Predatory Hosebeast Fani Willis: If You Have a Problem With Me Spending $654,000 to Hire My Current Hookup, Mr. Darrius "Sweetdick" Honeycum, Esq., Then Your Real Problem Is With a Strong Empowered Black Woman Taking Charge Of Her Own Orgasms

You tell 'em, Fani!

You talk that stupid racist talk!

The judge overseeing Fani Willis' political witch-trial has ordered a hearing into the allegations against her.

The Washington Post has a more detailed report explaining that Judge Scott McAfee has ordered Willis to respond in writing to the allegations by Feb. 2, and he has called a hearing about the accusations and scheduled it for Feb. 15.

McAfee is also presiding over the RICO case involving Trump and 18 other co-defendants. Willis is alleged to be in a romantic relationship with Nathan Wade, an attorney with little experience in corruption cases whom the DA hired to serve as a special counsel in the Trump case.

"Willis has declined to address the accusations directly so far," reports the Washington Post's Amy Gardner and Holly Bailey. "McAfee's order appears to be forcing her to do so in televised court proceedings, a development that could at the least be embarrassing for the district attorney and at worst derail the investigation completely."

And just in the nick of time, the New York Times rushes in to report that this is all just a case of white men not treating black women with "respect" or acknowledging them as equals.

Whew! I was worried that a single black politico would be accused of wrongdoing and would not claim to be exempt from ordinary critique and examination on account of their race.

Now, much of what Fani Willis says is accompanied by palpable subtext. In the below article, I have raised this subtext to the level of text, and added it to the New York Times article where I believe appropriate.

I trust the New York Times, and the sex-swollen brutish man-slammer Fani Willis, will thank me for these emendations to the report.

Fani T. Willis, the district attorney prosecuting the Georgia election interference case against former President Donald J. Trump, is trying to quash a subpoena seeking her testimony in the divorce proceedings of a special prosecutor she hired to manage the case.

A court filing last week accused Ms. Willis of having a romantic relationship with the prosecutor, Nathan J. Wade, a two-bit man-slut known on the streets as "Turgid Manblossom," "The Booty Vandal," and "Dixon Butts."

The motion containing the accusation was filed by Michael Roman, one of Mr. Trump's 14 co-defendants in the criminal case. The motion argues that the relationship, which it provided no proof of, amounted to a conflict of interest; it seeks to have Mr. Wade, Ms. Willis and her office dismissed from the case.

There's no evidence except that the wife of her Gigolo and co-counsel alleges it in a divorce proceeding.

Oh, and no evidence apart from Fani Willis, Rodsmuggler, admitting it in church, stating that just like Martin Luther King, Jr. -- who had his own adultery scandals -- she too had "stumbled."

No evidence at all!

On Thursday, Ms. Willis responded with a filing stating that she "lacks personal knowledge of any matter that is relevant" to the divorce. She did not directly acknowledge the allegation, but said there was no reason for her to testify because both Mr. Wade and his wife had declared their marriage to be "irretrievably broken."

Now why would a colleague just offer the information that he's not having sex with his wife and considers himself Single, Ready to Mingle, and Thicc in the Dingle?

You know who says that kind of thing? A married guy trying to bang his ladyboss. "We're just like roommates... we barely even talk... spit on it first..."

"It is well-established that when both parties in a divorce proceeding assert that a marriage is irretrievably broken, which is a legal conclusion signifying that there is no hope for reconciliation, there is no genuine issue of fact that remains to be decided concerning the divorce," Cinque Axam, a lawyer for Ms. Willis, wrote in the filing. "And please stop saying mean things about her Sweet Boo."

...

The filing also said that Ms. Wade had acknowledged having an affair with a longtime friend of Mr. Wade's, and that the couple had agreed their marriage was "irretrievably broken" as early as 2017, before Mr. Wade and Ms. Willis had met.

The New York Times wants you to know that there's no evidence -- none-- that Fani Willis is boning Mrs. Wade's husband.

But when Fani Willis somehow conjures up the claim that Mrs. Wade was boning another guy, the New York Times absolutely fails to note that there's "no evidence" for this allegation, either.

It seems some people's allegations require evidence, and some people are so Politically Useful they can enter facts into evidence without any evidence at all.

Ms. Merchant said in a text message, "Ms. Willis alleges that her deposition is being sought in an attempt to harass and damage her professional reputation. Why would her truthful testimony risk damaging her reputation? And would she be able to even answer, what with that Monster Schlong nigh-bursting out of her cheek?"

...

The events of the past 10 days have added an unexpected dimension to a case in which matters of race and gender have also been bubbling to the fore.

Here it comes.

Oh, and the New York Times claims that "matters of race and gender" were already "bubbling to the fore."

No they weren't. They were not an issue at all.

But Fani Willis is about to play the sex and gender cards, and the Times wants to pretend she's only reluctantly playing them in response to others playing them.

In a testy recent email exchange between defense lawyers and prosecutors, Ms. Willis wrote that "some people will never be able to respect African Americans. And some people are just jealous that Mr. Wade hits my absolute bottom when we ridin' dirty." The email exchange, portions of which were obtained by The New York Times, unfolded in the days before and after the filing alleging the romantic relationship.

There is no evidence it's romantic. Far as I can tell, it's just two people going on sexcursions on the public's dime.

In a group email thread that includes prosecutors and defense lawyers in the case, the lead lawyer for Mr. Trump in Georgia, Steven H. Sadow, expressed annoyance with prosecutors for ignoring a request he had made. On Jan. 5, he wrote to prosecutors: "For the life of me, I cannot understand why you refuse to respond to the series of emails below."

Five days later, Daysha Young, an executive district attorney who, like Ms. Willis, is Black, wrote that she and Ms. Willis "are both aware, especially as an African American woman some find it difficult to treat us respectfully. You know who treats us respectfully? Captain Thunderbang, Attorney-at-Cock."

She added, "Over the last month the emails of some of you have been disrespectful and condescending lacking both professionalism and decorum." Ms. Young also said that she did not respond to some emails because they were disrespectful.

Mr. Sadow, who is white, responded with an email in which he said that it was "offensive, uncalled for and untrue" to suggest that racism was at play. He also said that Ms. Young's lack of response to some emails from the defense "suggests a degree of haughtiness."

It's almost as if -- I say almost as if -- you can't question a Strong Empowered Black (Leftwing) Woman at all without being smeared as a racist who Just Doesn't Understand the True Love We Share When We're Gouging The Taxpayer.

Then Ms. Willis weighed in.

"In the legal community (and the world at large) some people will never be able to respect African Americans and/or women as their equal and counterpart," she wrote in a note addressed to Mr. Sadow but sent to all of the defense lawyers, most of whom are white men. "That is a burden you do not experience. Further, some are so used to doing it they are not even aware they are doing it while others are intentional in their continued disrespect. I shall answer no more impertinent questions about the man who tickles my cervix."

Ms. Willis also made a case for her own fortitude. "Now you know, I cannot be bullied," she wrote. "I can be spanked, by the right man, a man with a domineering grin and the soul of a pirate, but I cannot be bullied." She added: "As you are aware, I have now experienced some of the most powerful people in the country call me everything, but a child of God. I have also experienced the power of a veiney python going nine-deep in my dusty old cobwebby mummyc*nt. But, yet here I and my team stand still pursuing justice."

So there you go. She's not denying she hired her gigolo to prosecute Trump, and you're a fucking racist to even ask about it.

AP — Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is accusing the estranged wife of a special prosecutor she hired of trying to obstruct her criminal election-interference case against former President Donald Trump and others by seeking to question her in the couple’s divorce proceedings.

The filing says that the subpoena is being sought “in an attempt to harass and damage” Willis’ professional reputation and accuses Joycelyn Wade of having “conspired with interested parties in the criminal Election Interference Case to use the civil discovery process to annoy, embarrass, and oppress” the district attorney...

66 If an adulterous affair on the public dime was good enough for Kamala Harris, it's good enough for this slag. Sure, her boo gained cash benefits for sexual services, which probably meets the local definition of prostitution, but he knows the DA - in the Biblical sense - so he probably won't be charged. And nobody would dare charge Fani for being a John-ette. Those crackers just can't stand a strong, black, procurer.

Why does a judge in a criminal case have jurisdiction over whether or not the prosecutor is having an affair? Why would that judge have jurisdiction over whether the prosecutor is paying someone too much and/or getting kickbacks? That is a separate issue that needs to be investigated and charges brought in a separate case. Or am I missing something? (I'll admit, as a civil litigator, criminal law tends to mystify me as it never appears to follow what I learned in law school).

Simply put, sex makes a mundane corruption issue front and center in the public opinion and Fani and Co are flailing there.

The court itself is the place to actually make sober allegations such as Fani failing to get approval to hire Wade from the County Commission which theoretically invalidates the appointment, violating ethics laws on public spending for personal use (the lover tryst trips), and then collusion with the White House Counsel's office on charges. Then you get the routine overcharging by an attorney with possibly fraudulent billing records, and so on.

Fani's kept man is going to get hammered in the divorce settlement as well (in a separate county) and the judge in that case may order Fani to be deposed under oath as well to testify about joint trips, etc.

Smartest thing she could do legally now is withdraw from the case and call on the governor to get a special prosecutor to complete it (which will present Kemp with political problems himself). Otherwise, like her predecessor did with his own documented corruption (DA money channelled to a non profit that he was involved with), she is digging her own grave and her public statements aren't helping her or Wade.

Compare and contrast, with the genius St. Louis prosecutor, who is cut from the same mold.

The only reason she's the former prosecutor for the City of St. Louis is because she was held accountable by the state attorney general (who is now the U.S. Senator). If the state won't do anything about it, then these shithole cities just keep doing what they do, but they aren't immune to being subject to that kind of oversight.

So there's an aspect of all this, where the claims of racism are known by the person making the claims, as complete bullshit. But they're entitled to throw it out there, just because.

I'm just not seeing any relevance or any jurisdiction for the court over any of this. And again, I think her prosecution is a sham witch hunt, I'm not on her side. Courts don't have jurisdiction to just look into things. They aren't investigative bodies. Nor can courts charge crimes. If she is charged with those things, those are separate and would need to be brought in a new proceeding. Until she is charged and convicted this court has no jurisdiction on those issues.

As conservatives we should care about Courts going off like this. It's grabbing power they don't and SHOULD NOT have.

Wasn't there an indictment and charges brought? We are past the point of determining whether a prosecution should happen when you have an indictment and charges.

Prosecutors often have conflicts - look at any high profile case. Prosecutors are elected so have a vested interest in getting someone - ANYONE - convicted. Anyone who thinks that DAs are just "looking for the truth" have never dealt with a District Attorney's office. They are ALWAYS looking for convictions - even on the flimsiest of evidence. And, prosecutors have immunity for these acts - so she is very unlikely to either a) face criminal charges or b) face an award of damages in a civil trial.

366 Courts aren't just allowed to go looking for other non-charged crimes by everyone that appears in front of them. That's not how any of this works.

Lawyers are subject to a host of ethics rules that forbid and require various behaviors. Some of these provisions are quite broad. A court can always inquire into ethics violations by laweyers made during the course of a case. They often don't, and may do so only for the purpose of referring lawyers to a relevant disciplinary authority. But courts can be more proactive.

369 Ridiculous! Joycelyn Wade is not a woman, Wade's legal wife, and more?

Bloomberg via Yahoo!News, 1/18/24, in part, "Wade filed for divorce from his wife of 26 years, Joycelyn, a day after Willis hired him in 2021. The alleged relationship between Willis and Nathan Wade could take center stage in the rancorous divorce proceedings, according to sealed records reviewed by Bloomberg News. Joycelyn Wade subpoenaed Willis to testify Jan. 23 in a case in which the judge has cited Nathan Wade for contempt for failing to turn over financial information.

But Willis fired back Thursday, saying that the subpoena “is being sought in an attempt to harass and damage her professional reputation,” according to a motion filed by her private lawyer. Willis is seeking to quash the subpoena."
----
In the Superior Court of Cobb County, State of Georgia, (Nathan v Joycelyn) Case No.: 21-1-08166
EMERGENCY MOTION BY NON-PARTY DEPONENT FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER COMES NOW, FANI T. WILLIS, Non-Party Deponent in the above styled action, and hereby moves this Court for a Protective Order, pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 9-11-26 and 9-11-26.1, because justice so
requires.

You are digging a hole here and simply accept that you are wrong. The judge does not have the power to charge criminally but that is not what is at issue here. A) illegal appointment of Wade, B) professional misconduct which can be referred to the Bar Association for adjudication, C) Collusion with the White House Counsel (not apparently the DOJ which might be viewed as ok) as recorded in the records--WH Counsel is not okay as it functions separately to give legal advice to the Prezzie, not to coordinate a legal assault on Trump. I suspect this coordination was not disclosed to the defense either.

A judge has the broad power to simply exclude Mr. Wade from any participation in the trial and his work product. He can refer ethical violation brought to his attention to the bar and/or county ethics commission. In addition, a judge may choose to expand discovery and force Mr. Wade to actually testify about White House involvement in the case.

Right. To think otherwise seems to demand blind faith in the prosecutors, cops, etc. regardless of whether they've been shown to be corrupt, including in the case at hand.

The general bias of the American justice system is supposed to be in favor the defendant, such that flaws in process, including gross ones, can invalidate this.

The first step would be obviously to determine how badly the case is compromised.

The prosecutor who brought the charges is using the case as a means to conduct corrupt activities.

Pretending that is irrelevant to the the case itself is delusional.

The judge does not know how far corruption extends here. The only way to determine that is by investigation. The two appropriate options are therefore either to drop the case entirely, or to investigate and determine whether a prosecution can and should proceed.

Satellite and fixed 6g on the ground are coming that might not be great for gaming due to latency problems but more than enough bandwidth to stream video content/email/web access. You usually see price increases when the monopoly player figures that they need to maximize revenue fast before losing most of their captive market. Comcast and other cable companies are in that situation.

ATT figured out that fiber and wireless was the future and dumped Comcast over a decade ago for that reason.

In old GE vernacular, Comcast is now considered a cash cow to be milked rather than reinvestment.

437 Grocers and pharmacies should have an air-lock in their entrance, and an employee there to look at the person before letting them in. Of course they should also have a bank of monitors to see all around the store to prevent any enemy infiltration using a trojan horse. Actually, adding an air-lock to the exit as well would be ideal. Someone should start a business doing that.

Pretending that is irrelevant to the the case itself is delusional.

I'm amazed at how little people understand about the law. If she is committing a crime, it can be investigated by the cops and DA. IT IS NOT THE COURT"S JOB and the COURT HAS NO AUTHORITY TO DO THIS.

The judge does not know how far corruption extends here. The only way to determine that is by investigation. The two appropriate options are therefore either to drop the case entirely, or to investigate and determine whether a prosecution can and should proceed.

See above comment. That you want to give courts cart blanch authority to conduct their own investigations and charge their own crimes is astoundingly disturbing, shows no understanding of our constitution, nor an understanding of basic civics.

Do you not understand that illegal conduct in a case can invalidate the case itself?

I've even mentioned the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine as an example of the principle.

The principle of the system here is either that the case is dropped, or the extent to what the case is compromised must be determined in order to proceed. There is no obligation to treat tainted charges at face value.

The bringing of charges themselves depends on credibility in the process of bringing them. If that process is not credible, the charges can and should be dismissed.

No legitimate prosecutor would touch this, so the white house found this grifter and offered to pay her through her boyfriend to prosecute this case, a case that has very little merit. She coordinated with the white house counsel's office and the J6 committee to collect evidence of dubious nature that she did not report in discovery. And, she hired her boyfriend, who has virtually no experience in this type of case, primarily to the conduit of taking public funds and putting them to her private benefit. With a prosecutor this corrupt, the case is entirely tainted.

Part of the problem here is that you are using various words, like "conflict" and "bias," in ways that don't track with how they are legally defined. So your thoughts about what is and isn't a conflict or biased is offbase. You also don't take into account the ethical rules for lawyers, which get raised in litigation somewhat regularly, or the court's inherent authority to look into and police unethical conduct that occurs in cases before it. All this is quite separate from criminal prosecution. The idea that a court is somehow acting beyond its jurisdiction to schedule a hearing to look into possible ethics violations occuring in a case already before it tracks with no concept of jurisdiction that I am familiar with, though the court's authority to take certain kinds of actions in response might be limited.

No, you are absolutely and completely wrong. Prosecutorial misconduct is absolutely the Courts business. Many cases have been dismissed for it. That is why the judge has required the prosecutor to answer the complaint in the motion to dismiss. There is no criminal complaint against the prosecutor that the court will be trying, only a motion to dismiss. Like judges, prosecutors are not even allowed to have an appearance of improper motivations.

502 Prosecutors often have conflicts - look at any high profile case.

His entire point is the Right shouldn’t engage in judicial overreach and this hearing is judicial overreach.

He also is arguing disingenuously because one of the allegations is that Wade was legally appointed but Mr Forgot doesn’t say anything about that even though he certainly knows that’s one of the allegations.

507 If nothing else, it is a Brady violation for the suckee and sucked to have failed to inform the defense that they were improperly profiting from the prosecution.

Let's assume that you were being prosecuted for murder by a prosecutor who actually committed the murder. Do you think a surveillance video of him committing the murder might be grounds for you to get the charges against you dismissed?

If you think there's no potential ethics violation, or that courts don't have the authority to look into those in cases before it, feel free to provide a sober legal explanation or cite he relevant authorities.

N.B., One of the reasons I seldom bother discussing the law here (despite being a lawyer for more than two decades now) is the Comfort Inn haughtiness of commenters who don't know what they're talking about and don't know it.

510 I played D&D for years--no, no, hold your applause--and never could figure out a use for that table.

Like, should there have been an entry on the wandering monster table for "ho"?

Although, here's a tantalizing thought, a little too close to true: Suppose "whore" was like other classes in D&D, and you leveled up in it (with gold, as was 1ed rules). Just imagine the powers you might evolve: "Pillow Talk" (causes target to spill state secrets), "Betray Country" (become devoted to Whore's client kingdom"), "Swing Trial"... etc.

515 The publisher of Sports Illustrated is laying off much of the storied magazine's entire staff.

The news, first reported by Front Office Sports, came less than 24 hours after publisher The Arena Group announced "a significant reduction in its workforce," comprising 100 employees.

The union representing SI's staff said in a tweeted statement that it had been notified of Arena's intention to “lay off a significant number, possibly all” of its union-represented staff.

516 This one time a long time ago, a guy offered to punch me in the face because I referred to his lady friend in his and her presence as a 'brazen strumpet.' (In my defense, she certainly looked like one...)

Just as The Dude's assailants were not golfers, he was not a DnD player. I de-escalated the situation by assuring him it was a playful compliment.

I remained, for that present moment at least, unpunched.
