativism. No, Republicans are simply refusing to allow Biden to pass a fake "fix" and then claimed he closed the border, when in fact the bill codifies and authorizes it remaining open. Posted by: Catch Thirty-Thr33 ------- Declaration of War in the US is a trigger for a whole host of domestic regulations and even allows wage-price controls for example. That, in effect, is why Congress has not declared war since WWII. A whole lot of ceding power to the executive was written into agency authorizing statutes. See Youngstown Sheet and Tube v. With the shock of war,…the State comes into its own… The Government, with no mandate from the people, without consultation of the people, conducts all the negotiations, the backing and filling, the menaces and explanations, which slowly bring it into collision with some other Government, and gently and irresistibly slides the country into war. For the benefit of proud and haughty citizens, it is fortified with a list of the intolerable insults which have been hurled toward us by the other nations; for the benefit of the liberal and beneficent, it has a convincing set of moral purposes which our going to war will achieve; for the ambitious and aggressive classes, it can gently whisper of a bigger role in the destiny of the world. The result is that, even in those countries where the business of declaring war is theoretically in the hands of representatives of the people, no legislature has ever been known to decline the request of an Executive, which has conducted all foreign affairs in utter privacy and irresponsibility, that it order the nation into battle. Impose a 35% tax on all funds which are being "wired" to points South of the Border. Won't matter if it's a bank transfer, Western Union, some storefront "money" store, or etc. Snag 'em all. Jose wants to send $1,000 South, well, $350 of it goes to the U.S. Treasury, all in the same instant. All the records are electronic, so accurate, to the minute accounts can be kept. None of this "witholding" crap. The transfers are instant, and non-negotiable. Put a 35% pinche on ol' Pinche', and that'll set up a lot of discouragement from them coming here, in the first place.
I made this argument in sum and substance more than 10 years ago on this very site vis a vis re-electing shitty republicans (and it had to do with illegal immigration even back then). You don't have to. The IRS can't punish every tax cheat either. You can use the technique the IRS uses. Step one, find some offenders (easily done). Step two, punish the crap out of them way beyond the scope of their offense, and most importantly Step three, publicize it. Then publicize it again and again. Eventually the offenses lessen. The Founders did not fear armed conflict on a limited tit for tat basis as they pretty much unanimously agreed to attack the Barbary pirates without a declaration of war as raids, etc. were not viewed as provocations requiring war declaration. Ditto for Native Americans stirred up by the French, British, and Spanish interests. Declarations were designed more for total war involving invasions and occupation, etc. Louis Fisher, long time Congressional Research Service staffer, actually counted up the number of armed interventions from Gerald Ford's raid on Kampuchea to free some ship crew to larger insurrections such as the Moro Rebellion. Very few declarations of war while a whole lot of executive only instigation of force against pirates, raiders, and even other nations such as the USS Chesapeake's resistance to British attempts to seize crew members off the US warship. There is no such thing as "fair" when it comes to immigration. Those who are citizens residing legally in a country get to set the rules for how others may come in and, perhaps, stay. You're not a citizen here? Tough luck -- you have no say in the matter. And that, folks, is completely fair.
And, it'll help fund the larger deportation efforts. Jim Sunk New Dawn Galveston, TX Posted by: Jim at January 29, 2024 01:53 PM (e6UQI) I can see some problems in applying this. One, should lawful immigrants or U.S. citizens be taxed for sending money to relatives in foreign lands? Two, if all such "wire" transfers are blocked, what stops the illegals from transferring by way of a willing third country, or a "straw" transferror, or simply buying prepaid credit cards, and sending them by snail mail? The Jan 6 case coming up about the broad interpretation used by the DC courts to sentence protesters to lengthy sentences is a harbinger. Roberts and Conehead are more like turtles as they cling to past precedents so they cannot be blamed. In the obstruction of govt proceedings case, the past precedents of Skilling and Black frown upon the broad construction used by the prosecutors in the Jan 6 cases. Scotus is also gingerly moving toward removing Chevron and now the NLRB is facing Scotus review as being unconstitutionally constituted. Seriously, what's the scenario where the USA is able to continue as anything resembling the nation we grew up in? I don't know. Completely halt all immigration? Build a physical border defended by the military with lethal force? Retroactivaly end birthright citizenship? Mass-deport tens of millions of foreign invaders? End government benefits--education, healthcare, everything--to invaders? Impose devastating penalties on businesses who employ invaders? Serious criminal charges against NGOs and government officials who facilitate the invasion? Is the GOP or the government at any level going to do any of that when Whites have no political will, power or institutional representation and are being ethnically replaced at a rate of millions per year? Will the courts allow any of that? Whites in the USA need to start thinking seriously about what this future is going to look like and what survival means, because this is an existential threat to our people and all of civilization. I think we can solve at least 50% of the border and invader issue without having to build a wall, secure the border, or even deport anyone. Just tax remittances to Mexico up the asshole. Or stop them completely. I don't think people realize how critical those remittances are. They basically sustain the whole entire stinking thing. Cut them down, the whole house of cards gets awful wobbly.

Posted by: BurtTC ------- Abortion is the focus of single females of childbearing age for the most part as are other divorce, child custody, and social welfare spending not currently at issue. It is one of the reasons between a large ideological difference in voting behavior between single white and black females and males of the same childbearing ages. But, the overwhelming vote in Ohio and its general cleaning up voter rolls is a point in Blago's favor. I would expect something like Europe's first term limits to be more palatable politically than total bans in many states with only a relative few supporting total bans. I see little political appetite for going after women that leave jurisdictions to get abortions nor to prevent docs from prescribing things like RU 486 even in states with total bans. That being said, morals and politics are slippery things and widespread hypocrisy exists on this topic along with how far a 'right' exists for a particular medical treatment versus a ban. Even if that guy is not the terrorist in question -- he's still an arrogant man from a terror-supporting country making threats against American citizens for daring to question his right to sneak across our border.
We can do without his ilk. Posted by: Disinformation Expert Ace at 12:23 PM If that monster in fact proclaimed he intended to blow up buildings and massacre thousands, he would not be detained. But if you complained about it, the American Statsi would visit your home and threaten your family. Goes to a whole host of things including mandatory vaxxing, freedom of conscience for medical personnel, trans surgery, etc. The GOP at the national level and their donors have no will to fight for a national limit on abortion but were literally unprepared to argue the matter at the state level. In Kansas and Ohio both, the GOP and pro life activists did not successfully argue their case to the broader electorate.
