Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Alvin Bragg Isn't Just A Hyper-Partisan Political Hack Doing The Dirty Work Of The Democrat Junta...He's Stupid And A Lousy Lawyer Too!Hold my 40! Actually, good old lying Alvin is a preppy, and probably drank Grey Goose and good Bordeaux... Nine months after Democrat apparatchik and Soros fluffer Alvin Bragg got bitch-slapped over the ridiculous murder charges filed against bodega worker Jose Alba, he has doubled down with an even more ridiculous charge... Manhattan garage worker charged with attempted murder after shooting thiefA Manhattan parking garage attendant who was shot twice while confronting an alleged thief — then wrestled the gun away and opened fire on the suspect — has been charged with attempted murder, police and sources said. The stupidity and irrationality of the charge notwithstanding, it is perfectly representative of the socialist mindset that the individual can have no agency. Any person exercising independence from the government is immediately suspect, even if that independence was necessary to preserve life. The government and its lackeys are ferociously protective of their power, and will use that power to tamp down any diminution of that control over us. Obviously the power to protect one's life and property is the ultimate insult to the state, so anyone with the temerity to exercise that will be attacked. The problem for Bragg is that he is dumber than a box of wrenches, and is unable to understand the immediate and obvious issues with regular working stiffs defending themselves against thuggery. He sees all independence as an affront to the state, and in his simple and ignorant mind cannot conceive of any consequences other than the defense of his and the state's power. Even a Manhattan jury is going to be sympathetic to the perfectly understandable and human reaction to GETTING SHOT! But this is going to be the norm going forward, as woke lawyers inculcated with anti-freedom, post-modern nonsense in our elite law schools take control of our legal system. That nonsense is already trickling down into the state level, and when it hits the local level outside of blue enclaves and the great mass of Americans wake up to a legal system that has gone completely insane, it may be too late. I read the article...it is short on detail of the shooting, but it says that it was the police that charged him with attempted murder, and that Bragg hadn't decided on whether to charge him or not.
Granted, Bragg probably leans that way, but given how he got smacked around and backed down after that bodega worker case, Bragg may be a little hesitant to try that again. Posted by: EFG at April 02, 2023 12:10 PM (Ae67h) 17

They are floating that shit through the "algorithmed" news feeds. We are being subjected to an easy mode hybrid of information warfare operations coupled with psyops aimed at a domestic audience. I would lay good money on the infiltration of democrat allied officers from PsyOps and IW into positions in the civilian DOJ and media. Those of us that pay attention are going to wind up being persecuted, because the timid and tepid center-right people are being fed a curated cycle of shit that does not stand up to even a second glance coupled with research. It's like Nancy Pelosi saying that Trump needs to "prove his innocence". People were saying that Nancy was an idiot for saying that, but Nancy knew exactly what she was saying. Future political trials are all going to be held in NYC, DC, or another big blue city before a 100% Hard-Left jury, since the prosecutors are going to exclude any potential juror who might have centrist tendencies. Your chances of being acquitted by such a jury are zero - these are going to be purely show trials. Posted by: Eye Of Soros! at April 02, 2023 12:15 PM (2tUFv) 31

They're still using GWOT tactics abroad too. In just the last couple of months, we've seen Color Revolutions in Georgia (for trying to pass a bill saying that Soros and other left-wing NGOs couldn't interfere in local politics), Israel (for trying to pass a bill saying that the elected legislature should pick the judges, rather than the judges picking the judges), and they are clearly gearing up for a Color Revolution against Orban in Hungary. Victoria Nuland has been busy. Orban was smart enough to purge all the senior Hungarian military officials with close ties to NATO and other multinational military organizations - he obviously was foreseeing the headlines that the Hungarian military was forced to intervene to overthrow that fascist Orban government. To this point even actual conservative Rs have been shy about this - Trump made some modest steps in this direction with the SALT stuff but we need more, much more. Not just breaking precedent, but doing it in such a ham handed way, after running his campaign on Get Trump. Of course the "Get Trump Precedent" was sorta set when the FBI spied and lied, tried to entrap Trump even as he was president. Individual states need to stop commerce with NYC to the fullest extent possible. A functional opposition party, which the GOP certainly is not, would defund New York's law enforcement to the fullest extent possible. Pain can be brought to NYC, and should be. Whether there is the will to do so remains doubtful.

Even the people who made up shiite about RUSSIA11!!1! rigging the election for Trump and then having balls to frame Trump for it...and impeach him for it.... knew everything about Trump's business filings and didn't go here. How could they as Trump gets thoroughly audited every year and those tax enforcers are the ones who say/concur what is accpetable (GAAP). It was vetted already. So they had to go with shiit crime that was made up. Even framing someone usually involves an actual crime before the framing. What was done before was a complete fabrication and everyone knows that, whichever side you they are on.

The man and his family have been relentlessly persecuted, and I use that word advisedly, for over 6 years. It has cost him financially and personally more than I can imagine. He ran his campaign against Hillary largely based on her crimes. He went to the WEF meeting and told them to kiss his ass and that unlike all of them he was concerned first and foremost about the American people. -- Spoilers: For the last few decades society has watched violent criminals get a slap on the wrist or be released from prison in order to continue being violent criminals. This is an unfortunate but entirely predictable outcome to normal people watching this slowly become the norm. It's shocking that it doesn't happen more often and is a testament to how decent and truly law-abiding normal people and the vast majority of gun owners are. That said, I'm guessing it does start to happen more and more since it's a type of conditioning, same as teaching the criminals that they are free to do anything they please. Indeed, I helped a few people on Twitter get past the "you're a nazi" bullshit this morning. Hating Soros doesn't make you an antisemite, "all Jews are evil or bad" does. It's very simple and some people need it repeated.
Posted by: CN at April 02, 2023 12:10 PM (Zzbjj) They need to realize that Soros got his start pushing other Jews into the flames for fun and profit, and that he'll happily do the same to them. It is the nature of the historical Soros, from the Golden Calf to the Modern Ages. There are no small number of American Jews who will call you a hater anyways, and whether that's due to misplaced pride, wilful ignorance, or being indirectly on the Soros payroll? It doesn't matter, people are rapidly running out of space and time to care. Posted by: trev006 at April 02, 2023 01:39 PM (DTm0P) 227

Trump hasn't failed at shit. The left has spent decades infesting our institutions and Trump is the first person who actually fought back. And he's far from finished. He's been at it for a fraction of the time the left has been working against us.
Fortunately, Trump seems to enjoy the fight and as long as he is willing to sacrifice his very comfortable life to go to war against them I will support him. - Neither Trump nor anyone else is 'fighting'. He's running for a political office, knowing full well that the mechanisms that stole 2020 from us remain in place in all but one of the states he contested (and that's assuming the R gov in Nevada is doing anything to clean things up). He's playing a game where the enemy has set the rules of the game and feels free to change them whenever whimsy strikes. You have responsibilities. You have to know what is and isn't going to be considered legal. Like it or not. If you know ANYTHING about self-defense cases, you must know if you pull that trigger, you damn well better be able to justify you fearing for your life as the trigger is being pulled.
We expect the victims of crime to know all the applicable laws and case law, and then when out of the blue they are victims of crime to apply the least amount of force necessary in a way we don't even expect of the police. The world hates Christians because it first hated Jesus. Our cross awaits us, I hope that all my fellow brothers and sisters are steadying themselves and prepared for the persecution.

As far as the over enthusiastic self-defensive shooters go, I cannot judge a man in a situation where I in all honesty have no idea how I would respond. That is why soldiers drill. I am not a soldier and have no training.

God's greatest gift to mankind isn't the US Constitution. It's His holy word revealed, without which the Constitution would never have been written and without which would be just another failed piece of tripe in the annals of human failure to attempt to govern one another. The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever. Posted by: Bitter Clinger at April 02, 2023 02:15 PM (YPWOk) 295

Posted by: Yudhishthira's Dice at April 02, 2023 02:12 PM (oINRc) I know it's a rhetorical question, but international trade causes governments to be reluctant in asserting themselves. Japan and the LDP in particular would stand to lose a lot if most trade with the West ceased. It is banal to say "the process is the punishment." That doesn't begin to describe the fear and anxiety of being arrested, fingerprinted, mug shot, and jailed. Sure, you know you're innocent, but you also know that doesn't mean a damn thing to the people who matter. And all the time you wonder. "Ami going to prison?" And the cost of a defense attorney, $5000 for openers and much more to come

It is stunning a person who studied law and achieved license to practice law could so easily set aside convictions of felons and other criminals based solely on his personal opinion of their trial merit. How can that be? Could this be the behavior of a dude who used aa to get aboard that train? IF so, it would be further evidence that aa really did do harm to the nation. Of course, many Soros supported AGs are guerros, so aa would actually work counter to such an argument. It is just mysterious how someone who studied law in a professional environment could behave so poorly.

Anyone remember the language interpreter at Mandela's eulogy?
The guy was standing next to the speaker, waving his hands around in the air like he was signing for the deaf? That's what they are all, from Barry down to to Babbitt's (affirmative action) shooter, nothing but liars and frauds and place holders, waving their hands, guns, 'phones and pens.' And syringes. Someone else is setting these "People of the Lie" into positions they are not qualified to occupy, and from those positions PotL'ers wreak havoc on the rest of us. May we never forget what they've done. Posted by: Ju at April 02, 2023 04:26 PM (aTmM/) 307
