Massachusetts: We Can't Take Any More of the Illegal Aliens That We So Totally Love

Massachusetts Democratic Gov. Maura Healey on Monday warned that the state would soon run out of room to house more illegal immigrants amid a surge in new arrivals to the Northeast that has pushed left-wing, pro-immigration bastions to the breaking point.

Oh no! Anyway.

"We are being very clear... we are not going to be able to guarantee placement for folks who are sent here after the end of this month," she said, according to Politico. The state has a "right-to-shelter" law that obligates it provide housing to families who meet certain qualifications. Healey made clear that the state would not move to end that law.
The state's shelter system witnessed a doubling of the number of families for which it must provide over the past year, with roughly 7,000 households currently in state-provided shelter. Roughly half of those families are immigrant arrivals.

Massachusetts, however, is not the only Democratic bastion to buckle under the weight of a migration surge. New York City, for its part, has sought to suspend its own "right-to-shelter" mandate as it struggles to accommodate tens of thousands of illegal immigrants. More than 110,000 have arrived in the Big Apple over the past year, straining the city's resources and forcing Democratic Mayor Eric Adams to pursue non-conventional housing options.
New York Gov. Kathy Hochul last month, issued a similar warning to illegal immigrants, telling them not to come to New York due to the inability of the government to provide them with housing.
"If you're going to leave your country, go somewhere else," Hochul said. "We have to let the word out that when you come to New York, you're not going to have more hotel rooms."

Meanwhile, the Biden Administration is engineering the next lethal Islamic terrorist attack inside the US.

As Joe Biden's purposeful attempt to destroy the U.S. with his wide-open border policies continues, federal data shows that a record of 659 known terrorists have been caught trying to sneak into the country in just the last year alone.
"In fiscal 2023, 659 known or suspected terrorists (KSTs) were apprehended attempting to illegally enter the U.S. -- with the majority being apprehended at the northern border, according to CBP data last updated Sept. 15. The fiscal year ended Sept. 30," Just the News Reported.
The numbers show that 432 known or suspected terrorists (or KSTs) were caught trying to sneak in across the northern border, while 227 were caught at the southern border.
These numbers, though, do not count the unknown number who could sneak into the U.S. without being caught. These are called the "got aways."

I've lived in the South my entire life. I clearly remember how horrible people were for pointing out that "press 1 for English" didn’t help but instead cemented the user to a lifetime of poverty and struggling.

Project Roomkey cost Los Angeles taxpayers $11.5 million for the destruction of just 1 hotel. The Mayfair Hotel has 294 rooms. $39,000 in damage done to every room. Karen Bass now wants to buy the Mayfair for $90 million.

They bought it for $60mill and spent another $23mill on renovation.

The party has split into at least 2 factions (maybe more) and relations between them are so bad that there's no longer any hope of agreeing on something as basic as a speaker. Sooner or later some of them are going to agree to make Jeffries speaker, just out of spite.
