Often onto me, as dirt is wont to do. Engine (and transmission) are now clean enough that I can hose 'em down with engine shampoo, and then hit with the pressure washer, which will get them clean enough to paint.

Mexican overhauls are hard work.

No. It is a plain-vanilla 302 out of a '74 Ford van, with C4 automatic attached. It is going to go into a '49 "shoebox" Ford sedan. I have bits and pieces of an '85 302 HO engine here, so I might gussy it up with the aluminum 4-barrel intake and aluminum valve covers.

Crevo "debates" aren't debates. Origins is not science since it is neither observable nor repeatable. No one (other than God) was there when nothing became everything.

Creationists and Evolutionists have the same evidence, it is just interpreted very differently. Evolutionists look at the Grand Canyon and think billions of years where water runs uphill and carves out deep canyons. Creationists look at the same rock layers and fossils and sees billions of dead things buried in rock layers laid down rapidly by water all over the earth.

So who is correct? Evolutionists make up all kinds of theories while those who hold to Scripture consider the eye witness report. Evolutionists don't believe eye witness reports so there is no common ground when looking at the exact same evidence.

Woke up at 4:15 this morning to take care of the dogs and then head off to Mass, as today was a Day of Obligation. Home again and do some work around the house while Her Majesty was at the vet with Ruthie. Then we had to groom Diana and give her a bath before taking her and Delilah to the doggie chiropractor. Home again and grilling steaks for dinner. Fell asleep watching the ball game.

121 Today there was a dedication of a monument to the unborn at the church.
A lady shared her experience of her daughter being pressured by doctors to abort her baby because of "clefting" .
Happily they were strong enough to resist and the baby is now a healthy teenager, who's had several.successful surgeries to correct the clefts (not sure if it was lip or palate).
I was just a bit shocked that drs would think something as minor as clefts would be considered a reason to abort.
But as she said, it's a throw away culture.
