Allegation: Hunter Biden Has a Mole in the FBI Codenamed "One-Eye" Who Keeps Him and His Communist Chinese Business Partners Informed of Possible FBI Action Against Them
The allegations are from the gun-runner recently arrested in Cyprus, who has claimed his arrest was arranged for purely political reasons, to take him off the chessboard.

But even if his goal is blackmail -- that doesn't mean his blackmail information is false.

Luft learned about the scheme through his own relationship with Hunter's Chinese business partners, Patrick Ho and Ye Jianming, the chairman of CEFC.
Ye Jianming, former chairman of the Shanghai-based CEFC China Energy conglomerate. Luft said he tried to inform the DOJ that CEFC paid Hunter $65,000 in exchange for his FBI connections and to use the Biden name. From 2015 to 2018, Luft organized international energy conferences in partnership with Ho's think tank, the nonprofit China Energy Fund Committee (CEFC-USA), a front organization for Ye's CEFC. Ye confided to Luft that Hunter had an informant in the FBI "or formerly of the bureau, extremely well placed, who they paid lots of money to [provide] sealed law enforcement information," says Henoch. The FBI mole was called "One-Eye." "One-Eye" told Ye that the Southern District of New York was investigating him and/or Ho in late 2017, and that "an Asian, an African, and a Jewish guy" were named on a sealed indictment, says Henoch.

I know an FBI agent who specializes in financial crimes (money laundering, embezzlement, things like that). He's happy in that role, and I think most of his team is, too. Those types of agents aren't looking to climb the career ladder or transfer to high-profile divisions where their name will be in the papers. Their jobs pay well-enough to take care of their families, have good benefits, and retire with a comfortable TSP (federal government version of 401K) and small pension.
It's those who want to be Deputy so-and-sos or in charge of offices that are more likely to be political ass-kissers and eager to adopt whatever new leftist mantra that will enable them to climb to the top faster.

The assertion is that Hunter was a conduit. The money went to him and his uncle for "legal counsel" for CCP-connected Chinese nationals, but that much of the money was shunted into buying information and influence within the FBI during the Trump administration. At least, that's my read of it.

Why didn't I apply for promotion sooner? Part of it is that the higher you go, the more you're expected to rah-rah for LGBTQIA+, put pronouns in your email signatures, and participate in all of that b.s.. This allegedly happened during the Trump administration, after Trump told the DoJ to go harder on CCP cut-outs in the US. That order was not entirely ignored, and the money coming into the Bidens from Red China was during that period, when they were officially acting as counsel for various Chinese nationals who were alleged CCP operators.
That adds some context to the allegation. This was an FBI going after Chinese influence (however half-heartedly) and Hunter was the middle man between the Chinese and the FBI moles who were leaking information so the Chinese spies could get out ahead of it (or just leave the country, when needed).

This happens in the private sector, too. My boss wants me to try to move up. I told him that I don't want employees to report to me, because I do not want to have to deal with all the DIE bullshit. Constant trumpeting of DIE crap. Not being allowed to hire or fire who I want because of DIE quotas. Deeper indoctrination in DIE seminars and whatnot. I just don't want to deal with that, and it goes with the package in my SV company.

I've been shitting on Gaetz, but in terms of actual influence of House policy, reps outside of leadership have little to no power. This amendment process is a nice bit of failure theater, but he can't do much within the power structures. He should be helping to build an alternate power structure, the basis of which is an alternate fundraising source that the RNC and RCCC can't touch that he could use to help fund like-minded GOP representatives to free them of the RNC, but...He's just advancing failure theater and will most likely just keep the money he raises for himself.

I hear you, Joe. While the real solution is to disband the FBI, that's not going to happen with Congress having a say in the matter. Similarly, civil service protections prevent you from firing everyone GS-14 and above, which you need do do. However, what could happen is this:
President Trump or Desantis fire all SES (Senior Executive Service), who aren't protected by civil service. That creates a vacuum that many current GS-14 and 15 race to fill. 2 years later, fire all SES again. Congress would be apoplectic (after all, SES are Senate-confirmed, and therefore some are politically connected), and you end up getting rid of a few good guys, too, but you clear out a whole lot of rot for at least a little while.

the ones that actually did "storm the white house" undermined Trump's efforts to investigate the count. Many were FBI or Antifa dressed as Trump boyz, but still, those that went in were pawns at best, saboteurs (against Trump) at worst.

Meh, the CBO clearly states that it's not endorsing this, or any approach. Their job is to consider possible fiscal and economic effects of various policies and report those to Congress. Means-testing is a pretty common policy solution to the issue of excessive spending, so it needs to be evaluated.

A word of encouragement from Trump would've gone a long way with J6 prisoners, many of them rotting in those cells because they believed in him.
