Democrat-Aligned Opposition Research Firm Illegally Obtained Personal Files of Two More Republican Congressional Candidates, Air Force Admits

I do not believe the Air Force clerks handing out sensitive personnel files like they're candy whistles at a kid's birthday party were "tricked" by this firm. I think they're corrupt partisan Democrats who knew what they were doing was illegal, but wanted to "help the cause" and also wanted a little cash in pocket.

Remember when Joe the Plumber's personal information was leaked to the press by leftwing government clerks looking to protect Savior Obama?

But the Air Force will cover up for them, of course.

The congressional candidates lost. Did information from these illegally-leaked and illegally-obtained files make it into any campaign commercials or negative media stories?

We'll see.

The Air Force's improper release of 11 service member's military records is now known to include two more Republican political figures, in addition to three previously revealed, according to new reports.
The Lehigh Valley News reported that former GOP House candidate Kevin Dellicker of Pennsylvania was among those whose non-public information was turned over to a research firm linked to Democrats. According to Politico, Nevada Republican Sam Peters, who also ran for House last year, was another.
"I trust that federal law enforcement authorities will investigate and prosecute this brazen attack on military information systems," Dellicker said in a statement released by a representative. "I hope they follow the money trail to see who paid this sleazy firm for its illegal activities."

The firm in question is Due Diligence Group, whose Abraham Payton was named by the Air Force in letters to Peters and Dellicker as having made "multiple requests" for their records, Politico reported. Due Diligence Group received more than $110,000 from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) from January 2021 to December 2022, according to FEC records, although it is unknown if the campaign committee used or received these or any other materials from Due Diligence.

Peters, meanwhile, appears convinced that the DCCC was involved in foul play.
"Look, you sanction a hitman to kill somebody, you're guilty of a crime. You sanction somebody to steal, you're guilty of a crime," Peters told Politico. "And the DCCC needs to be [held to account], and I fully intend on making sure they are."

That's a better attitude.

The Air Force has decided on its conclusion before the investigation:

Meanwhile, the Air Force told Fox News that "[t]here was no evidence of political motivation or malicious intent on the part of any employee."
The Air Force acknowledged that they improperly released the military records of a total of 11 people. Ann Stefanek, an Air Force spokesperson, reportedly said that "virtually all" of the 11 unapproved releases were made to the same third party.

So many oopsies! A plethora of oopsies!

Look, it's very simple: these records cannot be divulged without a signed release.

So, either the Air Force clerks violated the law and released them without a signed release, in which case they must be cashiered and maybe prosecuted, or the Democrat-aligned opposition research group submitted forged signatures "authorizing" the release of records -- in which case, they must be prosecuted.

But neither one of these things will happen.

But pay your taxes and obey the law. The strictures of the law apply to you, but not the people who actively use the government to hurt you and your children.

The paper-pushing E4 army is much more powerful than most people outside the military know. Senior enlisted keep the young officers in line and make a great deal of day to day decisions. Senior officers are politicians and make the big, guiding decisions.

The paper pushers are bitter, lazy, and a huge source of drama.

When I lived in a sanctuary city, this became obvious at the street/retail level in a way it wasn't before. If you're a motorist, you're a target for the cops. They will pull you over on the slightest pretext and throw the book at you to extract the maximum amount of fines. If you're a white guy or an Asian in a well-maintained car, anyway. If you're possibly an illegal alien, they will not pull you for any reason. There's no money in it. If you're black, it's a coin toss as to whether they'll pull you.

The law applied - aggressively and beyond any reasonable measure - to you. The law did not apply at all to illegal aliens. It is the reality of being in a sanctuary city, and it drives the point home.

It is the same phenomenon - though for different reasons - at the wholesale/system level. You are not only subject to the law, they will gleefully enforce them against you to impede you and extract your money. For those in the club, however, *nothing* can make the law take notice of them.

I don't know if any of the "good people" Pooky knew are still in. His shop was told a month before he left that there was a no-contact order when there actually wasn't. They found out it wasn't true right before he left and tried to give him a proper sendoff with less than 12 hours notice, so there's at least that.

The records were NOT of actual Military personnel, but former personnel. Meaning the Air Force should not of even HAD these records.... yes they have access to the, but the records are held by the National Archive and Records Administration....

So, to get those records, someone had to ask the Air Farce, then the Air Farce had to ask NARA.... there would be a very good paper trail on this.

The exact same thing is happening in schools. The government is watching for "inequity" in punishments. So when too many BIPOC kids get punishments, admin starts handing out punishments like candy to white kids and letting things slide for the BIPOC kids.

The kids notice this behavior IMMEDIATELY and start taking advantage. So BIPOC kids start pushing more and more. The more they push, the more they get away with and the more unequal the punishments become.

But I *would* have found a way to move a paper solution to digital displays. A lot of front office *work* was creating the paper to spread information to the manufacturing side.

From a strategic perspective it probably would be until they had actual boots on the ground in the West Coast. The Gulf and East Coast are much harder for them to reach and CA and islands in the Pacific are our primary staging areas in that direction.

Because they had somehow gotten access to those peoples SS Number.
