Hamas Kidnapping Manual Explains How to Abduct and Torture Victims; Advises Kidnappers to "Kill the Difficult Ones"

President Isaac Herzog on Sunday revealed a disturbing Hamas booklet found on a Palestinian terrorist's corpse in one of the Gaza-area communities.

"This booklet is an operating manual, how to enter citizens' yards, kibbutz, city, moshav, how to break in there. And first--and what do you do when you find the citizens? You torture them. This is the booklet that says exactly how to torture them, how to kidnap them," Herzog told CNN's Wolf Blitzer.

In a copy of the guide provided for the press, the manual--titled "The Warrior's Guide: Jihadi Version"--outlines tactics that include creating chaos, intimidating captives, applying electric shocks and carrying out executions.

The eight-page guide instructs the terrorists to use captives as human shields if attacked, regardless of their religion, race or gender. The hostages should be "killed when necessary," especially if there is any sign of revolt among them, it says, while instructing terrorists to document their actions live.

Many of the terrorists wore GoPro cameras and their footage was uploaded to social media.

The manual also details the use of other tactics to assert control over seized territory, including suicide bombings, car bombings, ambushes and sniper fire. It instructs terrorists to seize the identification documents of their captives and accurately document their personal information.

It features an illustrative chart laying out the Israel Defense Force's hierarchical structure, its armaments and its electronic assets in surprising detail.

"It's simply an ideology from ISIS that calls for Israel to be wiped off the face of the earth, and therefore Hamas must be wiped off the face of the earth," Herzog said.

During the attack on Israeli border communities, the terrorists killed more than 1,400 people, most of them civilians, and abducted at least 199 hostages.

When someone tells you, "this is an existential war and no level of death is unacceptable. We are willing to suffer any loss. We will kill as many as our own as it takes to achieve our goal," there is clear implication about how they consider the opponent and what is on the table. Absolutely nothing is off the table, and any and all means are justified.

If *you* happen to be the enemy, it would behoove you to listen to their position and take it very seriously. If these are the terms - and they are, per Hamas' position - then the enemy has to be broken in brutal ways. Likely, Carthage-type brutality where a third or more of all fighting-age men are killed off.

Sounds concise and direct. You don't need thousands of pages when you're not pretending to be something you're not, or to do things different from what you say you do.

This is just SOP, simply broken down for a fairly stupid and barbaric corps. Seems like a highly-effective approach. Simple steps calling for little more than generally-aligned barbarism without conflicting tactics. Easily understood and implemented.

Like the simple playbook for the less-capable junior quarterback - except that the junior QB and his O-line are allowed (and encouraged) to just murder the opponent.

Most of us here understand what the Hamas official is saying. More people in the west should watch and learn a lesson. Hamas and others like it need to be killed to the last believer. It's complicated. Outside of Saudi Arabia, Iran, and now Afghanistan, a lot of women will go uncovered, but dress up on more formal occasions. Abu Dhabi is the one I've found most interesting. Yes. It's just as illegal for our side to hack the voting machines as it is for the Chinese to do it, even if our motives are pure as the driven snow to investigate and preserve evidence. She didn't do the hacking, of course, and I'm not sure she knew about it beforehand, but she was part of the enterprise. I always thought of her as about 50% grifter and about 50% zealous for the cause. Kind of like our Al Sharpton.

The problem with the post-election period is that these people all came out of the woodwork to "help" (in a very expensive manner, of course) and distracted from the real fraud that was the preprinted ballots and the ballots being counted multiple times in Fulton County, after Fulton County "stopped" counting simultaneously with 5 other counties.
