Jim Jordan talks next steps in the Biden impeachment. He told Stuart Varney:

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan on Thursday served Bank of America with a subpoena, seeking information related to the firm's voluntary sharing of customer data with the FBI to aid its Jan. 6 investigations.
"In 2021, BoA provided the FBI--voluntarily and without any legal process--with a list of individuals who made transactions in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area using a BoA credit or debit card between January 5 and January 7, 2021," the Judiciary Committee stated in a press release. "When that information was brought to the attention of Steven Jensen, the FBI's then-Section Chief of the Domestic Terrorism Operations Section, he acted to 'pull' the BoA information from FBI systems because 'the leads lacked allegations of federal criminal conduct.'"
The committee further stated that it had identified documents suggesting the FBI sought to explore a litany of financial transactions from the data, including prior firearm purchases.
House GOP investigators in May launched a probe into the bank's voluntarily providing private consumer data to the FBI after reports made the move public. At the time, Jordan and Kentucky GOP Rep. Thomas Massie asked CEO Brian Moynihan to provide them with information related to the banks' compilation of said customer data.

Fetterman -- or Fetterman's Monster as pendants insist -- wrapped himself in an Israeli flag for the rally for Israel in DC on Sunday.

Fetterman has been unequivocal in his staunch support of Israel since Hamas' Oct. 7 terrorist attack despite facing some left-wing backlash over his stance.
"Of course I'm here, how could I not!" Fetterman told one rally-goer, according to an attendee's X post.
"Hamas Bad!" the hulking brute roared, sweeping aside terrified peasants with one fearsome swipe from his gray limb.

I had seen last week that one of the greats in the dog show world, Wendell Sammet, passed away at the age of 97.

While he was best known as a top breeder of Standard Poodles, I now read in his obituary that he was captured in the Battle of the Bulge and spent six months in a POW camp in Poland. He never spoke of the experience. Knowing what POWs went through in 1945 and the horrors of the march west, I can understand why. Respect.

Operation Frantic only lasted from June to September 1944. Some missions were flown by the 8th Air Force with their escorts like the 357th FG and 4th FG. Some missions were flown from the 15th Air Force in Italy. Neither numbered air force operated in conjunction with the other on these missions.

For awhile there, some decades ago, poetry was designated -- especially in The New Yorker -- by the font, and the margin around it. You could put anything in New Yorker Poetry Font with a border around it, and get your one lifetime book published.

Poetry could not, in those times, be typed, manuscripted, or spray painted. It had to be set in just that font. That's what killed it.

Sadly, animal cruelty is nothing new. I read an anecdote today about a "cat piano" invented in the 17 century or thereabouts. Cats would be poked until they yoweled in pain. The idea was to have cats meow in certain musical tones to produce music. Weird and cruel.

I found the site a few weeks ago and viewed everything. For me the saddest videos are the Israeli first responder body cam vids at the concert site, searching for and calling out for a reply from anyone alive. No replies as they walk past body after body.
