Biden was forced to acknowledge his grandchild when even his leftwing media boosters, like Maureen Dowd, began to feel queasy about the president of the United States so gracelessly denying a four-year-old girl even a mention.

So Biden acknowledged once that he had a grandchild named Navy Joan.

But damnit, he's not hanging a stocking for her.

The first family knocked their own socks off with this year's White House Christmas decor.
In a stark departure from the previous two Yuletides, first lady Jill Biden did away with hanging stockings for her grandchildren and pets over the mantle in the State Dining Room.
The change comes months after President Biden and his wife issued a statement publicly acknowledging first son Hunter Biden's out-of-wedlock daughter, Navy Joan Roberts, as their seventh grandchild.
Navy, now 5, was not included in the stocking displays for 2021 or 2022 -- unlike Hunter's three daughters he shares with ex-wife Kathleen Buhle and his son with current wife Melissa Cohen.
A White House spokesperson explained the change by saying that the Bidens plan to spend the holiday at Camp David and will hang the stockings by the chimney with care there instead.

Former White House physician and current Congressman Ronny Jackson says that Biden's cognitive decline is obvious and accelerating.

"It's a grueling job both mentally and physically. This man can't do the job. He's proven every single day that he can't do the job. But this is going to get worse. I've been saying this since he was candidate Joe Biden."
Biden, who recently celebrated his 81st birthday, has "cognitive issues related to his age," said Jackson, adding that he wasn't making a diagnosis but was comparing the president's actions to those that were going on two to three years ago.
"I went back and looked at stuff from two or three years ago, over three years ago when he was running for office, and compared it to right now, and it's unbelievable how much he's degenerated just during his time in office," said Jackson to show guest host Sean Duffy, a former U.S. representative. "We cannot afford to have this man in office for the remainder of this term and another four years after that. He's already put us at a great risk."

Note double homewrecker and brazenly public adulteress Mika Brzezinski says she'd rather have the D+ student Biden than an A student as president, citing the magical wisdom of his "mature mind." That's a nice euphemism for "dementia patient," of course.

Somebody name a better at this point, more mature mind that can attack these problems and address them with all the different levels of emotion that need to come to the moment. And, and he does it!

And after it being discounted by voters for far too long, and look what we've gotten for it over the past 20 years, it's good to have somebody in the White House who knows what he's doing and knows all the players on the world stage.

Imagine how this big-nosed whore's husband must have felt watching her openly flouting her marriage on TV every single day. Eh, maybe he was happy to be rid of her and her smell.

Meanwhile, every single day the adulterous couple Joe and Mika find new ways to not so subtly call for the assassination of Biden's likely opponent, as John Notle writes:

You also need to keep this in mind...
When the media warn the public that a reelected Trump will execute his political opponents and that he's more dangerous than Hitler, that is a deliberate assassination dogwhistle. Joe Scarborough, Claire McCaskill, and MSNBC are hoping some "hero" steps up to "save democracy" by murdering Trump.
Keep in mind that when I say the corporate media are deliberately using language to encourage Trump's assassination, this is by the media's own standard of the repercussions of language.
Time and again, the same corporate media that present Trump as a unique danger to democracy and a threat to the physical safety of minority groups have also told us that words/flags/symbols/rhetoric = violence. Read here, here, here, here, here, and here.
If the corporate media believe Trump using the word "vermin" will cause violence (and they claim they do), then these same corporate media outlets know that their false claims about Trump executing people, being worse than Hitler, and a unique danger to democracy puts an assassination target on the former president's back.
In other words, by their own standard, the corporate media are encouraging some unbalanced nut to go down in history as the man who saved democracy from a murderer worse than Hitler.
And as the 2024 campaign marches on, things will only get worse.

The leftwing Hamas-adjacent media continues running Hamas's wildly-inflated casualty count as fact. Meanwhile, Washington Post "fact" checker and literal descendant of a Nazi officer Glenn Kessler has found a war claim he's willing to dispute: Namely, that Hamas has beheaded babies, or anyone else.

Washington Post fact-checker Glenn Kessler has found a topic on which to consistently shame President Joe Biden: being too much against Hamas. Earlier, Kessler condemned Biden for not trusting Hamas's casualty reports despite admitting combatant deaths are lumped in with non-combatants and on Wednesday, Kessler added the claim that Hamas beheaded Israeli babies.
After paragraphs of exposition, Kessler warns, "In many conflicts, there are reports of atrocities against babies or children. As horrific as any such atrocities are, accounts can be exaggerated."
Eventually getting to specifics, Kessler writes, "The manner of death in many cases is still unclear."
To that end, he interviewed the notoriously anti-Israel academic Rashid Khalidi who tried to cast doubt on Hamas's barbarity of October 7, "We are still waiting for forensic evidence about the destruction of life and property in border settlements and cars: was all of that caused by the light arms and RPGs Hamas fighters had with them, or was some of it caused by the tank artillery and Hellfire missiles employed in retaking them?"
Further casting doubt, Kessler adds, "If Hamas, a disciplined militia group, engaged in beheadings, it would be a new terror tactic for the organization. Experts said Hamas has not previously been tied to beheadings."
Hamas is not a militia group; it is literally the Gaza government. It is a terrorist organization with an army that controls a sort-of proto-state.
That aside, after several quotes from these experts, including Tareq Baconi, Kessler gives a history of beheadings from John the Baptist to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, which did decapitate a three-month old in 2011 to say that it is possible that October 7 "allowed Palestinians not associated with Hamas to opportunistically join the attacks."
After over 1,400 words, Kessler finally gets around to eye-witness testimony, "In a video posted on Oct. 26, Israel Defense Forces Col. Golan Vach told reporters that at Kibbutz Beeri he had encountered a woman shot in the back, who was covering a 'small baby' about 1 or 2 years old. 'The baby was decapitated,' he said. 'I carried the baby in my own hands.'"

Prisoner/kidnapped/captive/arrested/detained - what does the Arab media call the Israeli abductees in Gaza?

Arabic has a variety of expressions that can be used to describe different situations in which a person is in the possession of the "other side" - the enemy.
Here are some of them:

1. The word محتجز - pronounced like this: Mohatjaz. And the translation is detained, for example when the police detain a person in a certain place but do not arrest him yet.

2. The word معتقل - pronounced like this: Muatkel. And the translation: arrested. For example, when the police imprison a person in a detention center.

3. The word اسير - pronounced like this: Asir. And the translation is: a prisoner. It refers to a person who was arrested, prosecuted, convicted and is now serving his sentence. Can also be used in reference to a soldier who was kidnapped during a military activity and is considered a prisoner of war.

In many state election systems, the homeless are referred to as NPAs - No Permanent Address. So you know what they do so they can assign a precinct or ward? They look around for the nearest real address and assign that to that prospective 'voter'. And, since they know a mailed ballot will never reach them, they never send them.

But, oddly enough, brace yourself folks - those ballots are almost always filled out and counted, if needed.

Order some model decals and they are turned over to USPS on Oct 26 for shipping. Tracking stops on Nov 3. I try to contact seller on Nov 14. Wait a week and hear nothing. So following Monday I open a ticket with Paypal since tracking is still stuck at Nov 3. Seller refunds my money. And now 25 days later the decals show up in mailbox. And tracking has nothing from Nov 3 until they arrived at local post office.

If USPS is this screwed up now, what will Christmas bring?
