Holy shit this is so based I think that even I might have a problem with it.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is facing backlash from within his own party, after he said he would not work to bring any Palestinian-Americans trapped in Gaza back home to the U.S.
His comments came after he helped successfully fly about 270 Israeli-Americans from Tel-Aviv to Tampa International Airport. DeSantis confirmed he would not risk the same for those trapped in Gaza, because of their antisemitic beliefs.
"We cannot in the United States take the refugees from Gaza, Palestinian Arabs, to the U.S.," DeSantis said Sunday. "They teach the kids in Gaza to hate Jews...when you have that type of ideology, you can't strike a deal with that."
Fellow 2024 GOP hopeful Nikki Haley said his comments weren't totally true, claiming many in Gaza want to be free from Hamas and are not antisemitic or anti-American.

Okay so this is yet another leftwing lie from a Fox channel -- he did not say he wouldn't help Palestinian-Americans get home, he said what we already knew he said, that he wouldn't allow Palestinian refugees into America.

Another total lie. The article just takes what DeSantis was talking about, "Palestinian refugees," and transforms them through the power of sheer deceit into "Palestinian-American refugees."

US citizens do not need to apply for refugee status to enter the US. There is no such thing as a "Palestinian-American refugee" attempting to get refugee status in America.

I'll leave this up for like 20 minutes. It's a complete lie.

But it's important to expose the lies of the left. Especially the lefties at Fox "News."

Throughout the Warren Court, Scotus was moving that way by making it harder and harder to revoke citizenship by the US govt and making it turn basically into the jus solis citizens (not naturalized) had to basically verbally denounce their US citizenship and actively seek to become a citizen of another country.

And yes, immigration and naturalization are located explicitly within Congressional, not judicial purview as one of the enumerated powers.

Executives only have power that is delegated by Congress on the matter but have with the judiciary's allowance open borders with no pushback becuz entering illegally is an act of love.

Trump got in trouble because he actually tried to exercise those powers delegated to him and the leftists in the judiciary had a fit and Scotus did not slap them down despite plenty of precedents.

This all comes from the rot at law schools teaching law as sociology rather than law.
