The cities are blue but we had a lot more folks outside the blue zones. It’s better in our system burbs and nicer.

206 We live in New York. We have raised our kids in accord with our mores and values taught us as children. They are the ones so denigrated today, and our children have been taught the same. Where we live the political atmosphere is totally unlike Downstate, we don't suffer antifa and the progressive left has never been able to get much traction.

The possibility of us being overrun with liberals certainly exists though the probability is slim.

At any rate, THIS is my "hill for THEM to die on". I don't mean to run from anybody.

yeah, I was gonna say, or maybe when Lincoln pushed tariffs, supported the railroads, and went to war to "keep the country united". That was perhaps the end of state sovereignty?

idk, evil has been with us a long time ... I think at least the commies were in the WH pre WW2 ... then the McCarthy era of calling out commies in the government. So many stage of "DeepState" infiltration by enemy (foreign?) forces.
