I thought about starting a Veritas type group and say we are investigating election fraud and announce we have whistleblowers and investigators undercover in Philly, Atlanta, Phoenix and other places.
I wouldn’t really have anyone there but I figure that may give everyone in the fraud precincts some pause. I’d even go to each place and walk around the election board offices to interview different people. Keep it nice and civil but I’d guarantee that will cause some suspicion amongst those criminal gangs.

I've been assuming this for a while. Conservatives moved out of state. Progressives moved to the suburbs.
Conservatives were willing to part with the culture of NYC (and other big blue cities) because they decided it just wasn't worth it and got as far as they could away. Progressive lamented the increase in crime but couldn't part with the culture, so they moved away, but not so far that they couldn't go back on weekends to catch a show.

Sounds like Mumbles Menino. Head of stone but yea the city was very safe and he took care of the residents.
A developer was renovating the brownstone building next to mine. He was breaking all the rules and starting demolition work at 7 am, tossing crap out the windows and making a mess everywhere. I asked him nicely to start obeying the rules and he told me to pound sand. Called Menino's office and he sent a guy the size of a mountain who told the developer that if he got another complaint he would shut down work for 3 months and the second complaint would be 6.
Got along fine with the developer after that.

The Wisconsin election will cheer you up. The largest county (which was unnamed but I'm sure it was Madison) had 83% of voters voting (D), beating Philly's 80% by 3%. So Philly doesn't suck nearly as bad. That's a slogan sure to catch on.

A friend of mine who conceals-carry ALL THE TIME (when permitted by the location) has insurance for "concealed carry". If you are really serious about concealed carry (as I know that some here are), you should consider this. You may find yourself in a righteous shoot/self protection situation, but that may not stop the local Law from coming down on you. Legal expenses could bankrupt you otherwise.

Nope. I mean theoretically, yes, but nope in actuality. The DA sets the terms and the Grand Jury sets the wheels in motion. Once in court, it's a crapshoot. And in Big Cities, your odds of defeating State are almost nil.
The mobs are most active in Big Cities, so the scenario envisioned kinda fits a template. Mobs thrive in Big Blue. Self-defense against "aggrieved" group frowned upon by culture. Victim becomes revictimized by State. Poisoned jury pools in Blue districts follow State bias.
If at all possible, avoid grey areas of response. Defend yourself if no option available, but make as sure as possible that no other option is available. Hard to do because every situation is unique, but make sure you really do fear for your life/safety and be willing to die on that hill because the State will almost assuredly bring war.

Last time I went - it's a dump. Dirty, expensive, and much more scary. And that was pre-COVID. I've had several friends go and every one has said "never again".
