Elephant Rescue Cafe

triplekangaroocuteness.jpg
IG/sanjaya_nature_photography captured
this photogenic trio on a recent visit to #OolambeyanNationalPark
in the the Riverina region of @NewSouthWales.

A family of elephants save a baby from a water hole.

A white stag purrs as it lets his human friend pet him.

Amazing white moose.

And just so no one thinks I favor one race of deer: a rare black deer.

Duck rush!

A dog really loves swimming, so his owners just start putting up pools.

Living with a pet otter. He gives his owners "love bites" so I don't know if that makes him a loving sea otter or an evil, bitey river otter.

Rescuing a wolf due for imminent euthanasia. The wolf had been bought by some idiot who abandoned him to the wild. But the wolf had never been raised in the wild and had no idea how to live there.

Rescuing a baby elephant who's fallen down a well -- a rescue complicated by the presence of the panicked, rampaging mother elephant.

Groundhog wants to dig a hole, but dog wants him to come out and play.

Puppy is annoyed to be stuck in traffic.

Young gorilla is determined to get a response from an older gorilla, and if he doesn't chill out, he's going to wind up getting it.

Am I pretty now, mommy?

Aquatic ice-bats.

Indonesian tree-penguin fell out of its nest and has to be rescued.

For the ladies, who had to put up with JTM this week: this shirtless hunk stuntman demonstrates various ways to to act out being hit by a bullet.

For those asking "Who or what is JTM?" Well, JTM is a very busty girl who offers dating advice while wearing only a pair of overalls that barely cover her over-spilling shame. So don't click on this. I denounce this link.

What's the precise definition of a "simp"? Because I think I'm ready to become one.

Who's the best fuffy boy? You are! You are!

This little fluffer is bossy but he's so cute he gets away with it.

This floofer has got herself in a pickle.

Frenz!

Saving a baby elephant who's fallen into a deep ditch. If you get bored of watching the escavator -- or worried; the operator almost hits the elephant's trunk a couple of times -- skip ahead to 2:10 when the elephant gets close to being rescued. Stick with it after that.

37 Ace, here's a couple of obscure words for your delectation and collection:

Misslieness - a Scots dialect word, it means "the feeling of solitariness that comes from missing someone or something you love".

Nikhedonia - the feeling of excitement or elation that comes from anticipating success.

Hopefully, one or both of these might contribute to nikhedonia this weekend. Thank you for all you do, and have a good one!

Less than two weeks ago, I got the toddler a kiddie pool, and put it outside my living room windows, where it's easy to watch from the house. It's gravel, so I called this area "Pebble Beach."

Today, lo these many days later, she's already destroyed it. She loaded the thing with gravel in the water, and then dug in her heels and dragged the motherfucker over the other gravel til it burst open, while I'm trying to barbecue some ribs.

That's all pretty funny. I was laughing. But now, she's loudly lamenting the Disaster at Pebble Beach, and demanding I refill a pool which can't be filled. Nevermind. I'm still laughing. Carry on.

Down here in the South that role was filled by Mitsubishi sedans. The Eclipse seemed to be different, but if you were going to see something trick-daddied out, there was a 75% chance it was going to be a Mitsubishi sedan.

The crazy part is that the exact same people could buy a $2000 car and immediately turn it into a $6000 car, or they could buy an $18,000 car and do the same.

The Eagle Talon was the best looking IMO. Lee Iacocca had a test done and asked people to rate the quality of each car. People picked the Mitsubishi even though all three were made at the same factory in the USA. He then made a commercial that basically asked, “what the fuck is wrong with you people?”

For Gen X and later, these 80s and 90s Japanese cars are their 55 Chevys and muscle cars. In the value cycle, most of them fell into the hands of teens who wanted hot rods. If they aren't impossible to restore due to lack of computers and unibody problems I expect many of them to get the high dollar rebuild in the future that dilapidated muscle cars get now. The people that love them just need to get into their late 50s.

369 PMMrs. E's GrandPa had every piece of rolling equipment he ever owned scattered across the hillside of a ranch in Eastern Colorado. I used to walk through that stuff and tell her "you know how rare that Cockshutt tractor is?'

HA! I did score Grampa's 1939 Ford 9N tractor for a few years. I used it to mow. Some collector drove by one day and offered me stupid $$$ for it. And off she went.

390 EOD is a hard MOS to get into since it is culled from the cream of the engineer crop. Most of them are Sappers one of the harder of the "MOS Elite" schools from a technical standpoint, and the applied art aspects of what they do is taught to them by pretty stern and merit-based instructors.

391 Elephants. Awww 😘 thank you!

122. We were taught to take the first 'hit' as publicly as possible & then lay into the peratrators. While many years ago, and weaponry was rarely used, it was effective response.

Present day, bet the crowds at & near the stadium were filmed by drones for 'security purposes' & there would be a plan in place for pinging phones, GPS signals.

The demons were invited, disinvited, invited again which was time spent in planning for 'crowd control' especially as the stress on the gathering crowd will often by far more psychological than physical, initially. 'Security' is aware.

Even a young child may do this job and make money because it is so simple to complete and has higher pay than typical office occupations. Everyone needs to try this task by using the information on this page. https://Getmoney012.blogspot.com
