A Keene State College student was charged with making a threatening phone call to a member of Congress over their stance on “the gays,” the Department of Justice confirmed on Monday. Allan Poller made an appearance in federal court on Monday after allegedly making a call threatening to kill an unidentified member of the House of Representatives on March 29, according to the press release. . . . . . “Hi, my name is Allan Poller, A-L-L-A-N P-O-L-L-E-R, phone number []8931. And I just want to let you know, Representative [Name], if you keep on coming for the gays, we’re gonna strike back and I guarantee you, you do not want to fuck with us,” he said, according to the press release. “We will kill you if that’s what it takes. I will take a bullet to your fucking head if you fuck with my rights anymore. And then if you want to keep going down that path, you know who’s next.” . . . His lawyer described Poller as “peaceful” and said that he meant “no ill will toward anybody and does not believe in violence or disruptive protest,” the Associated Press reported. The lawyer said Poller “is mindful of the allegations against him and will allow the legal process to continue without further comment at this time.” Poller told investigators that he was “emotional and intoxicated” when the call was made and that he does not own firearms.I seem to recall a group of men being "emotional and intoxicated" before, during and after shooting a lot of unarmed people into ditches all over eastern Europe a while back. But of course, he has every right to be emotional and intoxicated considering his "rights" are being "fucked with." Prediction and theorem: The veracity with which this droog is prosecuted will be inversely proportional to that of Donald Trump, as well as the J6 political prisoners still awaiting their disposition in the Garland Archipelago. In the real world this is of course a terroristic threat, just as potentially lethal as the actual act of political terrorism perpetrated by the transexual terrorist who snuffed out six innocent lives in Nashville. And who had been planning on doing so apparently for some time. But at least the FBI is on the case and will release the manifesto of this "courageous freedom fighter." At least the bits that don't cause embarrassment to the FBI and/or its leadership. Or bits that they can "adjust" to fit their theories. Instead of transexual, think of it as trans-factual.
Supposedly on guard against domestic terrorism and violent extremism, the FBI did nothing to prevent Audrey Hale from murdering six people, including three children. In similar style, the FBI did nothing to prevent terrorist mass murders at Fort Hood in 2009 (14 dead), San Bernardino in 2015 (14 dead), and Orlando in 2016 (49 dead). On the other hand, the FBI does boast a record of altering documents. Consider Kevin Clinesmith, assistant general counsel in the National Security and Cyber Law Branch of the FBI’s Office of General Counsel in Washington, D.C. As the Department of Justice explains, “Clinesmith was assigned to provide legal support to FBI personnel working on Crossfire Hurricane,” the FBI’s covert operation against President Trump. Trump advisor Carter Page was a source for an OGA, a U.S. government agency, specifically the CIA. Clinesmith altered an email to show that Page was “not a source.” . . . In addition to forgery, the FBI is adept at concealing evidence in murder cases. In February 2020, DHS whistleblower Philip Haney, author of See Something Say Nothing: A Homeland Security Officer Exposes the Government’s Submission to Jihad, was found dead in Amador County, California. The local sheriff handed Haney’s computer, thumb drives, and other materials to the FBI. As of this writing, the FBI has failed to make the material public, and at some point handed the investigation to the federal Customs and Border Protection (CBP), which determined that Haney’s devices contained “contraband.” As this implies, the murder victim was a secret criminal, allied with foreign actors. The Islamic terrorists Haney exposed would have motive to kill him, but no word from the FBI of any suspects. . . . For all but the willfully blind, the FBI is the KGB and secret police of the Biden junta. As such, the bureau is not exactly the best agency to analyze the Audrey Hale manifesto, which should have been released immediately, and in full. On Monday, April 3, a full week after the murders, Hale’s manifesto still had not been made public. As the American people await revelations, they have cause to wonder what the FBI knew, and when they knew it. The “Trans Day of Vengeance,” slated for April 1, served up the prospect of more violence. In advance of this heavily promoted event, was the FBI tracking any person of interest who purchased an AR-15–style rifle or a 9mm Kel-Tec SUB2000? With all its resources and allegedly brilliant analytical minds, was the FBI profiling anyone who issued threats against “transphobes” in general or Christian schools in particular? The aforementioned Fort Hood case gives the people cause to wonder. . . . . . In his initial statement on Nashville, Biden said the shooting was “sick” and “heartbreaking” but likewise failed to name the shooter or a single one of her victims, including the three children. Murder victim Mike Hill was black, but no speculation that the shooter, a white woman, could have been motivated by racism. The target was a Christian school, but no speculation that the mass murder could have been a hate crime.In Soviet Amerika 2023, law enforcement really means Lore Enforcement. And that leads us back to this Alvin Bragg cancer.

Meanwhile, I'm about to go vote to try and prevent this Janet Prostitutka nightmare from getting a seat on the Wisconsin state supreme court. Funny, how in the wave of ads proclaiming her opponent Dan Kelly "an extremist who opposes abortion even in cases of rape," this fat lipid mass has a record of unleashing rapists onto the streets of the state with barely a slap on the wrist. About the only thing I can do at this point is pray. I’d dearly love to be wrong but I don’t see how Trump avoids an eventual conviction. I have seen a few posts yesterday and today describing the transgender display at the country awards show as being presented at the CMA awards. It was not at the CMA( Country Music Association) but was at the CMT awards(Country Music Television). CMT is I believe, a sister channel to MTV who produces shows like 16 and Pregnant and Jersey Shore. Nothing they do surprises me.

We won't have it. We also won't have much weaponry, since we've given too much to Ukraine. We'd better hope there won't be another war we need to go to fight in the next few years. Yet, there likely will be. If you're interested in making war, doing so now - when the US ability to project and sustain force is diminished - would be a good time...

Gender affirming care is spaying and neutering with the disfigurement of the "top" as well. The surgeries with the zipper scars from one side to the other are unnecessary mutilation, but perhaps the self-hatred created by the beasts in the medical profession is the point here. I recently saw a picture of a mother smiling at the top surgery of her formerly normal pretty daughter and also wondered if there was generational jealousy involved as well, as if destroying your child and preventing grandchildren keeps you young. I don't understand the pathology in these mothers. One rarely sees fathers, but in feral societies it was not unheard of for fathers to mutilate sons to prevent sexual competition. Filled up this morning gas was .40/gal more than last week. This round surging gas prices is going to be even worse than last one, and we are starting from a higher base price. Thanks Biden/Granholm and others for securing our energy future.

Good morning Horde and thanks JJ as always. I like Spencer's writing but he has factual error. Judge Merchan is an acting New York County Supreme Court judge not a federal judge or even a state Supreme Court judge. NYC is made up of five boroughs all of which are also counties. Like all other ny counties they have county CT judges. The borough of Manhattan is also New York county (Staten Island is Richmond County etc). County CT judges are responsible for criminal matters. There is also a state Supreme Court wherein the judges are voted on in judicial districts which at least upstate compose several counties. An appeal from either county Supreme Court or state Supreme Court goes to the appellate division again encompassing several counties and an appeal from any of those goes to the NYS Court of Appeals. There will be a test on this tomorrow.

Accomplishing a pivot from portable hydrocarbons to a mixture of fixed and portable renewable electricity is complicated and will result in periodic price shifts.
But it must be done. Pulling out all the stops to "drill, baby, drill" is short-sighted and, ultimately, a dead-end street. We can ramp up resource extraction and wreck the environment forever to maintain an obsolete and inefficient energy complex whose days are numbered anyway, or we can do the hard work to upgrade and enhance that energy complex.

Yeah, a good number of the CURRENT NASCAR guys (Larson, Bell, Bowman, Friesen) can. But I doubt any Indy or NHRA guys would be able to.

Tone the cars down, of course, but give them some practice time and I guarantee they'll figure it out enough to be competitive in similar setups like they did in IROC cars.
Plus, I think it would give the NHRA guys a better chance overall than just sticking them in NASCAR cars and tracks for the entire time.

She congratulated him and said that she could NEVER in her right mind recommend something to someone when she can't know what's in it, nor any long term side effects.

I admit to drinking Rolling Rock a few times. I believe the last time was when I turned 33, mainly because it had 33 on the bottle for an unknown reason.

Friend of mine goes to a local Men's Clinic. The Dr. is a woman, moderately attractive I'm told, who asked him if he'd gotten the shot. He has not and will not. She congratulated him and said that she could NEVER in her right mind recommend something to someone when she can't know what's in it, nor any long term side effects.

2.These ballots must be created and stored centrally for security.
3. The poll work cannot know the ballot until the voter identifies themselves.

1. How did the 20 inch pdf file get converted to 19 inches?
2. Who has access to these files?

All seem very easy to cheat to me!

Shingles if detected early and treated is easily managed. It first shows up as a mild rash. Antiobiotics and antivirals will clear it in less than a week. I had it and got treated; it was gone in 5 days, without blisters.

Easy to cheat, but also very easy to just fuck up. This is a hopeless and poorly-designed system. Here's how easy it is to fuck up: print the PDF. In the print settings - buried in at least one sub-window, if I am visualizing the interface for most printers properly - is an option called "scale to fit." In some drivers or applications, this is the default configuration.
In many cases, this scaler can result in a slightly smaller print-out. The PDF might have some invisible content in the margins that bleeds over the printable area. The document might have weird margin layout. Any number of things. If you don't scale it, it comes out the right size but some non-visible data is lost. If you scale it, it shrinks a bit because of the document properties.
A poorly-formed PDF, an oddity in the print driver, etc. can cause this to happen even without ill intent. PDF distribution of ballots for local production is a bonkers idea. It is by no means idiot-proof and it introduces a lot of potential for mistakes (or cover-up points for bad behavior) and a lot of malfunction risk.

IMO - This is the beginning of the next presidential campaign, 2024,and also the beginning of build back better lite, round два (dva). Reclaiming the cities - Chicago, Philly, Seattle, NY - is already in play as is the beginning of creating inclusive "communities" around the nation.
Being a mean and not particularily bright folk, the dynasty families & hangers on, the glorious civil society, want an end of the Trump Brand. They NEED the end of the Trump Brand, to make it disappear from all public places. There will be no Trump-related monuments to our country's greatness if they have their way. They've disappeared memorials and monuments to history - not just books - through their pettiness, hatred and greed, "Trump" is but one more. Unable to compete, they'll destroy history.

Of course he can't. As for me, I'll never believe FIB or other Gov't witnesses if I'm ever picked as a juror. The Gov't lies, cheats, and steals, and the benefit of the doubt will rest heavily on the defendant in such cases.

How was there even enough left of the body to identify it?!?!?
