6 The first time Maggy (Yellow Dog Two) encountered stairs she thought they were a game. When we moved to Texas the kids stayed at my SIL's house and they had stairs something Maggy had never encountered before. She would race up and down those things and woe be unto the person who decided they wanted to be on the stairs at the same time she was.

If you want to get the hottest decorations, however, you can’t wait. You have to act now before all the good ones sell out, particularly, Home Depot’s iconic 12-foot skeleton.
Skelly has sold out every year, so don’t delay
Home Depot’s unofficial Halloween mascot is Skelly, the 12-foot-tall skeleton that debuted in 2020. The unsettlingly tall creature towers over regular humans and makes a frightful indoor or outdoor focal point for your horror-filled festivities. Skelly has animated LCD eyes and will make you the envy of the neighborhood.

28 I was on a tour bus in Greece many years ago. It drove up a 'road' that was similar to the one in the link above. You had a steep cliff to the right with the Mediterranean below and a steep cliff to the right that went up. Way up. It was two-way traffic on this 'road'. The driver did a fine job not killing us all on the rocky shore below.

We had a hummingbird who did that, it would buzz you tweeting angrily teee-teee-teee-teee when anyone got within like 10 feet of the nest. Which only drew attention to the nest, really.

Instead, they mingled in the skreet smoking weed and basically acting like savages. The help hated them as they also do not tip.

For several decades, the state of Oregon kept denying hunting licenses on deer. They had several excuses, usually "fire hazard" but the deer population went berserk. They were wandering down into cities and eating gardens, etc.

Finally the state relented and let people hunt, I am guessing it was some woman in charge of the licenses that watched Bambi too many times or something.
