Good morning, kids. I don't know if Rush Limbaugh, of blessed memory, truly realized how 100% correct he was when he used the phrase "the state-controlled media." One of his brilliant signature inventions was stringing together soundbites of reporters and political figures reciting almost verbatim the talking point or phrase-du-jour that the powers that be wanted implanted in the brains of the low information voter crowd (and if I remember correctly, "low-information voter" was another Rush invention). The prime example was the word "gravitas" which was used way back when to describe why the Dubya campaign chose Dick Cheney to be the Shrub's running mate. Surely, that was a strong indicator of the hive-mind mentality if not direct collusion between media outlets.

But, in the wake of Tucker Carlson's sacking, the reactions to it and certain events leading up to it prove beyond any doubt that the media in general is indeed controlled by the state. In fact, as I had pointed out yesterday, it is actually a de-facto or even an actual arm of the state itself. Yes, the talking head lefty propagandists and their coterie of writers and producers who put the words in their mouths and decide what gets covered, what doesn't and how that story is covered would do the junta's bidding as a matter of course.

The fact that someone like George Stephanopoulos is given the anchor-midget slot on ABC news – not a show as a commentator or an openly partisan pundit but as an allegedly down the middle Walter Cronkite (BTW, the German word Krankheit means "sickness") – that alone says it all. Recall the very first question from the very first GOP debate in 2012, which was the moral equivalent of "Have you stopped beating your wife?" It wasn't even a question; it was a direct smearing of the GOP candidates declaring that they are trying to ban contraception. Or Candy Store Crowley sauntering across the stage to give Obama crib notes. Meh, while those two examples are prima-facie evidence of biased hackery, they don't necessarily prove they were acting at the behest of the government.

But, when every other analyst and talking head is either a CIA agent, FBI agent, or retired DoD brass, that indicates something quite revelatory. Scum and traitors like Mike Morrell, Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe, James Clapper and so many others were directly involved in fabricating the Russia Collusion hoax, then shopped it to the media to make it kosher and thereby allowed the media to run with it and then cite it as the reason to investigate Trump. That's not journalism: that's not even a sting operation. It's fraud; the greatest attempt at grand larceny ever conceived since it was the attempt to swindle the American people and Trump out of winning 2016. That it hamstrung him for his entire term and ultimately led these same reptilian turds to coordinate every locus of power in and out of government to use the Chinese COVID as cover to "fortify" 2020 shows it ultimately succeeded. And a huge part of that success was – you guessed it – the media.

When Chuck "Cuck Schemer" Schumer threatened Trump in that the CIA "had nines from Sunday to get you" if you dared cross them (and him, I presume), he wasn't just blowing the usual smoke out of his wrinkled, sagging, alte-cocker ass. Meh, I've wasted too much time on this. Psaki-psircling back to Rush, had he lived I have no doubt that the powers that got rid of TuCa would have gone after him, Rush, first. If you're going to try and argue about the profit motive protecting him, NewsCorp just lost $1 billion in value. Anheuser-Busch lost $4 billion. And here's a newsflash: I don't think they could care less. Ditto Hollywood. Somehow, they'll get bailed out, that is if they all stay on the reservation.

It has gotten to a point where our governmental system is nearing a fascistic model. For the time being, purely from the economic standpoint. The corporate world, either willingly because of the invasion of the C-suites by the younger indoctrinated generation, or unwillingly via the Schumer Nine-Ways-to-Sunday "nice business you got here, be a real shame if something happens to it" way, is more and more in a symbiotic relationship with the State. Look at what's going on with this ESG idiocy, to say nothing of the DEI-DIE madness. If they want to destroy fossil fuels, if they want you to eat bugs, end single-family homes, mutilate your children and force you to get injected with Franken-Pfizer cocktails, sooner or later, you will have to comply. At least that is the aim.

So while the government controlled and still controls much of the media landscape, it was Tucker Carlson who had an actual audience. His messages exposing the tyranny all around us was actually getting through to more and more people. And so, he got the chop. Regardless of whether or not he resurfaces somewhere else (RSB, Newsmax, OAN, or even his own network/podcast/whatever?), just like rigging elections, the government now knows it can get away with silencing anyone for any reason whatsoever.

That at one point this Ministry of Truth aka Disinformation Board under the aegis of the Dept. of Internal, er, Homeland Security was even being attempted is a signpost that America is dead and gone. And that board is going to come back for sure, if it is not somehow operating in secret as we speak. Hell, for all we know, maybe the removal of Tucker Carlson was its first unofficial-official act.

There is no justice system or even a two-tiered justice system. There is only the will to power. We are no longer a nation of laws but of men. Some parading around with their junk tucked and in drag but men (on paper) nonetheless. If they can get rid of Tucker Carlson they can get rid of any of us. And you best believe that the internet is indeed number one on their hit parade.

PS: I wanted to cover the anarchy and chaos in Haiti as a preview of what's happening here vis a vis what we might be rapidly descending into but time got away from me. Hasta mañana unless Ace or someone else has that covered for later.

I've been using ChatGPT more. Although it is woke, it will at least reason with you, and acknowledges when it it caught in a logical error. A human lefty will simply ignore you or REEEEEE you, and most human lefties couldn't argue logically even if they wanted to. ChatGPT is willing to engage.

And it works well for non-political queries, and STEM topics. I am beginning to think it is true that people need to learn how to use these things, lest they be left far behind, and at the mercy of those who do know how to use them.

Use to do what? It either generates text for you or aggregates info based on your request. All of it is based on information from other sources. You have no control over how it is assembling the information or what sources it uses. Once it gains wide acceptance they will begin altering the results to get people to believe what they want. That includes supposedly non-political stuff.

The media is controlled by the state and financed by the pharmaceutical industry. 75% of advertising revenue is generated by drug advertising. Tucker took a helluva chance by criticizing them.

Whether that was the precipitating factor is anyone's guess at this point.

Regardless, you're not going to hear much criticism about the clot shot here in the USA. I've based all my research on the 'vaccine' and it's value (or lack of) from what other countries report.

Sort of. I have a different take on it, I think. I am not sure.

To describe X as an arm of Y implies that Y is in control and X follows orders and moves as it is instructed to move. This largely - but by no means always - applies to our press. Sometimes the press tries to move the state or party - the tail wags the dog.

I don't think the press is an arm of the state, nor do I think that the state is an arm of the party. What we have now is I think the typical tyranny structure of merger. The power structure is a web. All are merged - the state and party are the same, the industries are part of it, the media is part of it. It's a power complex with no external control. There are factions and factional warfare, but no direct subordination. There are no arms and legs controlled by a body. They are all of the body itself.

That is, that the state can control industry without being a police state. I don't think this is true. Economic fascism will become social fascism quickly, even if it doesn't evolve simultaneously. When an individual cannot enter the world of economics - start a business, bring an invention to market, go his own way, etc. - without compliance, what the companies (or the government) say, goes. At all levels. In all things.

Windows 10 support doesn't officially end until 2025, but being as Windows OS now comes with spyware/malware baked into the OS and simply is an ad/commerce generating OS, you probably have a virus, which is the OS itself, which is all very recursive at this point.

Eventually, yes, but it not for a long time. As we can learn from Haiti and to a lesser (but rapidly-growing) degree South Africa, however, this also requires a failed state.

The US is not a failed state, and state authority and power are greater than ever. If you take matters into your own hands, the state will destroy you. It has enough cops and soldiers to do it unless - possibly - in the context of a full-blown civil war. Only when the state is failing or failed and can no longer enforce its will consistently within the country can vigilantism truly take root. The state defends itself against vigilantism pretty aggressively, and the US is more than capable of doing so at the retail level where most vigilantes operate.

As the US goes broke and fails - not today or tomorrow, but it will happen at some point - vigilantism becomes more manageable and effective.

The updates are ordinary ones for your Win10; you have to do something special to initiate the 'free' Win11 'upgrade'. [Probably having to click through a few popups saying 'Yes, I want to upgrade to Win11' or the like.

I've been ignoring the Win11 upgrade automatic messages on my Win10 laptop, myself. So just keep on ignoring the upgrade messages especially as it looks like from above that Win10 will be supported until 2025.

BTW, Win8.1 on my desktop computers is no longer supported at all, so I will be doing something about them in the near future but not Win10.

You can actually defeat the hardware check and force a Win 11 upgrade.

I've done this on two machines I recently purchased.

The only issue I see is if Microsoft becomes militant with their stance on "unsupported hardware" and borks your machine on a forced update.

When they get their way - and they probably will, for a while - they will learn that they forgot something. They see this as a way to get the unearned produce of their betters. Their ideology entitles them to my property - and even my life - because they are oppressed.

They forget that there are not just people above them, there are people below them as well. Those people below them are entitled to *their* property and lives, just as they are entitled to mine.

Something tells me they will have a pretty big ideological shift once they get theirs. In the interests of justice, I hope it is too late to shift once they get that far.

Fascinating case in point on fascist control. First Republic deposit customers are very wealthy families almost entirely. It is failing because the Treasury Secretary testified before the Senate that she intends to backstop 100% of deposits at only the largest banks, like BofA and JPMC and the ilk, so the smart and wealthy clients of First Republic instantly began moving their money.

The bank is now publicly negotiating a rescue package, by pointing out Yellan has murdered them and the failure will cost the rest of the system billions in deposit insurance, plus a takeover cost. Its all public. First Republic is demanding a government-sponsored rescue, an the grounds the government killed them.

PS, the stock is probably worthless, or at least it has an unknown value, so don't buy it unless you like very long shots.

One of my great disappointments with Soviet America is that nominally conservative people will still convict other conservatives on BS process/hate crimes laws.

It isn't hard to stack a jury in DC or NYC to do this...but remember the guy that got 19 years for stealing a gay flag in Kansas? Not one of those jurors just said, "I don't see evidence beyond a reasonable doubt I'm voting innocent and you can't change my mind"?!?

If we are serious about winning, we must push a strong economic message to improve the quality of life; focus on voter registration and ballot harvesting; and welcome Gen Z into the party.

It isn't stock price that kills a company, it's loss of revenue. You can keep a stock price artificially high. Sometimes the stock price is only a reflection of the underlying plant and equipment value in a business failure.

But when incoming revenue plummets you can't pay for supplies, can't pay for labor, can't pay the taxes. The next quarters revenue reports will tell you all you need to know about the ladyboycott.

Until then it's entertaining to hear all of the anecdotal tales. But if late June into early July you start hearing about layoffs at Transheuser Busch you'll know their little experiment in wokeism bit them in the ass. Until then disregard the stock market as an indicator.
