Joe Biden's Approval Rating Is Below 40%, and Half of All Democrat Primary Voters Say They Want a Different Candidate
They're not buying this "A Father's Love" crap, eh?
President Joe Biden's favorability rating remains low while half of Democratic primary voters say their party should nominate someone else as the 2024 presidential candidate, according to a poll released Tuesday. Even though nearly two-thirds of Democratic primary voters, 64%, say they plan on voting for Biden, 50% said the party should nominate a different person for the 2024 presidential election, according to a New York Times/Siena College Poll. Just 45% of Democratic voters said the 80-year-old commander-in-chief should be renominated. This is up from July 2022, when just 26% of voters said Biden should be renominated. Additionally, Biden's disapproval rating, which is up from last year, still remains higher than his approval rating. While 39% of registered voters approve of the way Biden is handling his job as president, 54% disapprove. In July 2022, the Times/Siena poll found his approval rating was at 33% while 60% disapproved. ...Democrat pollster Doug Schoen says that Biden's message just isn't working. As they say in French: d'uh.
When asked about his low approval rating earlier this year after announcing his 2024 presidential campaign, Biden said: "Everybody running for reelection at this time has been in the same position. There's nothing new about that." However, his approval rating is lower than all other modern presidents by this point in their term other than Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Carter and Trump, the latter two having lost their reelection bids.
"That Times poll had Biden's approval at 39%, which, you know, I've been at this business a long time, that is very low, that's warning time," Doug Schoen, who worked for former President Bill Clinton, told Fox News host Martha MacCallum. "That means that his message is just not working."D'uh, mec. Beaucoups d'uh. The new poll also shows that if the 2024 presidential election were held today, Biden would be tied with former President Donald Trump at 43% to 43%.I know, I know: This poll is fake, but the polls showing Trump with a three point lead are real.

Part of me wants them to go totally over the top cheating. Remove the farce; give Biden's corpse 99% of the vote and 500 million votes! Let them see how that goes over with a collapsing economy and/or hyperinflation (one or both of the two are the only end results of "Bidenomics"). Basically, the State wants details on his alibi, so they can try to trip him up, instead of just proving he murdered them. Simultaneously, they are slow walking what the State knows, so the defense cannot cook up theories that evade the evidence presented.
The Lawyer You Know theorizes that they want to tell the judge what really is going on, and they are not hiding things, and just let the State prove their case.
There is also a 'speedy trial' timer ticking, so the State is under pressure to get their shit together (Kohberger has not waived his right to a speedy trial.)

There is some gamesmanship going on (duh), but basically, Kohberger's defense seems to be, "I wasn't at the crime scene, and I tend to drive around town late at night."
That probably means he can't say he was not at home sleeping, since there is probably evidence of him in town that night (cell phone pinging, cameras).
What we know, theoretically, is that there is one data point if touch DNA that apparently is his on a knife sheath found purportedly found at the scene. Absolutely no evidence of anything in his car, not even evidence of cleaning the car. There is also evidence of other unidentified DNA at the murder scene (four people violently killed).

I strongly suspect (can’t prove it) that Trump won 2020 in a landslide… there’s a whole list of metrics (eg swing counties) that Trump won which historically meant winning the presidency. Even by suspicious official vote totals he ADDED 11 million votes from 2016. He did not get less popular; on the contrary he got more popular. I believe he’ll get even more votes this time around…. I think he has the potential to “beat the cheat” (though I don’t count on it)

My opinion is one of credibility, and stupid juries. You could be a weirdo and drive around late at night, because you are weird, but that does not make you a murderer of four people with known drug using ties (and possibly dealing).
If your alibi is, "I was driving around," then maybe you have to provide expert witnesses in cell data showing you have a PATTERN if driving around. And maybe you can create doubt about the Stat's case by cross examining witnesses the State will provide.
Sadly, a defendant shouldn't have to do this, because innocent until proven guilty, but juries are gullible dumbasses, and the State has infinite resources to lock you up and kill you, and they are focused on that.
There are a LOT of strange anomalies about this case that have me rooting for Kohberger at this point, because I really distrust the Man in this instance.

Trust in the media is way down, but over half of the country still mostly does what the FNM tells them they should do.
I sort of understand that not trusting the FNM but still thinking they mostly just spin things. Its what I thought until I was poking around online trying to get more information on both candidates back in 2008.
and it was a big psychic shock to learn that the FNM does not just spin for the commiecrats in their tone and choice of words when covering (up) for the Ds and twisting whatever a conservative is or has done to sound bad; they actually suppress any facts harmful to the commie cause and make up lies to smear their opposition. It took me over a year to really come to grips with how naive I had been and how such a huge percent of the FNM are not just for the Ds but will outright lie for them.

Not sure if this refers to the Ice Mountain factory in Newaygo County, which is a water bottling plant. There was controversy when it was built, because it sucked water from the water table and Lake Michigan.
The facility was ultimately part of Nestle?
Not sure about the China thing.
Or this might be about a compact with other states allowing water to be pumped out of the region.

Even when I was one of the LIV folks I knew that people can dislike the D on the ballot and 'generic' R polls well; but after the Rs pick a candidate the media focuses on that target and gins up hate and dislike for whomever it is and a lot of LIVs will vote for the D they don't like because they let the FNM convince them that is the lesser evil.

Pretty funny, and clever, until they got busted.
