Five Years After the Nasty Race Crime Hoax That Further Divided the Country, Jussie Smollett Is Finally Going to Jail

He went to jail for just six days after being sentenced in 2022, getting a judge to spring him while his appeal was heard.

His appeal has now been heard, and rejected.

So God willing, this nasty sissy racist is headed to jail.

It's only a 150 day sentence, but he really, really, REALLY does not want to go.

I sure hope he doesn't suffer any mental breakdowns or anything.

"I am NOT suicidal."

Hope you don't become suicidal in jail, you gape-assed racist bitch.

I'm sending out a Long Distance Dedication to Jussie, courtesy of the Philips Sisters and Carnie Wilson.

She is from a litter of a stray that was finally rescued and spayed after giving birth. Mama had four kittens, two grey tabbies, a brown one and a tan tabby. They all have spots almost like a Bengal. Just gorgeous kittens. I brought home the tan female.

She's three months old now. Still hasn't grown into her ears, which is adorable. Her name is Izzy.

I had two male tabbies for 14 and 16 years. Lost the last one to FKD at the beginning of the year. So this is replacement cat.

That's an inference made from the case at hand - but the ruling, to make this work, is that you, as an executive branch official, can be criminally or civilly liable for actions taken in your role as that official, whether you knew that damage would occur by your actions or not - and that includes everyone working in the executive branch!

Yeah, but he didn't have an immunity defense.

93 For my final role I'm going to play the martyr. My career's dead, I might as well be too. They'll name buildings after me.

94 >>>That's an inference made from the case at hand - but the ruling, to make this work, is that you, as an executive branch official, can be criminally or civilly liable for actions taken in your role as that official, whether you knew that damage would occur by your actions or not - and that includes everyone working in the executive branch!

95 >>you people are missing it- that ruling applies only to Donald Trump

No court ruling that determines there is no immunity against prosecution for actions taken as an executive branch official affects just only that official - it affects them all - this ruling is going to get a huge out cry from the Psaki governmental shitstains of the world - "Get Trump!" isn't a suicide pact - and these criminals know it - just you wait...this ruling won't last very long.

97 A second look at prison justice, or nah?

@AlphaNewsMN
Charges: Derek Chauvin stabbed 22 times in prison by former FBI informant, gang member

Mexican Mafia guy. May have done it just to kill a cop... after the FBI made sure he knew Chauvin was a cop.

101 DC Appeals court says Trump can be sued for inciting J6 riot.

Which he never did.
Posted by: AlaBAMA at December 01, 2023 06:54 PM (mZ3xv)

The court is suggesting here that Trump, even as an executive officer, has no immunity to criminal prosecution for his actions as the head of the executive branch - that would come as news to the every Federal LE official in the world right now - if this stands on appeal - its Katy-Bar-the-Door for suits against the DOJ, the FBI and other LE officials for their actions by state AG's...lefties judges always fuck up in reverse.

Said back then that Trump should have put Cruz on the DC Court and packed the rest....
Maybe one would fall asleep with a pillow covering his face...

102 Well, since his acting career is dead he can make an alternate living in prison. Problem is it pays in cigarettes.

Cigarettes are verboten: the new currency is/are vacuum packed mackerel packets for the protein needed for muscle development.

103 I know, sometimes I say things that make people think I might be playing for the other side.

This is one case where I'm on-side with y'all. What Jussie Smollett did was sick and depraved. Leave aside the racial angle, the sheer grandiosity, mendacity, and stupidity...

Shit, my thesaurus just gave out. You get the idea.

104 I've done prison ministry for 15 years and walked every bit of three prisons in different states. You do not want to be in one overnight, let alone 150 days. I'm so glad he'll be getting a (small) dose of justice here. I only wish his supporters were joining him based on their roles in the hoax.
