Well enough. I had to get off the beta blocker, because it was exhausting me. No mojo. She met me half way. I can go down to half dose, and she suggested I take them at night, aligning the side-effects with natural sleep cycle.
Otherwise, it's just about diet (which was also relaxed) and continuing minimizing risk factors. I am at 5 weeks no nicotine.

Once she did that, we had to change our eating habits. For the most part, we don't do "substitutions" cause that means you're still jonesing. But she does on occasion.
She has an entire library of recipes now. Goat and ewe cheeses, (no dairy), zucchini lasagna... we make our own sausages and bacon (can't take preservatives nor additives).
We both lost weight, eat like kings, and don't have a lot of pains nor transitory nerve crap, either.

Moving is one thing that doesn't get any easier with more experience. If I ever do another cross country move, I'm just going to set fire to all my furniture and start fresh.
