Comer, Jordan: We Are Exploring Impeaching Joe Biden for Advising His Crackhead Bagman Son to Defy a Congressional Subpoena and Obstruct Justice

Nice.

Hunter Biden defied a congressional subpoena, because he did not want to answer questions about sending money to his father. He would either have to commit perjury, opening himself up to further charges, or admit that his father solicited bribes using him as the bagman.

He also did not want people to see him dodging the question and invoking vague "privileges" when in fact he's invoking the fifth amendment to avoid incriminating himself in a crime.

But apparently the "president" encouraged his son to do this. He encouraged his son to frustrate an impeachment inquiry against him.

Which sounds insurrectioney to me.

Jordan and Comer are considering adding new impeachment charges, for encouraging a witness to not testify.

Isn't Jack Smith claiming Trump obstructed justice by doing that?

"In light of an official statement from the White House that President Biden was aware in advance that his son, Hunter Biden, would knowingly defy two congressional subpoenas, we are compelled to examine as part of our impeachment inquiry whether the President engaged in a conspiracy to obstruct a proceeding of Congress," Comer and Jordan mentioned in a Wednesday letter to White House Counsel Edward Siskel.

The letter later goes on to later mention that "the fact that the President had advanced awareness that Mr. Biden would defy the Committees' subpoenas raises a troubling new question that we must examine: whether the President corruptly sought to influence or obstruct the Committees' proceeding by preventing, discouraging, or dissuading his son from complying with the Committees' subpoenas." As the chairmen note, "[s]uch conduct could constitute an impeachable offense." The letter cites 18 U.S.C. sec. 1505.

16 Yawn. This might rise to the level of sending some strongly-worded letters. Maybe.

Why aren't they having Hunter arrested for defying the subpoena? We were lectured endlessly by the left when they were subpoenaing their political enemies that defying a Congressional subpoena was a capital offense. So let it be written, so let it be done.

Patrick immediately eats his half, and then accuses Spongebob of taking it. All this chaos is finally resolved, when they go back into town, admit their crime, and the police put them in jail... for a second, and then tell them to go away (having merely stolen a balloon on free balloon day).

162 154 so I'll wait for MICH v ALA

I think the last time those two teams played each other was when Bo and Bear were still at the helm.

Bama beat 'em in the Citrus Bowl in 2020. They've only played 5 times. Schembechler WAS the coach the first time the two teams played in the 1988 Hall of Fame Bowl, but he had undergone heart surgery after the Ohio state game and Gary Moeller coached UM in that game.

164 Now this is funny.

@Techno_Fog

A few weeks back, a federal judge noticed attorneys for Michael Cohen were using fake cases - and demanded an explanation.

It turns out Cohen was using AI to help write his own motions - and was apparently misleading his lawyer about the source of those cases.

165 158 There was a MICH vs. ALA bowl game about 20 years that was a great game. ALA missed an extra point at the end and lost by one.

Orange Bowl. Tom Brady's last game at UM.

Shades of things to come...

166 Today's "easy times" have created a society mirroring Calhoun's Rodent Utopia Experiment, where ease of survival and broken hierarchies creates overcrowding, decadence, femanized males, aggressive females and deviant behaviors from all day grooming and ceasing to reproduce.

167 160 There's a pic of a NC Tarheel BB player getting out of his Audi Q8 (Carolina Blue of course). Other pics of him bling'd all out.

What a joke.

Back in the day I was summer meat for Norm Sloan's Wolfpack team. This was Norm's team that won the National Championship in 1974. Of interest I was practice meat for this team. I can still hear Sloan yelling at Tommy Burleson, 'Tommy, get under the basket!' Tommy had never played basketball until he was recruited to NC State by Norm. Tommy was 7 feet tall.

168 Exploring?!

This can cover Hunt: What is criminal contempt of Congress? Criminal contempt of Congress is a process by which the House or Senate can seek to hold a witness
accountable for failing to comply with a committee subpoena. Under 2 U.S.C. § 192, it is a misdemeanor
criminal offense to “willfully” fail to comply with a valid congressional subpoena for either documents or
testimony “upon any matter under inquiry before either House . . . or any committee of either House of
Congress.” Whereas the House and Senate originally used their own legislative powers to enforce
subpoenas, Congress chose to criminalize subpoena noncompliance in 1857. By the 1930s, both chambers
were relying on criminal contempt...

See Bannon and Navvaro cases.

And Congress could ALSO visit the 14th Amendment, specifically Aid and Comfort to the Enemy, regarding Dad & a few others.

SECTION 3. Clause 1. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open court.

169 77 I see Biden is wanting to talk with Mexico about amnesty vis-a-vis the illegals. I suspect this will amount to surrender.
Lets impeach his sorry ass for this.

I'm brand new to blogging but I do write in my journal everyday.
I'd like to start a blog so I can share my own experience and feelings online.
Please let me know if you have any recommendations or tips for brand new aspiring blog owners.
Thankyou!
