After Every Major Break in the Hunter/Joe Biden Corruption Investigation, Partisan Witch-Hunter Jack Smith Has Dropped an Indictment of Trump the Next Day

Funny how we always hear that David Weiss "was appointed by Trump," so he can't be biased in favor of the Bidens, but the leftwing propaganda press never points out that Jack Smith was appointed by Biden -- and therefore definitely can be biased against Trump.

The pattern cannot be denied:

Even Megyn Kelly has noticed it.

That is finace-speak to the analysts. Companies will give a projection/prediction of their profits for the year. That is the 'guidance'. If shit happens, they need to adjust the 'guidance' up or down. In this case, it looks like they are saying they expect no change in their predicted profits. 75 17 March through 01 August. Three major pieces of bad news for the Bidens and three indictments against Trump.

The timing is obvious, of course. What I don't see any commentary on is the frequency. The total time elapsed between these dates (including first and last) is 138 days. In that time, we had four major influxes of Bad Biden News and therefore four Trump indictments.

That is an average of just 35 days. "Bombshell" news of Biden corruption and Trump indictments are happening at a clip of nearly once a month since spring on average (though the frequency has been pretty rapid since June).

94 In fairness (I can't believe I just typed that out in a post about the Biden DOJ), the Trump indictment news on March 18 was him broadcasting it. If he had kept quiet (I can't believe I just typed that out in a post about Donald Trump), there would have been nothing to distract from Hunter admitting the laptop.

But on the other hand, that indictment was from the Manhattan DA, not the Feds. So the theory about the DOJ using Trump indictments to distract from bad Biden news is still valid.

100 So that's three presidential elections in a row the Uniparty have brazenly, monumentally "interfered" in, using the government and media apparatus at their disposal.

And five if you count the supposed nominations of Shitstain Romney and Cumstain McCain.

Romney just a few weeks ago said "it's fun to run for president when you know you're not going to win". That was even more spooge in the eye for everyone who ever voted for him, defended him or campaigned for him. Like it wasn't obvious enough he never had any intention of winning. And who knows how "fortified" those elections were.

129 Jack Smith’s Indictment of the Entire Legal Profession. It may be the most important prosecution for American democracy that the nation has ever seen.

All six co-conspirators who are unnamed in the document appear to be attorneys...so besotted with Trump and Trumpism that they were willing to work against the law—to break the law—in order to produce false documents, make unsubstantiated public claims, file meritless litigation, and suborn perjury, all in a desperate bid to keep Trump in power. Tuesday’s indictment is a red line for the practice of law: what can and cannot be allowable for a practicing attorney, even in a robust marketplace of radical political speech and ideas, and even in service of a client who refuses to comprehend that the rule of law constrains the president as much as, if not more than, it enables him.

Sadly, the era of election suppression and democracy subversion is not behind us; from efforts to unseat democratically elected officials in Tennessee, to ending majority rule for ballot initiatives in Ohio, to Alabama’s refusal to enact racially representative maps as required by the Supreme Court.

You are stating--without evidence-- that Jack Smith keeps indicting Trump to distract from Biden's scandals.

212 The research and development process for new fighter jets can take decades, as with the F-22 Raptor and the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF). China has always lagged significantly behind the United States in this department, but they’ve recently made major strides.

A significant factor in China’s progress comes as a result of the 2015 acquisition of Henniges Automotive, a Michigan company whose anti-vibration (stealth) technology is used on the F-35 (stealth) fighter, by Aviation Industry Corp of China (AVIC), the state-owned entity that produces fighter jets for the Chinese military.

Guess whose company partnered with AVIC in that acquisition? That’s right – Hunter Biden, Devon Archer, and Chris Heinz’s BHR.

BOTH party leaders want Trump out, and more importantly, want him destroyed as an example to prevent any other outsiders from trying to swoop in and lead either party. Parties need to control and develop candidates, not the other way around.

The Republicans need an excuse to either block Trump from running in the primaries, or kick him from the ticket when he wins. Some kind of conviction/insurrection disqualification is just what they need...and the party has plenty of Pences who would be willing to step in and lose on short notice for a payday.

224 >>It's overselling the conspiracy too. Democrats and media don't need Trump to win the nomination per se. They just need to keep him around in news headlines and sucking up oxygen that might otherwise go to more viable Republican candidates or stories about the Bidens.

No other candidate is within 30 points of Trump and that's not because of indictments. The left controls most of the levers of power but that's doesn't make them super geniuses. Look who is currently occupying the White House. Not just the most corrupt perhaps the dumbest person to ever hold that office.

Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar and things are just as the appear. They are trying to kneecap Trump but it it isn't working. Many would have folded but Trump just fights back harder. They don't have any better options than to go after him.

Even Democrats are now admitting that Trump is basically tied in the popular vote which means leading in the EC. No other Republican is close. Trump is the most viable candidate.

One thing I see that might be a bright spot are the utube '1A auditors' and the numerous 'cop watch' channels out there. They are providing a service by educating our stupid population on how to practically stand up for your rights.

Basically,

1. Always film the cops if you are stopped.
2. Ask what crime you are being suspected of committing.
3. Don't provide ID until they specify the crime.
4. Request their name and badge number.
5. Request a supervisor if it gets weirder.

Also, Karens don't understand that there is no expectation of privacy in a public space, so if you are filming in public, they can pound sand.

Yes it will, which is why I don't think it will happen. I think the system is now across the point of no return. It cannot be saved. Reform is no longer achievable.

What will failure look like? Degradation of everything in an inexorable march downward, from goods availability to electrical generation to even, yes, welfare payouts. It will finally change only via a coup that throws out the old rules and installs new ones, or a revolution that does the same.

I suspect it will look a lot like Venezuela or South Africa, just lasting a lot longer.

Arresting political opponents is just the logical follow-up. Arguably we're just seeing the natural progression of things that weren't rolled back over the last century, from the creation of the bureaucracy to its increasing independence to its supremacy as the Deep State. 295 There are only two times in recent years I can recall the Democrat/Media Complex not having a shiny squirrel to immediately release when bad news hits them.

1. Trump's impeachment acquittal on the Ukraine call, February 5th, 2020. The Media was poleaxed by the acquittal; they and the Dems had nothing at hand to hit Trump with. I recall there followed the calmest news days in many years. The acquittal was on a Wednesday. IIRC, the following week the Media went into "We're all going to die!" mode about COVID.

2. The Taliban taking control of all of Afghanistan, except Kabul, in less than a week. I recall the Junta was poleaxed by the rapid, total collapse of the Afghan Army and the thousands of trapped American and allied civilians. Joe went into hiding, Jake Sullivan /spit/ and Psaki were like deer in the headlights in front of the cameras at the first WH press briefing after the disaster. It was several days before the Junta began touting it would run the greatest civilian evac airlift, EVAH, so you Republicans shut up.

I expect that after those two unexpected pieces of terrible news, the Democrat/Media Complex learned to always have a squirrel or two ready to release.

More likely a quick short sharp shock.

Both Venezuela and South Africa were rentier states depending on resource extraction for wealth enabling people to be bought off. Easier to control those means of production and the wealth from it.

US does not have that anymore due to the greenies. Failure in the US will result in starvation, and cascading ripple effects as many of the US trading partners go under too, and so on.

I view it as less coming down to generations than the general health of the state. We're nearly at the point where things are pure factionalism and robbing the treasury. The state governments still have a lot of practical power and do much of the administrating. The only reason anybody listens to the central government is their physical power and the stability in the status quo. As their physical power declines due to gross mismanagement and things become unstable due to currency collapses and the like, it becomes less risky and more profitable to replace them.

None of this has been addressed, and all of the powers that made them possible have been entrenched.

But the problem is really that we don't have quality candidates.

Information suppressed, stupid accusations based on internet comments and memes, an extremely low bar for "beyond a reasonable doubt" for conviction....and the DC judges allow it all.
It's rigged, it's a sham....and Trump will be convicted. Judge Napolitano was on Owen Shroyer's show on "Info Wars" the other night, and implied....as a lifelong resident of New Jersey/New York, he was ready to move to Texas. He sees the country breaking up in a few years.

One that does not engage in political polling. As a default, use Gallup's presidential approval poll as a proxy which does have a pretty good correlation with eventual wins in elections. Same question, same way has been used since the 50's by Gallup which gives a decent trend line plus Gallup has updated its sampling techniques to account for the non response bias. Biden is the second most unpopular president at this time and only bests Jimmy Carter in that at this point in Biden's presidency (and Carter's).

Gallup got out of the political horse race polling after 2012 I think.

You would eventually be able to tell an honest firm by their record, their question styles, their released methodologies, their public comments or lack of them, and how much their numbers fluctuate (or don't) compared to everyone else and common sense.

The whole case is limited to "Trump knew his election claims were false because Biden won" and they are not going to allow any evidence as to election fraud.

413 If I could restate TJM - He's really asking what is the incentive for *pollsters* to have accurate results this far out. Leave aside whether it's possible. If at this point you could produce a completely accurate result in polling at this point. Do they get paid better? Do they get more attention?

Presuming higher accuracy is possible at this point, it would have to cost more.

So why spend money with no tangible benefit?

That was it! He also did box cover art for Aurora Plastics in the Sixties -- not the monster series, or at least not the famous ones of Dracula and the Wolf Man, but the kits of Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin. The Illya box especially looks like his style; the Solo one not as much, but similar.

Another top notch magazine and paperback illustrator was Robert McGinnis. You've seen his work on movie posters like that of Thunderball.

415 399 We wouldn't. But an honest firm would want to be accurate and do their best because that would be their purpose. That would count as an incentive.

You would eventually be able to tell an honest firm by their record, their question styles, their released methodologies, their public comments or lack of them, and how much their numbers fluctuate (or don't) compared to everyone else and common sense.

Public polling, always, is designed to move support rather than measure it.

Why does public polling exist otherwise? None of those who actually *depend* on polls use public polling. The campaigns and parties run their own monstrously expensive - and entirely private - polling operations. Why would they do that if public polling is trustworthy?

The people who actually matter don't use public polling at all. The only reason it exists is to feed the news cycle (and contribute to the narratives constructed there) and to move opinion.

Where an average of polls ends up is pretty coincidental. It's not like polls where tightly clustered around a point that turned out accurate. You've got polls that were substantially off throwing it in different directions.
