Mark Houck, Persecuted by Biden's Lawless DOJ for Standing Outside an Apparently-Holy Abortion Clinic, Sues the Biden Administration
We need to really start pressing our worthless "representatives" to allow people to sue in neutral jurisdictions in politically-charged cases. Or else we're just going to keep being victimized by blue city juries, forever.

Pro-life activist Mark Houck and his wife, Ryan-Marie Houck, are suing the federal Department of Justice over the DOJ's treatment of their family, accusing the DOJ of a "faulty" investigation that led to an excessively forceful arrest and a "malicious and retaliatory prosecution" that has severely impacted their entire family. Houck is a Catholic father of seven who was arrested and charged with violating the Freedom of Access to Abortion Clinic Entrances, or FACE, Act by President Joe Biden's administration. A jury found him not guilty of the federal charges in January, and he announced in August that he is running for Congress in Pennsylvania's 1st Congressional District. The DOJ's FACE Act charges stemmed from a 2021 incident outside a Philadelphia-based Planned Parenthood where Houck pushed an abortion clinic volunteer who was repeatedly harassing his son, Mark Jr. Local authorities ultimately dismissed the matter--until the Biden DOJ re-upped it in response to the overturning of Roe v. Wade. Mark and Ryan-Marie Houck believe they were targeted by the Biden DOJ in an effort to intimidate, silence, and scare the family for their pro-life work--praying outside abortion clinics for the women headed inside to abort their unborn babies. "This lawsuit will send a strong message to the DOJ that the United States of America does not belong to [Attorney General] Merrick Garland or the FBI; it belongs to all Americans, despite our many disagreements on different issues," said Shawn Carney, president of the pro-life organization 40 Days for Life, which is representing Houck. "We all believe that we should have the right to free speech and be protected from unlawful infringement by our own government." He added: "Mark and his wife have valid and critical claims against the government that raided their house and pointed guns at them and their screaming children. Mark, his wife, and their seven children have been devastated by this horrific event, which should never have happened if not for the bigotry of our compromised DOJ." Houck and his wife filed their lawsuits against the DOJ on Monday but did not formally announce the news until Wednesday morning. Their complaints detail the trauma that the entire family suffered when they discovered armed FBI agents banging on their door early in the morning on Sept. 23, 2022. Mark Houck's suit describes this arrest as an "unnecessary and unlawful show of force," accusing the agents of intentionally seeking to assault him and deprive him of his Fourth Amendment rights "by using excessive force to arrest him on non-violent charges when he had not threatened law enforcement, did not own a gun, and had offered to turn himself into authorities if indicted." Ryan-Marie Houck's complaint describes how profoundly her husband's arrest has impacted their children, Mark Jr., Ava Marie, Kathryn, Therese, Joshua, Augustine, and Imelda. "Her children have also suffered immense emotional trauma and physical manifestations of stress that Mrs. Houck has carried alone while her husband was away during his imprisonment and prosecution," the complaint says.

I've been kicking around an idea to go 'scorched earth' on abortion - especially since it seems to be costing too many elections. I'm a top Photoshop person but not into deep fake or AI imaging yet. But imagine a video of a fetus moving around and saying, 'Mama' and every tool imaginable to make it as real as possible. Then hitting the airwaves for weeks.
Sometimes I think the key to winning elections is keeping the other sides voters home. I saw way too many woman at the clam party on Tuesday.

If the GOP wants to ever prove it is, in fact, serious at all on the national level about pro-life matters, repealing FACE would be a great way to do it.
Also, this tatctic of holding Federal charges over the head of a person just in case the state charges don't pan out (see re: civil rights violations) needs to be considered a form of double jeoprady. To circumvent this and put some real skin in the game, the plaintiffs need to start drafting a Summons and Complaint that specifically names defendant actions outside the qualified immunity AND coverage. If the Summons and Complaint names an action not covered it triggers a specific individual to provide their own defense....and own counsel....and PAY for it. Until plaintiff counselors representing these wronged parties start getting creative in that S & C...it's business as usual from the DOJ.

Many conservatives have a fault in that they basically resent the time and effort to involve themselves in politics and believe that people in power should do right and confuse winning a battle with winning a war. This happens as much at the local level and state level as it does at the national one.
That is a poor recipe for conserving anything. Leaders ain't gonna save anybody if there is not an active army of activists behind them. That is why the Reagan revolution largely failed. The activists got old and died or were bought off (see the Committee on Debates for example).

Kemp and the GOPe establishment in GA is doing its best to handicap Trump behind the scenes via the ridiculous Fulton County case. The GA Court of Appeals for example is slow rolling a GA Sup. Ct. decision over one year ago to let True the Vote have access to the 2020 ballots in Fulton County. Only reason for that is to prevent Trump from using that as a defense that Fulton County and GA voting machines in general were a fraudster's delight.

The real issue is that if you are looking for multiple sources, or a non approved source, you now get page after page of the exact same 10 -15 results.
Used to be you could deep dive into a subject, and find that off the wall answer... now, if it is not on the approved list, you can't find it.

Yootoob now has a popup that appears, saying they don't allow adblockers, and says if you want content without ads, you should pay for it.
But then the little X in the corner lets you close the popup, and then you can watch your video.
As soon as they stop allowing the popup to be closed, or the vids to be watched is when I stop watching Yootoob vids. No matter who/what it is.

About 4 years ago I put the keyword "Constitutionalist" in Google. There were absolutely no results with that word in it. If you run it today you will get results (a massive amount). I think they can turn things on and off at will, and do so based on current events of the day.

There are whole companies that do nothing other than to rig Google's page indexing model. My guess is that Google uses those same manual coding of whitelist and blacklist methods so as to 'fix' the results that most people see.
AI adds a whole lot more secret sauce in searches as well but the funny thing is that AI generated content is fighting with AI generated search results and apparently the two AI methods degrade each other in concert.
