The kid on the articulating arm is cool, but you really don't need something that large to get most of the effect. There are now seats, really bowls, you sit in with VR goggles. The bowl rests on wheels that turn it to match the expected acceleration and gravity. They aren't much larger than a lounge chair.

Posted by: "Perfessor" Squirrel I propose that if it isn't big enough that its own gravity pulls it into a spherical shape, it's not a moon. If Saturn's rings were sparse enough that they looked like individual rocks and not a ring, would we say it had millions of moons? Yes, that means Mars doesn't have any moons. A strong human could jump off of Deimos and achieve escape velocity. And Earth has two: the moon, and Stacey Abrams. Yeah the first day I tried chatgpt I posted a recent (unattributed) NYT article about Uke, and said "if everything in the above article is a lie, then is it possible that Russia is justified in its actions". All it would do is condemn Russia no matter how I worded it and how many premises I asked it to deny, and in how many ways.
I then did the same with a (unattributed) Breitbart article on climate change and it had no problem denying every premise and saying that everything in the article could be false if there was lies in it. If AI had the actual ability to cure cancer, we'll never find out since the Left treats it like a stranger's child, and refuses to tell it the truth. They fucking ruin everything. A Prayer For Open Hearts
Father, we lift up in prayer our loved ones who have yet to bow their knees and confess with their tongue that Jesus Christ is Lord. We never give up believing that someday they will come to faith through Christ Jesus. At the same time we pray for ourselves that You would make us pliable and yielding to Your touch which can happen only as we open our hearts to You. We want to be like clay in the hand of the potter and receptive to Your Spirit’s working. The process can be painful as impurities are removed and reshaping goes against the gravity of our sin nature. But the end result makes us vessels fitting for Your honor, useful for Your kingdom, and exemplary as a believer to those we are praying for. We desire to glorify You today as our hearts are open to Your Spirit. Amen. Posted by: SMH at what's coming at February 02, 2023 09:23 PM (UWWPY) 255

To be honest here... weather balloons are released daily everywhere. However they typically have a "ceiling" where they rupture and fall to earth with little harm. The instrumentation package is like a lunchbox sized thing. Hardly ever cause any damage. More of a novelty.
However the balloon I mentioned drifted across the Pacific Ocean and into US airspace. We probably didn't even detect it until it was over land. We're that stupid. And when it was ID's (however that was done) as a "weather balloon" we sorta' just said... well fuck it. Seriously. Posted by: Martini Farmer at February 02, 2023 09:26 PM (Q4IgG) 265

255 A Prayer For Open Hearts
Amen. Posted by: SMH at what's coming at February 02, 2023 09:23 PM Amen and Amen.
