By the Romans, towards the close of the republic, when the luxury of the table was carried to the greatest height of absurdity and extravagance, penguins were fattened as food, in a kind of stews constructed for the purpose, and were sometimes purchased at enormous prices. The places for feeding them were usually formed under rocks or eminences; and, if these were not otherwise sufficiently moist, water was conveyed into them through pipes bored full of holes like those of a watering pot. They were fattened with bran and the sodden lees of wine.

Griselda: Colombian Drug Lord ‘Cocaine Godmother’ Gets Hollywood Makeover
Sofia Vergara will play Griselda Blanco “The only man I was ever afraid of was a woman named Griselda Blanco.” This is what infamous drug lord Pablo Escobar allegedly once said about the person who created one of the most profitable cartels in history. A woman who had people murdered because “she didn’t like the way they looked at her”, Blanco was a ruthless criminal mastermind whose name was one of the most feared in 1970s and 80s Miami. Now the notorious drug lord has had a Hollywood makeover as Modern Family’s Sofía Vergara joins forces with the team behind crime drama Narcos to play the leader of the criminal underworld. http://tinyurl.com/y8t3ext6 photos Posted by: andycanuck (2yu8s) at January 17, 2024 08:06 PM (2yu8s) 103

Posted by: Grammar Cops - Notice the lack of hanging participles" Penguins are brought, for sale, in sacksful to Quebec, where they are eagerly purchased as food. Such numbers of them are killed by the American Indians that they prepare their fat so as to be eaten like butter. And we are informed that some years ago there was scarcely any Indian town in the interior of Carolina in which 100 gallons of this fat might not at any time have been purchased. FBI arrests Oregon trans 'Nazi' who threatened blacks, Jews. The FBI arrested a trans-identified Oregon woman on Friday who made credible violent threats towards minority groups, including Jews, black people, and immigrants. West indicated that she was pleased with how the Nazi regime "herded" Jews into gas chambers during the Holocaust. authorities were first alerted to West in September...posted on a transgender women’s support group page claiming she was bullied by "transphobic" coworkers, and saying she had reached "the end of my rope." West said she will "have to go out in a blaze of glory" and will "have to do what I have to do and pray for the gods to forgive me." West has multiple mental health issues such as bipolar disorder, dissociative disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder, issued further threats on X in December, records show. The FBI had met with West three times since October before taking her into custody...West was born under the name Francisco "Frank" Paramo. He went by the alias Wyona Wild before legally changing his name to Elizabeth Ballesteros West in October. Remember, all technological advances are in the service of porn and sex. Having said that, there are now things popping up on YouTube called Look Books that have all AI generated women that are preposterously hot. The interesting thing is that the only way to tell is that occasionally the AI generated woman will have an odd body crease or fold line that is not in the right spot.
