ChatGPT cannot think, only speak. (foobuzz)

This is quite a good examination of how ChatGPT works and why it can look very smart sometimes only to immediately fall on its face a moment later.

It is literally incapable of thinking if it's not talking.

On the other hand, we all know people like that.

Well, it remains to be seen if the game actually looks like that.
Corsair has announced 192GB DDR5-5200 memory kits starting at $725. (Tom's Hardware)

Which isn't cheap, but that's a lot of memory.

They also have 48GB DDR5-7000 RAM starting at $275, which isn't cheap but that's very fast.
But if you try these new memory kits - all based on Micron's 24Gbit RAM chips - on an AMD motherboard, you're in for a bad time. (Tom's Hardware)

As in, your operating system won't boot. There should be BIOS updates out before too long, but right now these kits only work on Intel boards.

42 Our grade school and high school are closed today.

Because the girl's basketball team is competing in the first round of the State tournament.

They were not expected to win any games in substate. They won three to be the top 3A team in their bracket. They now play the number 1 seed at the State level.

I know one of the girls on our team. She says it's going to be tough. One of the other team's players is over 6 feet tall, and is already accepted to Kansas State University's woman BB team. The opponents team record is 23-0.

We have a total of 250 in our high school. With a record of 16-7. But our coaches are local sports legends. Jordy Nelson is our assistant coach, backing up his sister who is head coach. Grammie Winger, eat your heart out.

I am going with my wife to cheer the team on.

Fraud is illegal. Perjury is illegal. The 1A is supposed to keep the state from quashing legitimate political discussion, not provide a mechanism for those very same liars and frauds to kill it.
