Hunter Biden's "Sugar Brother," Hollywood Lawyer Kevin Morris, Has Secretly Given the Crackhead Whoremonger 4.9 Million Dollars

Do you believe that this $4.9 million dollars was Kevin Morris' own money?

Or do you think he's just a funnel for money coming from billionaires? And China?

Because I think the latter.

Time to subpoena his bank records.

WASHINGTON -- Hunter Biden received a whopping $4.9 million from Hollywood lawyer Kevin Morris in a three-year period, according to an IRS agent who investigated the president's son for alleged tax evasion.

The revelation signifies a substantial increase in the known amount that Hunter, 53, got from his so-called "sugar brother" after the men reportedly met for the first time at a December 2019 campaign fundraiser.

IRS agent Joseph Ziegler shared the jaw-dropping figure and additional documentation Tuesday with the House Ways and Means Committee in a follow-up appearance as House Republicans near an expected vote to authorize an impeachment inquiry into President Biden for his alleged role in his family's foreign dealings.

Prior reporting indicated Morris paid about $2 million in tax debts for Hunter and purchased some of his novice artworks.

Morris' motives for helping the first son financially and the authenticity of their friendship have been debated by Republicans.

As part of his Tuesday testimony, Ziegler provided legislators an email showing that as early as Feb. 7, 2020 -- two months after they met -- Morris was contacting accountants on Hunter's behalf and warning them to work quickly to avoid "considerable risk personally and politically."

Morris is "loaning" Hunter Biden this money, you see.

Doesn't that sound familiar? People delivering money to the Biden Crime Family in the guise of "loans" or "loan repayments"?

Ziegler, who investigated Hunter's taxes for five years before he was removed from the case this year, said the first son's income from Morris -- at least some of it deemed loans -- resembled Hunter's practice of trying to avoid paying taxes on other income by describing it as loans.

Hunter Biden received a whopping $4.9 million from Hollywood lawyer Kevin Morris in a three-year period, according to an IRS agent who investigated the president's son for alleged tax evasion.

"Hunter appeared to follow a pattern of attempting to avoid paying taxes on relevant income. This first started with Hunter not reporting the [Ukrainian gas company] Burisma income in 2014 and allegedly falsely claiming that it was a loan to him," Ziegler said in his opening statement.

"He, again, tried to claim the millions in [Chinese] income earned from Hudson West III was a loan to him, which was refuted by the evidence and was not allowed by his tax accountants.

"This continued into 2020, 2021 and 2022, in which Hunter received approximately $4.9 million in payments for personal expenses, again in the form of a loan and gift from Democratic donor Kevin Patrick Morris."

...

It's possible that Morris gave even more in 2023 that's not included in the total.

You of course remember the criminal traitor Joe Biden vowing that there was an absolute firewall between himself, his office, and Hunter's "businesses" with China intelligence fronts and Russian gangsters.

And yet Joe Biden emailed Hunter's "business" partners 327 times, using pseudonyms, of course.

On Tuesday night, meanwhile, bombshell news broke that then-Vice President Biden used email aliases to exchange correspondence with Hunter's business associates like Eric Schwerin an astonishing 327 times over nine years. That "wall of separation" that Biden claimed he kept between his son and his overseas financial ventures appears to have been a figment of Joe's imagination.

The last line of the tweet read:

E-mail data released by IRS whistleblowers reveal Vice President Joe Biden sent and received at least 327 emails from Hunter Biden, James Biden, and Hunter Biden's business partner Eric Schwerin-- all from hidden alias emails.

The House Ways and Means Committee released the stunner Tuesday evening:

The committee obtained metadata from IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler that reveals Joe Biden used alias email accounts 327 times during a nine-year period -- 2010 to 2019 -- to correspond with his son, Hunter, and one of Hunter's key business associates, Eric Schwerin, among others.

The majority of the email traffic took place while Biden was vice president.

The data shows direct emails between Schwerin and Vice President Biden increased during times when the vice president traveled to Ukraine. [Emphasis mine.]

Another lie that is now refuted is Biden's claim that when he blackmailed the Ukraine government into firing the prosecutor looking into Hunter Biden's "business partners" at Burisma, he was only carrying out the considered plan of the Obama Administration and State Department.

In fact, the State Department was surprised that he had made this completely-unauthorized blackmail demand on Ukraine.

Key White House and National Security Council and State Department officials were caught by surprise when they learned in January 2016 that then-Vice President Joe Biden had abruptly changed U.S. policy to require the firing of Ukrainian Special Prosecutor Viktor Shokin as a condition for receiving $1 billion in U.S.-backed International Monetary Fund (IMF) loans, according to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) citing emails reviewed by The Epoch Times.

"There are State Department emails where they are, like, 'Oh!' surprised. There were people in the State Department saying, 'Oh, Biden says they aren't getting the money unless Shokin is fired,' and they are surprised, saying, 'Why did you do that, we didn't talk about this; we didn't plan that.' So it was a total change from the consensus where the State Department was," Mr. Jordan told reporters during a Monday question-and-answer session focused on the status of the House impeachment investigation of President Biden.

...

Mr. Jordan said State Department officials were surprised to learn of Mr. Biden's ultimatum to Mr. Poroshenko because it was previously settled U.S. policy to pressure Ukraine to root out official corruption that had plagued the country since it declared its independence from the former Soviet Union in 1991.

But until Mr. Biden did so, the U.S. had not made Ukraine's receipt of the IMF loan guarantees conditional upon Mr. Shokin's removal. Briefing materials reviewed by the vice president during his December 2015 flight to Ukraine included planning for him to sign the U.S. agreement to back the IMF loans, with no reference to firing Mr. Shokin.

A House GOP report concludes that corrupt Joe Biden's corrupt DOJ gave his corrupt son special corrupt favors to avoid prosecuting him.

House Republicans said the Justice Department deviated from "standard processes" and gave Hunter Biden "special treatment" in its years-long federal investigation into him.

The House GOP's findings are laid out in an interim staff report released Tuesday by the House Judiciary Committee, House Ways & Means Committee, and the House Oversight Committee.

...

The report points to Shapley and Ziegler's claims that the Justice Department "allowed the statute of limitations on certain charges against Hunter Biden to lapse, prohibited line investigators from referring to or asking about President Biden during witness interviews, withheld evidence from line investigators, excluded the investigative team from meetings with defense counsel, and tipped off defense counsel about pending search warrants."

...

The committees found that the Justice Department and FBI "afforded special treatment" to Hunter Biden. The report cites witness testimony, which revealed that there was a "delicate approach used" during the Hunter Biden case. Those officials described the probe as "sensitive" or "significant."

"Evidence shows Department officials slow-walked the investigation, informed defense counsel of future investigative actions, prevented line investigators from taking otherwise ordinary investigative steps, and even allowed the statute of limitations to expire on the most serious potential charges," the report states. "These unusual -- and oftentimes in the view of witnesses, unprecedented -- tactics conflicted with standard operating procedures and ultimately had the effect of benefiting Hunter Biden."

The House is expected to elevate the probe from an impeachment "inquiry" to an impeachment "investigation." If I understand this right, an "inquiry" is not really a formal impeachment proceeding, but is something the Congress sort of made up as preliminary step to an actual investigation. Voting on an "investigation" would make this a formal constitutional exercise and possible prelude to impeachment.

75 The House is expected to elevate the probe from an impeachment "inquiry" to an impeachment "investigation." If I understand this right, an "inquiry" is not really a formal impeachment proceeding, but is something the Congress sort of made up as preliminary step to an actual investigation. Voting on an "investigation" would make this a formal constitutional exercise and possible prelude to impeachment.

115 The biggest issue, of course, is not the criminal, but the absolute complicity of Democrat-Deep State Washington.

Apropos, one of the most depressing stories I've ever heard was yesterday's heading of Kristen Clarke, the head of the DOJ "civil rights" division, who claimed to be unfamiliar with Missouri v. Biden --i.e. the main case suing the US for infringing our First Amendment speech, in which a District Court has already held it "likely" the allegations are true. And, the Court noted, if true, would probably be the worst infringement of free speech in the history of the country.

The saddest part is I believe she was sincere, i.e. that she is just that ignorant and uninterested in any "civil right" that does not involve skin color, the rainbow people or other preferred "victim" group du jour. She truly seemed to want hints about what "this case" was about so as not to appear a total idiot --as though she were being questioned about some obscure land use case.

For her, and by extension "our" DOJ, the Constitution is entirely a tool for race and commie grievance, and otherwise irrelevant.

Posted by: Red Turban Someguy - The Republic is already dead! at December 06, 2023 01:46 PM (eYoxG)

Right. A "loan" at below-market rates is a gift. The entire sum isn't a gift - assuming it gets repaid - but the value of the interest rate spread is.

Suppose I wrote a loan for $250,000 to my cousin so he can buy a house (I give him a mortgage). I give him the 15-year loan at 2.5%, and market rate is 6.8%. He's family, so he got a good deal.

In that time, he will have paid me about $50k in interest. Had the loan been market rate, he would have paid me about $150k in interest. That $100k he saved (over the years) is a gift. Two ways to pay taxes on that $100k: either as income (him) or as a gift (me). If I write the loan off completely, I will *probably* have to pay the gift tax, or he has to handle it on his income taxes.

I've always thought the real reason Joe ran was to cover up for his crimes. Well his and others. Ukraine is a corrupt dump that politicians on both sides of the aisle have been making bank on for years with various schemes. Hell, Hunter was making money through an investment in a company that traced virus outbreaks through government contracts in both Wuhan and Ukraine. It's corruption on top of corruption.

There are other payoffs to various and sundry family that range from 10 large to $500 a pop for 15 to 20 folks, costing roughly 100 grand total.

Then there's another $50K in bribes and "tips". Miscellaneous expenses for lost cell phones and laptops, satellite phone hookup, reparative accountants, lawyers and enterage maintenance can easily take up another 500 thousand smackaroonies.

Then the hookers and crack, hotels, travel, spas, casinos and sex clubs and leased office space can get really pricey and I'm left with barely $11,000 walking around money in my jockstrap to pay alimony, child support and monthly reconstructive dentistry payments.

I think he's just trying to emphasize how serious the threat is. He's being honest because maybe he would re-think running if the fate of the democracy didn't hang in the balance.

Makes him sound reluctant to continue as President. And is he really saying he’s s the only Democrat who could beat Trump?

295 Right.

The quote is taken from verse 14 in Surah Al-'Ankabut (the Spider), the 29th chapter of the Quran.

No, of course not. But commodities have a clearing price that is easy to calculate. The market price is the market price. If you get a commodity at way, way under the market price, it might raise eyebrows. You might have cut a great deal for yourself and nailed your counterparty's ass to the wall, or you might have gotten a gift.

The "this loan is a gift" game is fairly subjective. But if the IRS wants to treat it as a gift, it's damn well a gift.

371 The IDF dropped leaflets over Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip on Wednesday citing a Quranic verse about how the wicked in the times of Noah were swept away by the biblical flood, according to Palestinian reports.

"Then the Flood overtook them, while they persisted in wrongdoing," read the leaflets which also included a Star of David and the emblem of the IDF.

The quote is taken from verse 14 in Surah Al-'Ankabut (the Spider), the 29th chapter of the Quran.

At least he didn't brag that he is practically an Indigenous American himself, having spent several hours each day of his youth in the home of a Cherokee Indian family that lived across the street. Or said that if he'd been President in the 1870s he'd have had General Custer court-martialed and shot for committing genocide.

384 "FBI Director Christopher Wray delivered a full-throated defense of a powerful spy authority on Tuesday, invoking the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks and warning lawmakers that a watered-down surveillance program could leave the agency paralyzed to respond to threats."

-----------------

I'd just say that the program needs to be closed down because the FBI has proven untrustworthy with the power they were given.

Maybe if violators were fired and prosecuted for abusing their authority there would be a little bit of trust.

As it is, if the program is canceled any future terrorist attack that wasn't thwarted (an let's be honest there aren't many) is because the FBI can't be trusted because of their own actions.

385 The GOP has no interest at all in impeaching Biden, they just want the drip, drip, drip, of incriminating information until Biden leaves the race because of natural or unnatural causes.

Once Biden is out of the race, and Trump is convicted and potentially imprisoned, that’s when the real fun and games begin.

And guess what Moron Ace, your guy, Meatball Ron, has already disqualified himself because of his political incompetence, being led by his wife on a leash while wearing elevated cowboy boots, and getting his butt kicked regularly by George Bush (any among the GOPe clan) in drag.

You’re a bigger fool than Meatball Ron because his miserable performance in the GOP primary thus far was very predictable.

Patrick Kevin Morris > Gaby Morgerman, wife, big at William Morris Agency > China and William Morris Agency have at least one partnership, yes? Could it be...?

LA Times, June 9, 2016, in part:

Beverly Hills-based talent agency WME/IMG has created a joint venture in China to expand its business in the world’s most populous country.

The deal was done with the Chinese arm of Sequoia Capital, the Menlo Park-based venture capital firm. Other investors are the Shenzhen, China-based Internet services firm Tencent and Hong Kong-based FountainVest Partners, a China-focused private equity firm.

Sequoia Capital sounds familiar.
