Hunter Biden, Flush With Cash From His "Sugar Brother," Starts Filing His Lawsuits Against People for the Crime of Telling the Truth About His Influence-Peddling, Crack-Smoking, Whore-Banging Ass

Via David Strom at Hot Air.

His first suit is against the owner of the computer shop who sent the laptop to the FBI, and then later sent a copy of it to Rudy Giuliani after our "straight shooters" of the FBI refused to do anything with it.

The Hunter Biden laptop story is, I have been reliably told, Russian disinformation designed to influence the 2020 election.

That's why I didn't believe a word of it, and why I knew all those disgusting pictures were photoshopped.

That's why I was so surprised to see that Mr. Biden is suing the laptop repair shop owner--whose business was bankrupted by the attacks on him for being a Russian asset--for violating his privacy.

They've promised more lawsuits.

Glenn Greenwald wants to know -- now that Hunter the Crack Addict has admitted the laptop is his and did come from the computer shop, where are the retractions from the media who swore it was a "RUSSIAN HACK-AND-LEAK OPERATION"?

David Strom's post quotes the Washington Post straining to make Hunter sound like the aggrieved party here, repeating his claims that there was "no legitimate reason" to leak the laptop to the press. Give it a read.

He also links this Classic Tweet.

There was a legitimate reason, but no practical reason.

Beyond that, Hunter's claim is that he's the aggrieved party. I suppose we'll see whether he forces a settlement, gives up this pursuit, or if it goes to court. My guess is "court." Biden will venue-shop and guarantee victory.

Seems pretty cut and dried to me if the repair agreement is still there and signed that it was abandoned and Hunter lost legal right to the computer and its contents.

Hunter Biden, as the son of a politician and a public figure in his own right due to his public dealings on behalf of his family, has an unquestionable and absolute right to privacy in all things, at all times. i hope hunter biden will sue members of congress as well and under this cercmumstance. And Dumb Fux “News” to the people getting sued. They are as complicit in the invasion of privacy

In fact, other people who service laptops should file a class action suit, because their reputations are being smeared by association. It's NOT OKAY to disseminate information found on a device, and if you run a repair shop, you know better. Also, shame on every outlet who reported whatever was found. They know the information was illegally obtained.

There are exceptions for kiddie porn. In fact, I believe in most states a shop MUST report child abuse. These laws were passed back in the stone age before digital cameras and pedos had to take film to shops to develop. The shops were required to report pics of kiddie porn.

Now, I'm sure if the shop reported gay kiddie porn the shop would be prosecuted, not the homo child molestor.

They claim that about a half-dozen people have violated various statutes, including by making public restricted private information; accessing and disseminating stolen property; and making false statements to Congress.

206 Ok since you are unwilling or unable to testify or show evidence as to how the laptop came into the computer shop's possession, then the testimony of the shop owner will be the only such evidence, and at law you will concede his side of the story.

Which if it includes legal cause to, upon your abandonment, take over ownership of said laptop, then the person who is responsible for divulging personal information is the person who provided the computer shop with the laptop and then abandoned it. That person did not properly safeguard your PII.

Next let me remind you what is not covered under privacy laws protection.

1. Evidence of a crime.
Which could include but is not limited to, drug use, soliciting prostitution, human trafficking, abuse of minors, peddling political influence in a pay to play manner.
2. Any dealings which include a public official. That plausibly pertains to their public duties.

Now once you subtract those off the list, what PII caused you harm and what was that specific harm, and how did the computer shop owner intend that specific harm by releasing the laptop?

Now btw, you will have to testify and be cross examined as part of the case.

Yes. But I a sane world the case would be merit less and be dismissed. He has to assert minimally that the PII which caused him harm is genuine. And then assert what the specific harm was. Then he must subject himself to discovery and to cross examination.

If I were the defense attorney I'd argue off the get go two things.

1. No specific harm other than providing evidence for crimes was intended.
2. The whole laptop speaks to the authenticity of said specific pereces of evidence and so was pertinent evidence in of itself. (All the "Russian disinformation" the FBI and media did helps sustain this claim.)

I remember the first time I came across that show. It was perfect for getting high. Completely wacko and insane, Liquid Television was as well.

High times for good adult animation, and weed and partying.

Nurse Stimpy was a good one, completely insane.

338 This is badass and a demonstration of TRUE power.

The laptop has CP and other horrible stuff on it. Everything on it is valid and not slander or whatever.

But they're willing to sue (and they'll win) to claim it's false, AND they're willing to have the CP entered into evidence, knowing judges and people whose job it is to handle those crimes will pretend it's not there.

That is power, and they're only doing it to make sure you see it.

Soviet as f*ck, too.
