The Morning Report — 6/27/23

sheckybiden.jpg

Good morning kids. I've developed a theorem, which is for sure much more provable if not already a rock solid principle of the universe than "climate change." To wit:

The more outrageous the crime and the more backed up by evidence to prove it, the more likely it is that the Democrat-Leftist who committed it will skate.

Naturally, the inverse applies with equal and greater measure for non Democrat-Leftists and their designated enemies. This is not some great genius brainwave but merely what is obvious to anyone who has eyes to see and a brain function somewhere between yogurt and Joey Sponge-Brain Shits-Pants. Yeah, we'll get to his latest magnum opus Kinsley gaffe in a second, but let's first illustrate the point with this "scoop" from fag-hag pinup boy Vanderbilt Poofter, also known as Anderson Cooper, who breathlessly reported:

Monday, CNN aired a recording of former President Donald Trump talking about “highly confidential, secret” documents at his club in Bedminster, NJ.

Cooper said, “We begin tonight with breaking news. We have obtained what is expected to be a central piece of the government’s case against Donald Trump, the actual audio recording of the former president talking as if he’s showing a highly classified document on US war plans against Iran with people not cleared to even know it exists, let alone what’s in it. In a moment only on CNN you will hear what jurors will hear one day.”

. . . The president was aware he was being recorded. It is the first time it is being played publicly.”

In an audio Trump said, “These are bad sick people.”

With the sound of papers moving, Trump continued, “With Milley, let me see that. I’ll show you an example. He said that I wanted to attack Iran. Isn’t it amazing? I have a big pile of papers, this thing just came up. Look. This was him. They presented me this. This is off the record, but they presented me this. This was him. This was the Defense Department and him. We looked at some. This wasn’t done by me. All sorts of stuff, pages long, look. Let’s see here. It’s that amazing This totally wins my case, you know. Except it is, like, highly confidential, secret. This is secret information. But look, look at this. You attack.”

Later in the audio, Trump said, “When I was president, I could have declassified it, now I can’t.”

First of all, it doesn't take a Dr. Bronowski to figure out that this Kathy Griffin sex toy "obtained" this evidence, which under anything resembling normal circumstances would have been kept under the strictest security conditions, by being handed it on a silver platter from Jack Smith, the prosecutor himself. Illegal or at least highly unethical, you say? That alone proves my theorem, or will prove it when Smith is not charged.

Second, it's audio. Vandy himself uses the phrase "talking as if he's showing classified documents." This is the equivalent of rebroadcasting Orson Welles as proof of a Martian invasion in Grovers Mill, NJ. I'm no legal expert but I can't see, pun intended, how this proves the crime, even if Trump supposedly states it's classified. Remember, he's a blusterer.

Third, and it's an aside but IIRC, Trump was averse to using blunt military force to attack Iran. It was Vanilli Milley and the warmongers that were hot and horny to do it, probably in direct opposition to the Jew-hating Farsi fanatics of Foggy Bottom.

Fourth, how do we even know that this recording has not been edited to death, a la the George Zimmerman 911 phonecall or NBC's exploding gas tanks or Iran's photoshopped missiles? How do we even know this phone call isn't fake to begin with? The bottom line for me is Trump had it within his purview until noon on 1/20/21 to declassify whatever the hell he wanted. Period, end of story.

Meh, I can go on and on into realms of speculation, but this is exactly what the propagandists are doing and have been doing since forever. And that is being extremely charitable to individuals who deserve a one way trip to visit the Titanic, without submarine, via a one way ride on Aerolineas Pinochet sans parachute.

What they are trying to establish is that Trump had Sandy Berger magic underwear the size of an 18-wheeler in which he purloined secret documents that were never declassified. Does this make any sense at all? Look, Donald Trump can sometimes or even many times be dumb. But for sure he ain't stupid.

Recall back in the halcyon days (daze) of 2016 when Donald Trump uttered the famous words: "Russia, if you're listening, I hope you're able to find the 30,000 e-mails that are missing."

This, of course, is the reference to then 2016 Dem presidential candidate Hillary Clinton in the wake of it being discovered – with absolutely ZERO help from the media – that she kept an illegal and un-secure server farm in her Chappaqua home with actual classified documents and e-mails on them from her time as Secretary of State. Considering the value of this information to foreign governments, and considering her and her husband's track record of pay-for-play in the trading of these secrets, you're talking about enough evidence to hang them both about a hundred times over.

But what did the media focus in on? Here's what the NY Times "reporters" wrote in reaction to Trump's damning joke.

"It was an extraordinary encouragement of a foreign powers' espionage."

Really? A joke? Told in the clear to an audience of millions? This is like saying "BE SURE TO DRINK YOUR OVALTINE" is the equivalent of the blueprints to the atom bomb dead-dropped in the dark by Julius and Ethel Rosenberg. And yet, it was the basis for the Russia Collusion smear campaign that lasted for years, and continues to bamboozle the uninformed despite it being completely and begrudgingly debunked in the media. Again, the Sefton theorem in operation.

And with that rather rambling preamble (but I think it really needed the setup ), dig this latest flash of truth, from a mouth that's more twisted than a Picasso portrait, from Joey Choo-Choo:

At a meeting with India’s Prime Minister Modi on Friday, President Biden said something shocking. So shocking that he quickly added that he was joking.  But because the “joke” came as he trailed off his words on another subject, one wonders how calculated it was, or if it was a thought that popped into his addled mind:

Biden: “I was just thanking the — anyway, I started off without you, and I sold a lot of state secrets and a lot of very important things that we shared.”

Watch the 14 seconds again, and focus on PM Modi’s face as he hears the shocking words. . . and then smiles as he realizes it is a joke. . .

. . . it’s a very odd joke to make, especially in the presence of the head of government of a rising technology state, one that does not have China’s reputation for technology theft, but which nonetheless must be sensitive about people thinking that it is stealing US intellectual; property. I doubt that PM Modi was amused to even have the possibility of IP theft raised as he sat next to the POTUS.

It was stupid thing to joke about, and appears to have been one of those times when Joe’s internal  censor failed him.

Umm, that was no joke. That was sundowning. But let's say it was a joke. Okay. Let's compare and contrast

TRUMP: "Russia, if you're listening, I hope you're able to find the 30,000 e-mails that are missing."

SHECKY BIDEN: "I sold a lot of state secrets and a lot of very important things that we shared.”

We know how the Times reacted to the former. What do you suppose their reaction will be to the latter? That is a rhetorical question naturally. And they will spin faster than a gaggle of dervishes inside a Farsi uranium enrichment plant full of centrifuges.

The reason for Vandy's breathless reportage of at best sketchy audio about unseen video? Because there are way too many leaks in the dike about the Bidens' blatant, massive, treasonous criminality for them to plug. Treasonous criminality that involves actual state secrets that Biden absolutely beyond any doubt had no right to keep when he was VP and even before that when a mere Senator. Proof that he was shaking down foreign businessmen and governments and selling his office for profit to anyone and everyone including our worst enemies. Delaware garages and think tank offices full of them. Yet nothing but crickets and/or insulting excuses from the propaganda mills.

It is coming out bit by bit, perhaps soon to be in a torrent. Intentional to take him out before 2024? And all things considered, will it really matter vis a vis the election rigging and fraud that is sure to deny VA, GA and WI to the GOP; the three states they must win to get to the minimum EVs (electoral votes, not electric vehicles)?

I just realized, the propaganda machine for sure is going into overdrive to destroy Trump but at the same time they seem to want to derail Biden. Pfft.

    ABOVE THE FOLD, BREAKING, NOTEWORTHY

  • Michael Walsh: "We're here, we're near, and we're coming for your civilization. . . They never stop, they never sleep, they never quit. As I said in this space recently, first posit a counter-factual, and then act upon it as if it were true. From Covid to 'hate speech' to "climate change," the walls are closing in, enveloping you as a formerly free citizen in a prison of their device. You look out the barred windows: the lone and level sands stretch away, and all you can see in the distance are more camels, heading your way."

I was noticing that as an axiom too around the Clinton era as more and more criminals escaped justice under the Friends of Bill clause.

One of the more egregious examples was Jon Corzine's wholesale looting of a billion dollars of MF Global investor funds. He played the FOB card, and walked.

It's been going on a long time, our insane and scattershot policy.

I now think that the *only* thing that was keeping the factions in line was the risk that the president would fire their asses if they moved too far without approval. Under Biden, there's no risk of that because Biden isn't in charge of anything. The factions are flexing their muscles and running wild.

I'll be truly surprised if they don't end up embroiling us in a multi-front war.

If they can put him in prison I seriously doubt it changes a thing. There isn't going to be any sort of rebellion here.

Without central control (or at least, central *influence* and the ability to set direction - which I think is a bit closer to the mark), the propaganda machine - and the war machine, and the machinery of state and hate - is an infernal machine careening down a hill.

Don't expect things to make much sense at the moment. The Complex will settle on an actual boss-man (official or unofficial) who can whip them into line, or it will blast itself apart. An unbalanced wheel can't spin ever-faster without disintegrating. They will balance it (select or be forced to acknowledge a new head man, and comply with his direction) or they will suffer a "rapid unscheduled disassembly."

The egos of the factional chieftains will be the deciding factor. That's what this country has been reduced to.

71 A recent report by the New York State Comptroller's Office sums up the problem. Since switching to a toll-less collection process in late 2020, the New York State Thruway Authority has racked up $276.3 million in unpaid tolls.

As cashless tolling has spread, so has the use of fake licenses plates or plate holders that block cameras from recording the license number. So common are these plate holders that New York City asked Amazon to stop selling them.

72 I've no doubt there were many ops running during Trump's presidency to sabotage him. His own mouth tends to do a better job, however.

Whatever the case, this and/or something else that the left has on him will be conflated to "be the worst thing ever" and keep him off the ticket in 24. This was always the goal.

If they can put him in prison I seriously doubt it changes a thing. There isn't going to be any sort of rebellion here.

My personal opinion is that GOP primary voters MUST make him the nominee because a steal (2020) followed by a political persecution cannot be allowed to stand

During the COVID stupids, that was pretty common in Denver. People would steal the plates off your car (especially if you parked on the street) and there was no way to replace them because a bunch of services were suspended. So people would print out a sheet reading something like, "STOLEN TAGS - NUMBER 123-XYZ" or scrawl it across a hunk of cardboard.

Those were the good old days. Now in Denver, they'll just steal the whole car.

Stop being a hater. It's *everything,* okay? The historical stain of slavery means that everything is downstream from it. Without the slaves, there was no country! They even enshrined this in the Constitution when they legally declared that slaves were less than People - in fact, the white supremacists who wrote that document went so far as to calculate the value of a slave: a mere 3/5 of a free person.

So don't go telling me that some GDP number somehow rescues a slave state or lessens its crimes. Your statistics may be facts, but they are not truth. You cannot boil down a slave society to a number on a page. Slavery and racism permeated the very fabric of American society, as racism still does today. Your cavalier and ill-informed attempts to distract from the reality of it is why radical change is needed to end the perpetuation of that system.

It does give them a legitimate excuse to pull you over and fvck with you for no real reason. And in New Jersey that rarely ends well for the driver. When we lived in CT and had to drive through NJ I always did the speed limit and minded my P's & Q's when driving on New Jersey roads because they had a habit of pulling over cars with out of State plates and ticketing them for bull$hit reasons.

138 What's going to be most sad watching the DeSantis fans slowly become indistinguishable from the NeverTrump rabid dogs at the Bulwark.

They've already agreed to the "how could he be so stupid?" opening.
They'll be at, "this is a very serious crime that had to be investigated" soon.
Which isn't too far from, "he's guilty and should not be president."

Never, of course, addressing the massive Constitutional violations and abuses. Or the egregious political motivation of the prosecution that completely discredits any possible legitimacy. To say nothing that there is no Constitutional basis for the legislature to be able to tell the executive how to perform their duties.

My understanding is if Trump took the documents while president, they are automatically declassified. This was established by the documents (tapes) in Bill Clinton's socks drawer. They were determined to be his (declassified) property.

The MFM has gone out of its way to lay their fake foundation for "that was different" (because it was Clinton, not Trump).

140 The vote on pistol braces failed, 49 to 50. Every Republican voted in favor of halting the BATF's regulation against the braces. This was a significant vote, with the regulation making criminals out of millions. It is now up to the courts, and there is a glimmer of hope in that the bump stock ban was overturned. Also, the Montana GOP must be pretty worthless, allowing Jon Tester to remain as Senator. Billboards across the state should hold him up as anti 2A in a 2A friendly state.

They even push that shit here even though Canada [created 1867]; the two biggest colonies that Canada was based on [1841]; and the two earlier colonies [1791] abolished the trade and slavery itself before Britain herself [1804 and 1834 IIRC] including the colony that would become Ontario banning the trade in 1793 [that was pretty much de facto abolition] even beating Revolutionary France to it I've read.

It's why honest municipalities (there are a few, here and there) took out red light cameras. They increased accidents. Sometimes because they shortened the yellows, sometimes because people would flatly refuse to run a red even if it was safer to skirt the red than slam on the brakes to stop in time (it often is). The collisions that increase at red light camera intersections are rear-end accidents where the car behind can't stop in time when the car ahead stands on the brake to avoid triggering the camera.

We will find something or cause it, a pandemic that targets certain people, a real economic crisis or not, a virus that will affect the old or the big, it doesn't matter, the weak will succumb to it, the fearful and the stupid will believe it and ask to be treated.

We know Joe lies all the time. I believe it is safe to conclude:

When Joe says he was joking he was telling the truth.

When Joe says "Not a joke" or "Not kidding" or "My word as a Biden," the statement he applies these phrases to was a lie.

Does he admit to a bad action then say he was joking, as his way of trying to avoid suspicion by ridiculing the idea he did the bad action?

Try to put the events since 2016 in a timeline, with specific details tying them all together. Hunter Biden. Hillary Clinton, rinse, repeat. Maybe it was a product of the fake tape department at witch-hunt headquarters?

He was President so could do anything he wanted. Nothing a President does is illegal. Except for Biden, who does everything illegally.

He gave a preemptive defense last week in his "I am pathologically incapable of shutting my mouth" Fox interview. "There were no documents, OK. I had lots of papers..I had copies of newspaper articles, I had copies of magazines"...."I didn't have a document per se"...case dismissed, right???

I believe the official response is to impeach Garland
Someone other than TFG has to be responsible for something according to them.

Trumpublicans will love him even if GOP leadership declared they no longer supported him. Their only escape was during the Senate impeachment trial. If 10 more Senate Republicans had voted to convinct, he'd be banned from running again.

++++
No, they're saying they can't treat you. Here's the thing, and all of these lunatics who cut their dicks off should understand it in advance.

When you have this procedure, you don't get female genitals. I hate to break it to you, but you don't. What you get is a *wound.* A woman's vulva, vagina, etc. are not wounds. They are natural orifices with their own care regimens. Wounds are different and like all wounds, they have different care regimens. A gynecologist isn't going to know what to do with a crotch wound, because it isn't at all the same.

What you need for your ongoing post-op care is not a gynecologist, but a wound-care specialist. Sorry, but it is what it is. What you have is not a vagina and vulva, but an open wound. Go to a doctor that knows how to deal with open wounds.

Meanwhile there will be hidden stores for Our Betters, only, stocked with name brand products in wide varieties.

Besides meat (and dangerous greenhouse gases) cows also produce... milk!. No more cows mean no more milk, cheese, ice cream, yogurt and many other products besides meat. Has the left thought about this? Do they care? (Dumb question. We will be told soy milk is way healthier anyway)

The name brands won't survive such a scheme. There will still be multiple choices in the stores, they'll just all be the same things because what you *actually* want is illegal. The brands will still be there and the companies that own those brands will still market them and make profits and losses and trade on the stock exchange.

The Inner Party stores will just have the stuff they've proscribed for the proles. This is how it is in Red China, where there is an entire Party Agriculture system. If you're a top Party member in Red China, you can go to your own special supermarkets and get the good stuff. The produce and meat come from good, properly-run farms and is of high-quality and non-toxic. The prepared and packaged foods come from production lines with different oversight to ensure quality instead of substitutions and crap. Being a top-dog Party member is pretty nice.

The old Soviet stores for Party men were kind of a trip. Because there wasn't any real supply chain set up for quality goods, and most of it was imported or looted, these places would often just have heaps of goods you would pick through.

The problem with that movie is there are too many male actors that look the same with too many subplots within them to keep things straight. Also, too many scenes with too much back noise or echoes. Tough one to follow given the story line.

Presidents, members of congress & other elected officials don't go through a traditional background investigation process. The guidelines that apply to the typical security clearance holder do not apply to elected officials - incoming or outgoing. Presidents are also not "read in" or "read out" of classified matters.
