A *LOT* better than I remember!
Thandie Newton is delicious.
It's the least campy of the series and focuses on long action sequences filled with real stunts and practical FX. It's also every bit the John Woo movie with slow motion and random flocks of birds.
Thank the lawd Dougray Scott turned down the role of Wolverine to do this cuz he would have been horrible. And he keeps. Talking like. This through. The entire. Movie. Like he's doing. His best. William Shatner. Impression. His character is actually a really good villain but...probably miscast. Or at least could have gone a better acting job.
I honestly enjoyed it. Not as good as the first or fourth one but definitely better than the third one.
Pleasantly surprised.

Ours has been having book sales every couple of months since after opening back up (*spit*) after the government closed everything to steal the 2020 election.
Used hardbacks that people donated for free or that the library discarded and would have been throwing away recently went from $1 to $2. Because inflation.
I don't think that's how this works, guys. Neither does anyone else, apparently. The shelves still have the same books as the last three times we've visited.

My little town has a small grocery store cause there are only 5,000 of us and nobody comes to this town to grocery shop. It's fine for staples.
But 2 towns over there is one of the best grocery stores I've ever been in and I go there once or twice a month cause it has everything and I do mean everything. I love it. And I'm not a shopper.
We live in time of abundance and options and leftists hate that we are prosperous and happy. They seem to live to make everyone as miserable as they are.

Some items are overpriced, but generally if it's the difference between name brand v. no name, my experience has been something twice as expensive lasts at least twice as long... and it doesn't look like crep while it's aging.

I'm thinking that The Good Guys need to develop some pro-level De-Masking skills and teams.
Two big guys to wrap up the Glowie, pinning his arms to his torso. Big bear hugs ought to do the trick. One with very good eye-hand coordination, strength and speed, to rip off the cap and mask, all in a fluid movement. A "Runner", to bolt away with the mask, maybe the cap too, and put DISTANCE between the garments and glowie. Finally, a very nimble photographer, to thoroughly document the glowie's face, getting at least several frames from different angles.
And PRACTICE. Run these drills a LOT, and then put them to work in the field. I'd love to see fully half of a U-Haul's worth of glowies, posted maskless, for one and all to see and I.D.

There must have been several scores of leaks against Trump involving testimony, documents, audio, etc., and they're all obviously coming from the government. Trump's lawyers need to file an immediate motion, with the long list of leaks as an exhibit, asking that the entire case be dismissed because of prosecutorial misconduct and the government's effort to influence the jury pool. All of them are trim and slim and love the masks. MAGA folks often have beer guts and the like. Look a lot like what the crowd that unmasked them look like. Patriot Front looks uniformly like feds/antifa.
Have you ever heard of a white supremacist that was ashamed? They don't wear masks. They're proud as hell of being white, being white supremacists, and they'll have tattoos everywhere to make sure you know it.
